Incredible Stay at W SAMUI!
Amazing hotel! Pei Pei Cookie and Tony made this trip so amazing! Food is incredible!!!! The catered for my daughter for gluten free perfectly in all of the hotel restaurants! The atmosphere in the rooms was incredible! The beach is phenomenal and everyone was involved in our perfect stay making us feel so good! We even had a few meals in the room Which were amazing! 5 stars!

From the very first moment, he made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. I was traveling alone with my two daughters, and he was incredibly patient, kind, and amazing with the kids, making the whole photoshoot feel fun and natural. Nick has an incredible eye for detail and knows exactly how to capture the perfect moments. He guided us through beautiful locations, helped us with posing in a way that felt effortless, and made sure every single photo looked stunning. The results completely exceeded our expectations – the pictures are absolutely breathtaking and will be memories we cherish forever. From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
