We stayed as a family of five, and the service was genuinely world-class. A special thank you to the reception team led by Nancy and Becky, who went above and beyond to accommodate every single request we had. From seamlessly adding an extra bed for the kids to arranging a much-needed late check-out when our flight was delayed, they took incredible care of us. Everything about this resort is top-tier: the private pool in our villa, the breathtaking beachfront, the outstanding breakfast, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience. Don't think twice—this is hands down the best hotel in Koh Samui!

Our stay at W Koh Samui was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything was amazing — the hotel, the atmosphere, the service, and especially the incredible hospitality of the staff. Everyone was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable throughout our stay. A special thank you to Patrick at the front d esk, who was exceptionally kind, polite, and helpful to us. He made us feel very welcome and went above and beyond to make our experience even better. Great Sunday ‘’Balanced Brunch’’ at Kitchen Table today. Large selection of food, especially seafood – perfect with a glass of chilled prosecco. The salmon gravlax and salmon pastrami were excellent. All staff were very attentive, and the team at the stations were very friendly, always happy to recommend a dish or share a tip on what to try. Special thanks to Sugar and Chef Bee for their friendliness and attention. This was our second time and we will be back!

Came down just to chill on the beach and get some food, ball was serving us and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Food was amazing and if you want some extra good cocktails, ask for ball
