The love, care and attention she showed not only to us but to every single one of our guests was something truly special. The venue itself is simply breathtaking. We viewed several venues across Koh Samui, but for us, the W at sunset is unmatched. The setting is magical, and every detail on the day was executed to perfection. The standard of service, organisation and presentation exceeded every expectation we had. What truly made our wedding unforgettable, however, was Sugar. From day one, she took the time to understand our vision, our priorities and our budget. She stayed in touch every step of the way and worked tirelessly to create the most incredible day within our means. Planning a destination wedding is stressful enough, but with multiple guest cancellations, flight disruptions and even a war breaking out where we live in Dubai, there were moments when we felt completely overwhelmed. Sugar was our constant source of reassurance. She always had solutions, remained positive, and somehow managed to keep us calm throughout the process. On the wedding day itself, it genuinely felt like she cared as much about every detail as we did. Nothing was too much trouble, and her passion for what she does shines through in everything. Our wedding was an absolute dream, and I honestly cannot imagine a better venue or a better planner than Sugar. Even now, our guests still ask about her and talk about how wonderful she was. My girlfriend and I travel extensively around the world and have stayed in many luxury hotels across different countries. This was our fourth trip to Thailand and our fourth stay at W Koh Samui, which says a lot by itself. If you are considering staying here, do yourself a favor and book it. This is truly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, and every time we visit, it reminds us why we keep coming back. There is something special about this hotel that makes you want to return again and again. The first thing we have to highlight is the service. The team at W Koh Samui is simply outstanding. From the moment you arrive, you are treated with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. The staff consistently goes above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and valued. A personal recommendation from us: take the time to talk to the staff. You will meet some truly wonderful people who are passionate about what they do and who genuinely care about making your stay memorable. The breakfast experience is exceptional. The chef and the entire breakfast team do an incredible job every single day. The variety of food is impressive, the quality is outstanding, and everything is fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. It is easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we have experienced. The hotel itself is among the most beautiful properties in Thailand. It perfectly combines tropical nature with modern luxury, creating a unique atmosphere that is both relaxing and breathtaking. Everything is impeccably clean, well-maintained, and designed to the highest standards. Our villa was absolutely stunning and offered everything we could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The privacy, comfort, design, and attention to detail made our stay truly special. The restaurants throughout the hotel are also fantastic. Every meal we had was delicious, made with high-quality ingredients, and served with the same exceptional level of hospitality that defines the entire property. Another thing we loved about W Koh Samui is that there is always something to do. The hotel offers excellent facilities and activities for every type of traveler. The gym is modern, spacious, and very well equipped, the spa provides a fantastic and relaxing experience, and there are plenty of activities available throughout the day. In the evenings, guests can enjoy spectacular fire shows, great music, and a vibrant atmosphere with DJs that create unforgettable memories while maintaining the hotel’s luxurious feel. The hotel also features a beautiful private beach with an amazing team that is always ready to help and make your experience even better. We also highly recommend visiting the bar and trying the cocktails they are absolutely fantastic . We would also like to mention that we experienced a small issue in our room during our stay. However, as soon as the team became aware of it, they handled the situation quickly, professionally, and in the best possible way. For us, this is what separates a great hotel from an exceptional one not whether an issue occurs, but how it is resolved. The team demonstrated once again that their service is truly world-class. Finally, this was our fourth stay at W Koh Samui, and it has never disappointed us. In fact, every visit makes us appreciate the hotel even more. Thank you to the entire team for another unforgettable experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Koh Samui.
