Service in the Kitchen table
We had a wonderful dining experience at the W Koh Samui in the „Kitchen table” restaurant , and a big part of that was thanks to Noi and the entire restaurant team: Gift, Nim, Mook, Natty. Noi was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming from the very first moment. She always greeted us with a smile, and genuinely cared that we were enjoying our meals. Her kindness and positive energy made every visit very nice.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel in Koh Samui! From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of amazing. The entire staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and highly professional, always ensuring that every detail of our vacation was perfect. We want to send a very special and heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Bunny, who went above and beyond to make our experience truly exceptional. Her warmth, attention to detail, and dedication made all the difference. We highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return!

I'm being a huge fan of W hotel and W Koh Samui never disappointed me at all. The vibe, dj, music all together so well. Thanks to Mo, Job, Zucus, Nick ChiKa & Woo bar team for the warm welcome and services. Definitely recommended all you guys to join this place even you are not stay! Come and join W koh Samui like I do!

Good Drink, Good Service
Woo bar is very nice, beverage is good, staff is very helpful, they recommend good drinks, especislly Khun Job, Khun Zucus and Nick. For receptions are Khun Mo and Khun Chika. 😊

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
