We recently stayed at the W Koh Samui for our honeymoon, and it was a dream destination. The facilities were amazing, and we especially enjoyed our private pool. The beach was really beautiful, and we had a a lot of fun kayaking there. The food was delicious, particularly the breakfast, which never disappoints with the W chain. The hotel is uniquely decorated, with the lobby and ground floor bar offering an amazing view of the ocean. They organised a boat tour for us, which was the highlight of our trip. The service was exceptional, with the staff being incredibly friendly and accommodating. A huge thank you to Ian, who was always available to answer our questions, give recommendations, and was generally very friendly and nice to talk to. Also, a big thanks to Mac and Tik for driving us around the resort and being super kind and fun.

Make your reservation right away! This was the most memorable hotel stay we had during our extensive global travels. Excellent! Everything about check-in and check-out was excellent. Ammie at the front desk was really pleasant and helpful. She is truly amazing and has her own shine! look like a princess, polite, and kind.  We are excited to return. Beautiful beach, just wonderful. The dinner BBQ at the beach was fantastic! Our villa, close to the beach, has stunning views and extremely comfortable mattresses. It was quiet. They have buggies that come and grab you if you want to go anywhere on the resort.

We sadly only had one night at W Koh Samui. The entry into the resort is truly beautiful. Instantly upon arrival the staff made you feel welcome and like a VIP. Checkin was quick and efficient. Our villa was huge with great amenities and a private pool with just a few steps to the beach. The restaurants were excellent. Even though we only had breakfast at the Kitchen Table, it was one of the highlights during our stay. The food was not only made with high quality and locally caught ingredients, it was excellent and delicious. One particularly impressive aspect was the outstanding service from the staff especially Ammie. Ammie greeted us with a wonderful smile and made us feel like seeing a good friend after a long time. Her thoughtful assistance maintained a pleasant, non-intrusive, yet attentive demeanor that made our stay feel special. We will definitely return to W Koh Samui and want to meet Ammie again!

Words cannot describe how awesome this resort is. The facilities are outstanding, and the setting is out of this world. If you want to go on a relaxing vacation, this is the place to be. Good food, good cocktails, a good atmosphere, and excellent staff service.   Ammie greeted us last time with a smile and a pleasant yet professional attitude. My visit was both fun and productive because of Ammie's immense expertise and willingness to assist.   It's also worth mentioning the staff, who quite literally fall over themselves to help you in any way they can.   However, I missed seeing Ammie this time. How unfortunate that is! I want to see her beautiful grin again soon.
