EXCEPTIONAL!
We were at the W Koh Samui for a wedding and we were blown away!! It was perfect from start to finish, the wedding planner from the hotel, Sugar, had thought of everything. The food was excellent, the service exceptional and the setting was just stunning. Sugar was such a hard worker and cared about every single guest and every single detail! We liked it so much that we extended our stay, thank you to Mo from reception for making that so easy and helping us throughout. We hope to be back soon!!

We walked into the hotel in the evening, simply looking for a place to have dinner during our journey. From the parking area to the valet and front desk, the entire team welcomed us warmly. We would especially like to commend Khun Cha-em, who provided excellent guidance on our Marriott Bonvoy membership benefits. She also engaged us in friendly conversation and recommended that we dine at Namu, followed by a fire show. Thanks to her thoughtful recommendations, we had a truly wonderful and memorable experience.

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
