W Koh Samui

I can’t remember how many times I’ve stayed at W Koh Samui! I love this resort so much and I return back once or twice a year. And it’s not just because of the beautiful property and stunning views, but also because of the heartfelt service that keeps bringing me back. This time, I travelled with my family and booked two villas. We were so grateful for the generous upgrade to Premier Villas, both offering stunning ocean views. As always, the rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. Everything was just as lovely as we remembered. We were especially touched by the warm welcome setups prepared in both villas. My nephew was absolutely full of joy! He loved all the toys in the room, especially the Sweet Spot, which quickly became his favourite place. 🥰 Seeing him so happy made our stay even more special. My parents also had the chance to enjoy the spa, and they told me they had an amazing experience. A big thank you to Khun May, Khun Mew, and Khun Jew for taking such wonderful care of them and making their spa experience so memorable. We also enjoyed our breakfast at The Kitchen Table. Thank you to Khun Gift, Khun Nut, and the entire breakfast team for their warm and friendly service. A special thanks to Khun Mint for making such delicious fresh juices for us! Last but certainly not least, a huge thank you to the Front Office team, who played such an important role in making this family stay truly memorable. Our appreciation goes to Khun Mo, Khun Chika, Khun Peipei, Khun Patrick, Khun Kratai, Khun Tiantian, and Khun Kathy from the operator team. We would also like to thank the bell team for their seamless buggy and valet services throughout our stay. W Koh Samui has always held a special place in my heart, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. It’s the little details, the genuine care, and the people who make the difference. Thank you for another wonderful stay and for creating such beautiful memories with my family. We’re already looking forward to coming back again! ❤️

We did thai boxing class. Sun (the structure) was great! We practice slowly, and did a lot of technic and power Definitely would come again!

I have been to this beautiful resort a few times with my partner. We were over to the moon every time we came back. This time we stayed in Premier villa with the ocean view. The room was gorgeous and comfortable. The view was stunning. The bed was so soft. We slept so well. Food was very good. We love breakfast here. 😍 Service was top-notch. All staff were amazing. Especially, Khun Mo, Khun China, Khun Peipei and front office team. We felt home every time when we arrived. Also thank you to Khun Gift, Khun Ann, and Khun Nat at breakfast who were extremely nice. We love our stay every time. Thank you to W team once again. We highly recommend this beautiful resort. 🥰 KP 🙏

Oh my goodness what an amazing property. W Koh Samui gets it right on every level. From Pei Pei and her Welcoming Team to Tony with his buggy to Bal the beach bartender, everybody was so genuinely warm and welcoming. We were in a pool villa close to the beach which was spectacular. And the food … the food, especially the breakfast buffet, was unbelievable. The W Koh Samui is a must revisit !!!

A great hotel, we had so much fun. The staff was amazing, helped us with everything. The rooms are so big, clean, with a private pool and everything we needed. We enjoyed it very much!!!
