A relaxing weekend with friends
The staff made our experience amazing. Both Nancy who checked me in and Tony who was one of the shuttle drivers were great and I would 100% come back in the future because of their service. Even though the main hotel pool was closed the beach was believable and made up for it. Highly recommend.

Perfect stay
iWe celebrated our honeymoon and really enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer, great food, beverages, activities and the most warm and kind service. recommending a lot. Cookie the hotels receptionist attended our every request and was very nice and kind.

A very perfect experience. We stayed at the W Hotel. We have always been their loyal fans. They sent a birthday cake to my friend (when we didn't know it at all). It was simply a huge surprise to make this vacation more complete

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
