W Koh Samui

We had a marvelous stay—the hotel is pristine, stylish, and beautiful. Every single detail is thoughtfully taken care of. The service is fantastic across the board, from the drivers and hostesses to the front desk, housekeeping, IT, and beyond. The restaurants are wonderful, and the gym is remarkably spacious and fully equipped. The villas are simply excellent and beautifully appointed. A special mention to our welcome manager, "P", who was absolutely amazing and made our stay extra memorable. We’ve found our new favorite place to stay, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you, W Koh Samui—it was so hard to say goodbye!

Our stay at the W Koh Samui exceeded all expectations. The staff were extremely attentive from our arrival to departure and did everything and more to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. It was my birthday during the stay and Pei Pei and the housekeeping staff went above and beyond to make my day special. The Thai cooking class with chef Bee and O was one of the highlights of our stay and their kindness and generosity left a lasting impression. Our beach front villa was breathtaking, and all of the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at the W Hotel. The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and the overall level of service was excellent from beginning to end. A special thank you to Nancy, who welcomed us during check-in. She was very friendly, professional and made us feel welcome straight away. We would also like to mention Tony, who took great care of our transportation around the hotel during our stay. He was always helpful, kind and available whenever we needed him. The whole experience was smooth, comfortable and memorable. We really appreciated the attention from the staff and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would be very happy to come back again.

We stayed here for four days in a beautiful beachfront villa and honestly had such a lovely time. Bunny and her whole team made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone was so kind and friendly, and they were always there to help whenever we needed something. We really enjoyed the food and, of course, the beautiful beach right in front of the villa. It was the perfect place to slow down, relax and just enjoy our time in Koh Samui. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! Thank you Bunny and the whole team for making us feel so welcome. ❤️
