W Koh Samui

The hotel is amazing, the rooms and facilities were great! Staff is vert professional and kind. Hardly no kids activities so it a bit boring for them, activities are very short and mostly for toddlers. The buggy cars service is a bit slow, need to wait 10-15 min each time…

We had an amazing time at W Koh Samui! The hotel facilities and service are in another level. The whole team made our stay so special, but a few people really went out of their way to make it unforgettable. Huge shoutout to Sud, Mac (“I’m good everyday”) Aoffy, Tony, Josef, Tik and Tiger with his huge heart —you guys were absolute superstars! Your great vibes completely made our vacation. We also want to give a warm thanks to the rest of the staff who looked after us: * Reception: Patric who helped us celebrate our daughter’s birthday, Jane, Bunny, and Vivi * Sip Beach Bar: Amazing Ting who made our time at the beach unforgettable and Jame * Housekeeping: May Style and Tay-ya, thank you for your attention to details. We had an absolutely fantastic time at W Koh Samui. From the moment we arrived, every single member of the team made us feel incredibly welcome. The service was warm, friendly and genuine throughout our stay. A special mention has to go to Mak , we absolutely loved the “party buggy” rides 😂 and he really added some fun and personality to our stay! Also a big thank you to Nancy and to the many, many other members of the team who looked after us so well. Unfortunately, we can’t remember everyone’s names, but the level of hospitality across the whole resort was exceptional. The property itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained. Our villa was fantastic, the facilities were excellent, and both check-in and check-out were incredibly smooth. The location is also excellent. You’re close to Fisherman’s Village, with plenty of restaurants, bars and markets nearby, while still having the privacy and tranquillity of the resort. What really stood out for us, though, was the people. You can have a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location, but it’s the team that makes a stay memorable and the team at W Koh Samui certainly did that for us. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and would happily return. Thank you to everyone at W Koh Samui for making our family stay so special.
