W Koh Samui

Our family of four, including our daughters aged 14 and 10, recently spent three wonderful days at W Koh Samui, and it turned out to be a memorable vacation. While our stay began with some confusion regarding charges for additional guests, Ms. Mo, the Director, stepped in personally and resolved the matter quickly and to our complete satisfaction. What impressed us even more was how she continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay, ensuring everything was smooth and enjoyable. Her personal touch, remembering our names and taking special care of our daughters, made us feel genuinely valued. One of the highlights for my wife and daughters was the culinary class with the chef, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the cocktail-making class hosted by Job and Nick. Both experiences were engaging, fun, and added a unique touch to our holiday. A special mention goes to Executive Chef Manoj (“Manu”). During breakfast, we asked if Masala Chai was available. Although it wasn’t on the menu or buffet, Chef Manu personally arranged for us to enjoy one of the best Masala Chais we’ve had outside India. It was a small gesture, but one that truly touched our hearts and reflected the exceptional hospitality of the team. As vegetarians, we were delighted to find plenty of vegetarian and Indian food options across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our daughters also loved the kayaking activities at the beach, which kept them happily occupied and added to the family fun. As I write this review, I’m heading to the spa, and based on every experience so far, I have little doubt it will be just as exceptional. Thank you to the entire W Koh Samui team for creating such wonderful memories for our family. We look forward to returning.

From the moment we arrived, our stay was absolutely faultless. The villa was perfect. Beautifully appointed, spacious, private, and with stunning views that made it hard to leave. We lived in our private pool from morning to night, which was tranquil and felt very private. What truly sets this resort apart is the outstanding service. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they couldn’t do enough for us throughout our visit. The entire resort is incredibly well run, with every detail thoughtfully considered. From the facilities and dining experiences to the seamless service, everything exceeded our expectations. I had a Thai massage with May, and it was a wonderful experience. She was skilled, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The massage helped relieve tension and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I truly enjoyed the treatment and would happily book with May again. Highly recommended.
