i went there at 2017/05, each time when i went to their place to eat my breakfast or my dinner i need to face a proud, arrogant and impolite manager called TABA. He thinks that he owns the place, treat the clients really bad, with arrogant and proud way, even being rude...have a time at my dinner in the hotel restaurant that i was in smoking area he took my ashtray, and say no because i was smoking, he took it away, second time i arrived at place by morning, and breakfast service will finish at 10am, i arrived at 9:30 saying we will close at 10pm, so make it fast......which kind of service it is? who he think that he is? at same time one of his waiter a thinner guy a little bit old, the oldest one there i think, came to ask me how is my food, i say that was good, and then he pass by me with really bad face, mood and really rude saying...thank you in really bad way.....i need say that in hotel other facilities are great....but if u are prepared to have a really bad experience at there in ur relaxing time, go to their restaurant........ it is a terrible experience in hotels that had in my life

Pavilion is one of the finest resort/property in Koh Samui island. It is connected to a public beach, a well maintained property, nice security and a great ambience which takes you back to time wherein things were green and one lived an organic and peaceful life. The hotel staff are friendly and go out of the way to help you should you need guidance on hiring car/bikes, trip to places, water sports. Mr. Chayaphol in particular had been helpful.

My wife and I came from Canada to Thailand on our Honeymoon. We first stayed in Bophut. Our 2nd stop was in Lamai at Pavilion. Great location, close to lots of shops, spas, restaurants and on the beach. The complex itself is very grey and has many concrete buildings. It is right on the beach and has a lookout bar. The pool is nice and the restaurants are nice. The room we stayed in was the Deluxe Bathroom Suite. The room was large and it had a separate, outdoor covered area with a jetted tub. The shower room is small and dark, same with the toilet room. The lighting in the room could have been better, as well as the cleanliness. I attribute the cleanliness shortfall in the shower and bathroom areas to the poor lighting. Once again though, we did not spend much time in the room as we were out and about exploring and shopping and eating and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was top notch. Breakfast was buffet and included and was tasty. We did not try the spa. The staff were pleasant and helpful and booked trips and rides for us easily.
