Paradise Perfected at W Koh Samui
From the moment we arrived, our stay was absolutely faultless. The villa was perfect. Beautifully appointed, spacious, private, and with stunning views that made it hard to leave. We lived in our private pool from morning to night, which was tranquil and felt very private. What truly sets this resort apart is the outstanding service. Every member of the team was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay exceptional. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they couldn’t do enough for us throughout our visit. The entire resort is incredibly well run, with every detail thoughtfully considered. From the facilities and dining experiences to the seamless service, everything exceeded our expectations. This was luxury hospitality at its very best, and we are already planning our next visit. Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay

Amazing Thai Massage by May
I had a Thai massage with May, and it was a wonderful experience. She was skilled, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The massage helped relieve tension and left me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I truly enjoyed the treatment and would happily book with May again. Highly recommended.

Thank you to May and Build at W Koh Samui Spa for our very good massages. We had a wonderful massage focusing on back, neck, shoulders, head, Before and during treatment, we were asked if the pressure was good and if we had any areas we wanted them to focus on.

Wonderlust experience
Just look for something to do for relaxing and yet choose the Away Spa. It’s been completely relaxed Build, my therapist, she warmly welcomed and explained all the details. Her service was wonderful. Always make sure that everything is comfortable and her pressure during the treatment was wow! Definitely return!!!

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
