Their warmth, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond transformed a wonderful resort into an unforgettable experience. A heartfelt thank you to Mary, Vivi, Bunny, Patrick, and Josep, who consistently greeted us with sincere smiles and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Their professionalism and genuine care made us feel like valued guests rather than just another reservation. Special recognition also goes to the Executive Chef, whose passion for creating memorable dining experiences was evident in every meal. The culinary team delivered exceptional food, while the reception staff and bell team ensured every arrival, departure, and request was handled seamlessly and with genuine hospitality. A beautiful stay in Paradise
We've only been here a day, but so far, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Bunny checked us in on arrival and she was spectacular! So friendly, welcoming and informative! Our room is beautiful and they really have thought of everything you might need in terms of the details. The beds are super comfy and the private pool feels luxurious. The whole hotel has stunning viewpoints. Can't thank the staff enough so far!

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
