We booked this place mainly because of all the great reviews. We were a little disappointed mainly because they have the most uncomfortable beds I think I've ever slept on, Rock Hard. The furniture as well was very uncomfortable. For the price they charge they ought to at least put a pillow top covering over the mattress for comfort. We also had a leak in the roof were the skylight was. Not at all what we are used to from other hotels and resorts that we stay at in this price range The Beach was very small and extremely rocky with plastic bottles and trash washing up on the shore. Positives: Breakfast was great with good selection and the pool was really nice. Staff we're very friendly as well! Needs Improvement!!!

Me and my boyfriend stayed a night at this property. We booked a villa with private pool which we loved our villa so much. The design of placing all facilities are very nice and unique. We spent a whole evening enjoying the movie and in-villa dining service. The food was just good but fit it’s price. Breakfast was nice with adequate option. We satisfied with our stay even if it was such a short time. Somehow there is a reason to not hit 5/5 which were (1) a ton of mosquitos everywhere, especially during the check in process at the lobby it was so crazy (2) since we arrived in the very late evening, I then tried to ask for a late check out for the next day (of course I absolutely knew the policy but in case if they could offer), but the lady who did our arrival replied straight away “not possible” without showing her attempt to check the availability for us. Well, I should not have been overthinking because we agreed for the check out policy since we clicked “book now”, but what if she went back to the working desk and pretend she is checking then come back to inform us the same answer ? I could have felt much better!! anyway :p

My partner and I were completely disappointed by the overall level of service provided here, as well as the general state of the resort. We found the resort to be run down in places, understaffed in areas and quite greedy/tight when it comes to providing even the basic room essentials such as body wash and toilet paper, towels etc - this however mysteriously started to improve when housekeeping got more generous tips!! You pay good money to stay here, tips or no tips these are basic things that we bloody paid for! The beach is small and very untidy... The water and beach front are constantly littered with a variety of garbage washing in from other parts of the island. We saw medical grade containers amongst the trash on the sand whilst having dinner on the deck above. This is not the fault of the resort, but worth noting if you intend to stay here and value your health and safety. The food in the restaurant is average to say the least... we found their hygiene very questionable as did others we witnessed on our stay. Things like yoghurt not being kept cool, milk not being Kept cool, fruit and salad left out for lengthy time exposed to warm air and bugs etc. when we ordered food during breakfast from the Menu (eggs to order) they took forever - when the staff did eventually casually stroll over with them, they were stone cold and rubber like!!!! Save your cash and eat somewhere you are taken seriously! The beds... this deserves a section completely to its self... WORST BED I HAVE EVER SLEPT IN! If I had to describe the bed situation, it would have to be similar to sleeping on a timber door. We are totally mind boggled at other reviews we have read where people rave about them... THEY ARE SO SO TERRIBLE! We were offered a "bed comforter" to fix the bed issues, which does absolutely nothing, it's paper thin and you wouldn't even know is there... The general feeling we get about this place - they are money hungry at every turn! Skimping where possible, and charging EVERYWHERE they can!!!! This resort is completely overpriced for what it is, totally not worth your hard earnt time and money!

Stunning resort with awesome rooms. For those that were complaining about some of the suites decks, they were being replaced while we were there. They listened and took action which is nice to see! My husband and I️ had an amazing spa experience as well. We loved our stay.

This is by far the most peaceful property in the whole of Koh Samui The staff is very courteous and professional. What makes it memorable for me is their beach side restaurant "Edgewater", breakfast there really gives you the much deserved peace. The rooms are very spacious just the plunge pool add up to the luxury but can be maintained even better
