Good hotel
We would like to wholeheartedly recommend our photographer Ton! 📸 He was professional, patient and attentive throughout the entire shoot. He made us feel comfortable from the first moment, was kind, caring and generous, and invested in each photo as if it were the most important. The photos came out simply stunning, far beyond what we expected. Thank you for a fun experience, for the personal attention and for a perfect souvenir from the vacation. Highly recommend!

An hotel great for making memories
I also visited here in 2016 and 2020, and I really like the hotel rooms, the atmosphere of the lobby, and the food. The best thing is the hospitality of the staff, and everyone treats them with a smile with sincere service that is not uniform. This time, I showed them a photo taken with the staff from 10 years ago and a photo taken with the staff 7 years ago, and gave it to them by airdrop. The next day, I went sightseeing, and when I came back, a picture printed in the room was posted on the window, decorated for my child's birthday, and message cards and gifts were also placed. Swimming and playing on the private beach or in the pool in the room is a good memory, but the service of the staff every time here is memorable. A wonderful hotel that makes you want to stay on an important day.

I was in a private cooking workshop at the W Hotel Kosmoy. It was an unforgettable experience, the kitchen and table teams hosted us wonderfully and Chef Aon was clear, kind and above all, amazing. Huge thanks and much appreciation Shiraz Keshet, Israel.

We’re a couple from Korea, and we had an amazing Muay Thai class with Coach Boom. He made the lesson so much fun, and we learned a lot. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
