Melati Beach Resort & Spa

Just go to this wonderful place We arrived and instantly felt welcome by the lovely reception staff Then it just got better taken to our 2 bed villa with our own pool was beautiful and the care to detail with the towels raped in leaves with orchids and the most beautiful rooms . Instantly were welcomed at the beach bar by Tony and the team in to happy hour which was just what we needed a great selection of cocktails and drinks after a hectic tour of Bangkok and Chang Mia The breakfasts were fantastic eggs Benedict fantastic my favourite but had a fantastic selection for everyone including gluten free The staff just helped and met any requirements you required A beautiful private beach a infinite pool all the beach Sea escapes paddle boarding jet ski We just enjoyed the beautiful view and the warm sea swimming Then you have the the amazing food at both the restaurants Can honestly say at the main restaurant can’t fault it food was delicious and beautifully presented so we ate there most nights They had a meet the managers buffet it was just lovely and the food was so tasty Gift an An took great care of us there and clocked my daughter in cold towels to help the sunburn cool down so caring and real I have been to many luxury places in my life which can feel a bit contrived This was I have to say an experience with my daughters and melati beach just topped the hole experience of Thailand this absolutely wonderful country Just go xx

The place was perfect, the staff went above and beyond for all guests. They made you feel welcome and provided a world class customer experience.

Highly recommend this resort to all families and couples who are looking for a high class hotel with an incredible view. The staff were all extremely friendly and caring and the food was outstanding. The hotel offered a buggie/cart service, Bisu was the highlight of my buggie trips as he was so helpful and polite.

A few thoughts following our stay at the Melati Beach Resort... Without any shadow of doubt this is a 5* resort. The staff are absolutely brilliant - it would be wrong to personally name them - as the are ALL wonderful and treat you as friends! Accomodation: We stayed in a pool villa, which was a wonderfully peaceful haven, with a spotless pool. The resort is quite large, so a buggy on call is a godsend. Foodwise: The View restaurant has a huge menu - all wonderfully fresh. Note: Do NOT miss the Italian night (Thursdays) and the beach barbeque (Saturdays). I must point out the in common with Thailand as a whole, there are numerous steps, so be aware if you have mobility issues. In saying that, quite often a mamber of staff will magically appear by your side whenever needed!!! This is a resort to which we would most definately return.

We had an amazing stay at Melati,-. It was peaceful, family-friendly, and perfect for a relaxing getaway (despite the high season). The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, always ready to help with anything we needed. Our daughter loved the kids club, which gave us a nice little break ;). Breakfast was plentiful. We will surely be back.
