W Koh Samui

Came down just to chill on the beach and get some food, ball was serving us and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Food was amazing and if you want some extra good cocktails, ask for ball

We stayed 5 nights at W Koh Samui. The hotel was incredible, very contemporary and position on the beach couldn’t be beaten. The villa was beautiful, we were upgraded to an ocean view villa with private pool for no extra cost. The food was incredible, especially the breakfast buffet had a huge selection and staff would prepare anything g you asked for. The main thing that set this hotel apart was the personal service. We were lucky enough to have Pei Pei looking after us throughout our stay. We woke each day to a personal message and she checked in with us throughout the day to see if we needed anything. Our room was made up at a time to suit us, Pei Pei literally took care of every little detail. She even hand painted a beautiful gift for us and came to the hotel on her day off to say good bye and to give us our gift. Can’t say enough about this hotel and the staff - definately a dream vacation.

This place is absolutely stunning. The rooms were out of our price range SO WE DIDN’T STAY, however we came for drinks several times and it’s just wonderful. The vista across the west of the island is second-to-none, and the staff were outstanding. We did the spritz free-flow at the bar - two hours of unlimited spritz drinks and the drinks, service and ambiance were faultless.

Highly recommend this hotel! Bunny welcomed us amazingly. The room and cleanliness were top-notch, and the service was excellent — the staff was charming and very attentive. The breakfast was above and beyond. Plus, free SUP and kayak rentals are included at the hotel, which was a really nice touch.
