Beautiful Hotel and most excellent staff. Just had one of my best massage and facials. A lady named Build was my therapist. Very good!

I can’t remember how many times I have stayed at W Koh Samui. It has always been my favorite hotel on the island. Every time I return to this beautiful resort, it truly feels like coming back home. What makes this place so special is the way they remember every little detail about their guests. For example, I love bircher muesli at breakfast, but I cannot consume orange, which is usually one of the ingredients. When I arrived for breakfast, the team told me they had prepared a special one without orange just for me. It may seem like a small thing, but it means so much to me. This time, I also chose the resort to celebrate my birthday. As a southern Thai person, I always enjoy speaking my southern Thai dialect wherever I go. The team surprised me by personalizing my birthday celebration with a southern Thai birthday song, along with beautiful room decorations and thoughtful amenities. It was truly a “WOW” moment, and a memory I will always remember. The room was huge, clean, and very comfortable. The food was amazing. And the breakfast — it remains my absolute favorite compared to all the hotels I have experienced on Samui. I would like to sincerely thank the entire W Koh Samui team for creating such a lovely and memorable stay. Special thanks to Khun Mo, Khun Peipei, Khun Aum, and Khun Jane from the Front Office team; Khun Thae, Khun Nim, and Khun May from the restaurants; and Khun Mimnie, who prepared the bircher muesli and the very delicious fresh juice for me. I will absolutely come back again and definitely highly recommend this hotel to everyone. 🙏🏼😊

My 40th birthday weekend at W Koh Samui was nothing short of magical — the kind of experience that leaves you with goosebumps when you look back on it. From the moment we arrived, the warmth, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality from every single member of the team was extraordinary. Having spent years in the world of hospitality myself, my eye for service and detail is sharp — and the team at W Koh Samui exceeded every expectation I could have imagined. A very special thank you to Alex, the General Manager, whose leadership clearly shines through in the culture of the hotel. You can feel the pride and passion in the staff. Every interaction — from the buggy drivers to housekeeping to room service — was handled with impeccable care, warmth, and professionalism. It’s rare to see such consistency across an entire team. The events themselves were simply beyond my wildest expectations, and that is largely thanks to the incredible Sugar, who handled the event planning and décor with such creativity and precision. Every detail was thought through with such care, transforming each moment of the celebration into something unforgettable. And then there was the food — Chef Manu truly took the experience to another level. Each event had its own culinary magic, from the wildly fun Saint vs Sinners party to the after-party bites, and the exquisite dishes served during our boat and beach celebrations. Every plate was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious — gourmet indulgence at its finest. What the entire W Koh Samui team created for my birthday wasn’t just a celebration — it was a feeling, a memory, and a weekend that I will treasure for the rest of my life. To Alex, Sugar, Chef Manu, and every single member of the W Koh Samui family: thank you for making my 40th birthday the most magical and unforgettable weekend imaginable.
