Views, peace, family, good food, good people
One of the best hotels we visited The facilities, views, the food, but most important the staff and particularly Cookie, Araya, Tiger, and the nice guards who is always with a smile. All of them were dedicated to assist us throughout our stay. Well managed by the general manager Jason who is very lovely and kind. You can see every little detail matter.

An Unforgettable Wedding!
We planned our wedding on the beach with the incredible Sugar! She was just fantastic, from the moment we booked the venue she helped us arrange everything we needed. We had over 100 guests fly in from all over the world and couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you to Sugar and the team at The W Hotel for the most wonderful wedding.

Five days of R&R in a Tranquil location
It has been 2 years since we last visited the picturesque island of Koh Samui and we were not disappointed with our favourite hotel. Located on the north side of the island, the W Hotel is close to Fisherman’s Village which has a great selection of restaurants and shops, and the market nights are well worth visiting. The W has everything one expects from a 5 Star hotel, a warm welcome when you arrive, courteous friendly staff - from front of house, buggy boys through to security and of course the Sip beach bar staff. The rooms are luxurious and of course one cannot forget the infamous W Beds & Pillows which are Devine. It was a very relaxing trip, so relaxing that we have booked to return in September 😎

Amazing Stay
We had great experience staying at W. As this stay was for our honeymoon, we got complimentary photo shoot which was amazingly done by Ton. We were welcomed by Cookie, and her hospitality has been sweetest, she is a very helpful and kind girl. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks W team.

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
