Pavilion Samui Villas & Resort

Good 3.5 star resort with pleasant staff. Spacious plunge pool room was good. Location was very good near the night food market, shops etc. Beach is good but would not want to swim there when the town creek opens up into the sea after rain. For a 3.5 start resort you need to accept no beach towels to change over at the pool, no cushions on the beach lounges and only an average breakfast with no freshly squeezed juices, no barista coffee or good non-fatty bacon.

Really nice resort that provides anything you need. Very beautiful room + plunge pool. Reception helped us out with scooter rental since there is a lot of scams/places where you have to give your passport. Everybody is very kind and we couldnt think of a better place to stay

Stayed here with my family last week and had a great time loved the hotel. Right on the beach and away from busy areas like Chaweng so perfect for families. We booked with Luxury Escapes so had a daily meal included and the food was amazing!! Will be back

Terrible experience – avoid at all costs We were shocked by the huge gap between what was shown on the website and what we encountered in reality. The rooms were in poor condition – cracks, broken fixtures, and an overall sense of neglect. The "pool" shown online turned out to be a sad, shallow puddle that hardly resembled anything inviting. We walked into our rooms, were immediately disgusted, and decided to leave the hotel on the spot. It was that bad. This place is nothing like what it claims to be. Stay away.

We booked this hotel expecting a 5-star experience based on the photos and description. What we found on arrival was completely different – and unacceptable. The room was in terrible condition: peeling walls, visible mold in the bathroom, broken and worn furniture, and an overall neglected feel. The bathroom was especially unpleasant – old, damp, and not properly maintained. The plunge pool was located directly along a public walkway, fully exposed and nothing like what was shown in the pictures. We left the hotel within minutes of checking in and had to book another place at our own expense. This was a clear case of misleading advertising. Very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality or honesty.
