An amazing stay at W Koh Samui!
An amazing stay at W Koh Samui! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and maintained at a very high standard. The atmosphere is perfect and the service is truly next level. The staff are incredible – always kind, fast, and super attentive. We felt welcomed from the first moment, and they were especially great with our baby, which made a huge difference for us. A special thank you to Phi Phi and Mo, who went above and beyond to help us – we really appreciate it! Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back.

Best hoilday ever
My Experience at the W is something I’ll never forgot the views are unforgettable and the villas are incredible, it is a place were you don’t have to leave the hotel to have a fun.. there is free kayaking and stand up paddle boarding, beach football, beach volleyball and many other immersive activities like fire shows. The staff are some of the friendly people with them catering for all needs special shoutout to boom and bear the fitness instructor who are 2 of the kindest people ever they love spending time with kids and running morning classes in the gym, they played beach football and beach volleyball running games with the kids they really are very heartwarming humans, also Pei Pei who organised and got us anywhere we wanted making our lives such easy to around the island and enjoy our stay even more. All in all our experience at W Koh Samui is definitely a 5 star experience I can’t wait to come back

Lovely smart cocktails Relaxed atmosphere DJ nights and fire shows on some evenings if want livelier evening Game the cocktail master was so kind and talented !

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
