A perfect experience
A very perfect experience. We stayed at the W Hotel. We have always been their loyal fans. They sent a birthday cake to my friend (when we didn't know it at all). It was simply a huge surprise to make this vacation more complete

very nice w koh Samui
The staff is so kind and the facilities are so good. The fire show in Uba was also so cool. I was not good at English, so I added a Kakao Talk friend to facilitate communication with Vivi, so I could communicate comfortably.

Worst welcome email ever from any hotel
We are a family of 4 booked at the W koh samui with 2 queen beds. We have stayed at other W properties around the world and always had an amazing experience. But here this is the welcome email I got from SADUDEE (TORN) SAWADBUMRUNG Reservations Shift Leader ( please check photo below for the response ) According to the above gentleman or woman he/she wanted us to book in 2 separate villas. I cancelled my reservation immediately though my children were very much looking forward for this vacation.

The hotel and services are top notch , the staff is courteous They have a one of the best beach’s with mind blowing view Kuki was professional kind and helpful , she has helped in every possible way

Photo experience during our stay
Ton did our photos at the W and they turned out fabulous we did the one hour photo shoot and he included a video at no charge I can’t recommend this enough

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
