Restaurant: We refer to the restaurant as Faulty Towers Thai style. Breakfast in the beau marie was cold three mornings in a row because the staff forgot to turn on the burners. Coffee could take up to 20 minutes to arrive. We only used one dinner voucher as the food and service was so appalling that we vowed not to return. When we arrived we ordered 6 cans of tonic from the bar. When we returned that evening for Happy Hour and ordered a gin and tonic we were told that they had no tonic left. (There is a 7 eleven at the bottom of the hill) Spa: The wellness spa is a converted apartment. The therapists are very good. We enjoyed our massages. However when we phoned to book in for the Beauty Package (Manicure, pedicure and foot scrub and massage @ 1800bht) we were told that they could not book us in as they had ‘no product’ Gym: A non event! Should not even be called a gym. Apartment 12R: No hot water in the sink. Do not know how the ‘girls’ wash to dishes. I had to boil the kettle to get hot water for the sink (like camping) Plug in the sink is so hard to get in and out that the girls had to call a maintenance person to assist. The dishwasher is a serious hazard to fingernails. It is so hard to open I almost gave up, but figured that it would be a healthier option than having the dishes washed in cold water. The ‘fully equipped kitchen” had 3 knives and 3 forks and a couple of teaspoons. The lighting in the bathrooms was totally inadequate, especially for women trying to apply makeup in the evening. Reading lights in the main bedroom were placed at the foot of the bed. Main ensuite shower has nowhere to put any product being used. There is no walk-in wardrobe as promised. Second bedroom has the same issue with lighting If the blinds are open to let in some light, it is fully viewable from the pool area and the restaurant. Therefore it is dark all day. Although looking sleek, the couch in the lounge area is so uncomfortable that we used the kitchen and outdoor chairs most of the time. The ‘private infinity pool’ means private use, not privacy from the restaurant or the main pool area. The outside patio on 12R is fully viewable from the restaurant all day long. They need to extend the hedge or install privacy screening. Staff in the restaurant and reception are very friendly and they all try to do the best job they can. They need training and leadership. When the GM speaks to guests in front of them and describes them as ‘children who like to sleep a lot’ it is hardly encouraging. By Luxury Escapes standards, this is not a Resort. The Spa and Gym bear no resemblance to a 5 star Resort’s facilities. The initial overview from LE indicated that the Private Beach would be available. While I understand that the process has taken longer than predicted, I think it is up to LE to inform guests that this facility is not available. We really enjoyed JW Marriott Khao Lak, JW Marriott Bangkok and Pacific Resort Aitutaki. We are looking forward to Taveuni Island Resort and Spa Fiji in a few weeks and The Lalit London in April next year. I would strongly suggest that Luxury Escapes removes this ‘Resort’ from its books. It is not in your interests to have so many people disappointed. One of your clients opted to leave midway through their 10 day stay and go to another resort. Another couple referred to it as' Alcatraz on the Hill'.

Luxurious spacious and great friendly staff that always try to do more than you expect. This is an ideal place for seclusion, quiet and reflection far away from the crowds. Unfortunate transport from your room is a 10 min wait and 15 min by 4x4 to the road where you can try and get a taxi to go anywhere.

I booked a 10 day stay with Infinity Resort,a pristine property situated in the midst of lush greenery, with a spectacular ocean, mountain and island view. Upon arrival,I was awed. This is the place to experience the totality of land, sea and the sky's infinite beauty. Checking in was a breeze, with Pin and Ying who was extremely nice and helpful at the reception.Pin explained the transportation, showed me the locations and amenities in the room. I'm already into my 6th day,and one can only soaked in the peacefulness and tranquility of the environment. If you're wanting to experience the hustle and bustle of the city, then this place will definitely fall short or your expectations. Due to it's locality, there's always a golf cart service to charter you around the hotel if you prefer, and a SUV pickup and drop off service (foc) at your disposal anytime of the day. There's a 7-11 and a wide array of restaurants down the hill too. Dining was very convenient as well. I booked a full board stay which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thais are known for their graciousness and hospitality, and it is all the more so apparent here. A big heartfelt thanks to Rong,Cat,Kik and May for their personalize attention, who made dining a very enjoyable experience. During mealtimes, there's Rong,(master chef) around. He's always making sure that I'm enjoying my meal, and even offered to cook any dishes that I'd like,if it's not listed in the menu! Breakfast is a delightful spread of fresh fruits, cold cuts, assortment of bread, pastries, waffles, juices, cereals and yoghurts. There's even a chef at the egg station who'll make you any types of eggs you wish, along with bacon, ham, potatoes, spinach, tomatoes etc as you so choose. The varieties changes daily. There's no better way to start the day ! For lunch and dinner, there's a selection of local and international cuisine. Rong has such a creative touch, the presentation is absolutely pleasing, and it's delicious as well! I've never had to wait any longer than 10-15 mins for my order, even though there were others in the restaurant as well. On my 3rd day,I was upgraded to the Penthouse Suite with 2 bedrooms and a private pool,it is heavenly! Needless to say,the view was spectacularly entrancing and breathtaking. I can simply walk out to the balcony to watch the sky and sea change colors from dusk to dawn. The suite is so spacious and clean, and with a kitchen, bar, dining and living area,it's simply like being home away from home ( except this is so much much nicer ! ) This is definitely a paradise for anyone who wants to experience the peace, tranquility, great customer service, excellent food and a perfectly memorable vacation. All in all,I've been so blessed to find this awesome place amidst a myriad of resorts and hotels in Koh Samui. I'll definitely return here again next year for my vacation. Cheers.

What an absolutely beautiful resort. Great location high up on the side of a mountain with stunning views. The staff and the General Manager were extremely welcoming and engaging through out our 7 night stay also making ever effort to interact with my children thus making our stay a life time family memory. We traveled with friends and had the luxury of 2 x 2-Bedroom Sea View Elegance Suite side by side with shared pool. These suites were fantastic allowing us our privacy but the ease of interaction with our friends at any time of choice. We are currently plan a return trip to Thailand for 2018 and will be back here to stay again ..... that's a given.

Once again we visited the tranquil paradise called Infinity Residences for 10 days, our second visit this year, the staff and GM are the best and make every guest feel welcome and go out of their way to make your stay simply amazing. We purchased our paradise package through Luxury Escape (now running again) and is the best deal for the best piece of Paradise you will find in Koh Samui. Beautiful grounds, view you cannot beat and pools to suit the most avid swimmer, sunbather and great for kids as well. You feel like you are the only people there at all times and the friendly staff make sure your stay is memorable and hassle free, don't stay anywhere else as there is only one paradise in KS, it's Infinity. All the best to staff and managers, thank you again for a great trip, see you in 2019.
