W Koh Samui

We spent 6 amazing days at the W Koh Samui. The resort staff takes hospitality to a whole other level. It is not a job to them ... it is a passion to deliver the best customer experience EVER! Everyone from the Security Guards, "buggy" drivers, front lobby, housekeeping and restaurant staff deliver superior customer service all day every day. Special mention to our Executive Sous Chef BEE who made us a special farewell Pad Thai meal on our last day. She would frequently stop by our table to ensure we were totally thrilled with our meals. Senior Management staff are always available and very happy to speak to you about stay. Everything about this resort 😍

Where do I start, how can I possibly be objective? The W is breathtaking from the moment we entered the lobby, and it’s heartbreaking when we have to leave it to head home! The staff…the villas…the location….and most assuredly the food, are all at a level that sets the bar for 5 star luxury, and then breaks that bar every….single…day. To explain how they do so over the course of a week would take a novel, but to summarize in just a few words, it’s almost like…like…they get inside our heads somehow and can anticipate our every need and desire, and then deliver an amazing experience above and beyond our expectations every time! Bee at the Kitchen Table ( just wonderful)…Andres…Emily…Pei Pei…Mac ( our favorite driver)… the list of names is too long to remember correctly, but each of them will be remembered affectionately for helping to make our holiday in Koh Samui “once in a lifetime “. He knew every perfect spot on the W Koh Samui beach and made the whole shoot feel easy, natural, and fun.
