Incredible, we loved everything about the W Koh Samui
WOW! This hotel/retreat lived up to everything we hoped it would, it was seriously incredible, Cookie who checked us in was so sweet, the whole process straight forward and easy, our villa was so spacious and since travelling with our baby they had added some really nice touches including a baby bath and steriliser, which we really appreciated. Tony was so happy and friendly every time he greeted us transferring us around the resort, in fact all the staff were amazing! Thank you for making us feel so welcomed and at home.

Amazing stay
Despite the rain we had a fantastic stay in a breathtaking villa, pampered by an outstanding staff and indeed cordial people. Thank You Leo and colleagues, we will definitely come back

The best hotel in Koh Samui
The hotel was perfect, beyond imagination. Excellent service. We really liked the employee Tony, he always lifted our spirits and was always with good energy.

If you want WOW, the w Samui has plenty!
Wow, we’ve stayed at plenty of ultra premium hotels worldwide but what makes this property special other than the view on arrival is the exceptional service. It mirrors the personal touch of a boutique getaway (very similar welcome to the w Maldives). We travelled with two small children and the staff went out their way to make things easy and relaxing for us. During our stay we had a small personal issue, Alex the general manager took care of us. Definitely check out namu restaurant by the beach one evening, we also very much enjoyed cocktails at the “w bar”. So many staff to mention, we’re not good at remembering names but Peter, Tony, cookie and beer I remembered. Reception, syp bar, w bar, kitchen table staff were all faultless, actually outstanding! Thank you w Samui, we’ll be back!

Incredible service and ocean views
We stayed in an ocean front room that had a private pool and was steps to Sip, a beachfront bar. The staff was incredible from top to bottom. By day 2 everyone knew who we were and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
