We have never booked a package before, but we are so happy that we took the chance! Pavilion Samui were great! I had a couple of questions before the trip which were answered quickly & a surprise for hubby was set up! Even when our flights were delayed, there was no problem with the airport pick up and our welcome at Pavilion Samui late in the evening was very warm! We even managed to take advantage of a late dinner. The Restaurant staff were so friendly and efficient - thanks Rom and Ting - and were happy to assist with any polite request! Even the beach security for the resort collected glasses from the beach! As we had Lunch or Dinner included every day and we were so busy enjoying the beach li-lo’s and our plunge pool that we had dinner every night (bar one) of our stay. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and with the Romantic Dinner on the Beach organised as a surprise for hubby, the set up was beautiful! Even a photographer was tasked with taking photos! We were gifted with a framed photo on checking out which bought tears to my eyes, it was so sweet!

We have had an enjoyable stay on Pavilion and the service was excellent, the variation of the Restaurant was excellent, personal is very helpful and kind, we enjoy the friendly and respectful atmosphere, rooms are clean and lovely. We hope to go back again.

My partner and I stayed here in March at the end of a few weeks of travelling and it topped the holiday. The staff were so friendly and smiley and went above and beyond, we told them it was our anniversary and they sent cakes to our room! The manager regularly checked in with guests at breakfast asking if there was anything else she could do to make our stay. We really felt looked after. Rooms had good air con. Two pools, not huge but enough loungers with plenty on the beach. Breakfast buffet had a great range of western and Asian food and good quality. We also did a cooking class at the hotel with the chef which cost around £50 for both my partner and I to have a private class. This was so much fun and one of the highlights of the trip! Highly recommend!

Amazing place and holiday. people are very nice, we will be back. very clean, would recommend to anyone who wants to have a relaxing and peaceful getaway. food, drinks, plunge pool. could not ask for anything more. the location is perfect. special mention to MO and Joy

We stayed here late March, and wow what a fantastic resort. The location was fantastic. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. We stayed in a Beachfront Pool Villa and it just took my breath away - the photos don't do it justice. We bought our deal from Luxury Escapes last minute and it was such good value. We're already planning a trip back next year!
