W Koh Samui

What an amazing stay at W Koh Samui! The resort is absolutely beautiful, but what really made the trip was the incredible staff. A massive thank you to Cookie for going above and beyond for us. From sorting out an early check in to making a late check out happen, nothing was ever too much trouble. And to the boys behind the bar Eye, Ting, Kim, Tangmo Jame and Ball you guys are legends! Thanks for the amazing drinks, and making every afternoon such a good time. You definitely made our stay even more memorable. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks again, W Koh Samui!

Great location and has the best room. All staff are friendly and very welcoming. Joseph who drove us back and forth from our room/villa to the main building is very polite and accommodating. Even stopped by at the sweet tooth station to get us ice cream. Bunnie who works at the front desk check us in smoothly and showed us the area and what number to call if we needed help and even drove us herself to our room/villa. The breakfast at the buffet was really good. I was so stuffed and Mary toured us and explain to us what kind of food they have. And Patrick who helped us checking out is very caring. He made we were taken care of and also provided us with a great service. I would highly recommend W Ko Samui. Great location and best place to go for honeymoon. And also a great place for family vacation. So much to do so much to see.

What an incredible hotel, It’s absolutely beautiful a true 5 star amenities. You do need golf carts to take you everywhere as it’s a big resort that’s very spread out. The fire shows poolside at night is a nice touch. A special Thanks to Bunny who provided such great hospitality as well as Joseph who did a great job driving up everywhere. Yes it’s expensive but you get what you pay for and you pay and what you get is great service, luxury amenities and a great stay.

We had the pleasure of doing a family photoshoot at W Koh Samui, and it was one of the highlights of our stay. A huge thank you to Nic, our photographer, who was incredibly patient, professional, and wonderful with our young child. Anyone who has tried taking photos with a toddler knows how challenging it can be, but Ton made the entire session feel relaxed and fun. He knew exactly how to capture natural moments instead of forcing poses, and the results exceeded our expectations. The stunning scenery around W Koh Samui provided the perfect backdrop, and Nic made great use of every location. The final photos were beautifully edited and are memories we’ll treasure for years to come. If you’re staying at W Koh Samui, I highly recommend booking a photoshoot. It’s absolutely worth it, especially if you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply want to bring home more than just phone snapshots.
