It was very nice and calm with fah and Build. Felt like was in the clouds with the atmosphere in the room with the relaxing music

Struggling with where to start as there were so many amazing things about this hotel. Let’s begin with the reception staff, upon arrival Nancy, Geinnie and Michael gave us the warmest welcome. We arrived in peak season when the hotel was at maximum capacity and they still gave us 100% of their attention throughout our stay. Secondly, the buggy crew- Mac (the music man always playing tunes) Leo, Tony, Tik were always on call to transport you to and from the room, to the beach, to the bar and back to the room safely. The service they provided and genuine interest they showed in our day, giving recommendations of local knowledge of where to eat was a nice touch. Third, the beach bar- amazing beach with attentive and warm staff who make the best cocktails in the hotel so would recommend going to Sip for them. Kim, Boom, Bear and Ting just made this a complete vibe. Yet again, the close attention to your favorite drinks knowing your order before you do and genuinely making the whole experience magical for us. The beach itself is fantastic for families and had activities for children and paddle boards/canoes/Kayaks. Even though it is a public beach it felt very private. The hotel itself/ Management. The one thing we would say is that the hotel is in need of refurbishment and parts are underway. The pool has recently been redone which is fantastic. We have stayed in many hotels on the island and there is no other hotel with the views the W has- they are breathtaking and enjoyed waking up to them. The management have put an amazing team together so the final piece of the jigsaw would be the refurbishment in our opinion. Massive thank you to Alex and Emilie who really do have the same view and are pulling in the same direction with the best interests of the hotel And the guests in mind. Nothing was too much trouble for the, they made our stay memorable, always taking the time out to chat with us. Finally, we would like to mention the breakfast- just WOW , the food was to die for , the spread was impeccable and this was our favorite part of the day. We wish we were there right now to be Honest :). The staff there were amazing also, Nat, Anne, Budd, Piew and Mae for service and shout out to Manaj, Bee, Mint, Wat, Nari and Milk in the kitchen. A 9/10 hotel which would be a 10/10 with a refurb. Room 243 :) D and S xxx

Aem was our server ever smiling , sweet and accommodating all our requests. Had a great experience. Thanks to the chef as well for the fantastic food!

I want to give a special thanks to Tiger, his smile and nice greetings made our holiday even more wonderful. Also I want to appreciate Andre, the food and drinks manger, always there to sort things out for us.

We stayed at the W for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience. The hospitality was exceptional! From Bunny who checked us in, to Tony who kindly drove us to our room. Michael assisted us at the breakfast buffet, which was excellent. Although the buffet is small, every dish was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. All of the staff were truly wonderful, and the room was very spacious.
