Had the most lovely 5 nights at this very special hotel. The many positive and glowing reviews are testament to how good the hotel and staff are. Lovely location and a quite secluded beach with enough things going on at the hotel to allow you to choose to join in or not. Try the restaurants as all have great food and a rarity for us is we never felt we needed to eat elsewhere! Everyone seems to go that extra mile to make sure your stay is special, with a great attention to detail and feeling of being part of a family from the moment you walk in to the time to say goodbye until the next time! All the staff give a genuine level of greeting and high service and a special mention to Manuel and Mark who were very helpful and endorse everything about the hotel which ranks it high on our list of hotels we have ever been too! We're absolutely touched by the hotel! Not only they have the top notch service but also have stunning views and facilities. The staff here is always smiling and go above and beyond for anything you need. I don't know how people leave a negative review. It's our last day and we feel so sad to leave. I love everything you guys do, and thanks to every single staff here to make it perfect for us! Especially the juice lady! If you're reading this review and trying to find a hotel still, don't waste your time. Just book with them. I guarantee you won't regret!

Absolutely divine! My husband and I recently spent a week here as part of a 3 week trip to Thailand and we could not fault it! The room was modern, spacious and immaculate, the food was fantastic! Best Margaritas ever! Beautiful secluded beach with the best water temperature I’ve ever experienced in my life! So warm and clear and calm! The absolute highlight for us though, was the staff! Everyone was so kind, friendly and helpful! They remembered our names, what we liked, and made us feel so special. Nothing was too much trouble, if we called for a buggy it was there in 2 minutes, we were supplied with at least 6 bottles of water each day but if we needed more it was delivered in minutes! We renewed our vows during our stay and this was organised to perfection and was the most magical, romantic experience. If you are looking to do something like this I would highly recommend the Garrya Tongsai as we could not have asked for a more spectacular place to celebrate 25 years of marriage! The private beach dining was stunning! We loved every second of our stay and are already planning a return visit!

Just left this beautiful hotel and we wanted to share our amazing experience. We stayed for 7 nights in a sea view room, it was in a great location with ideal access to the beach, pool, gym and bars/restaurants. The hotel staff could not do enough for you, including being very courteous and respectful every time they saw you. They arranged buggies to get around the 28 acre resort and taxis whenever we wanted to venture out. There was plenty of water available (you’ll need it in the heat and humidity!) and a WhatsApp number to make any requests, which they replied to almost immediately. The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious with 3 restaurants to choose from, all in their own beautiful setting. This is the number one ranked hotel for a reason. We will definitely stay there again the next time we visit Koh Samui.
