W Koh Samui

I am beyond impressed! Yesterday, I booked a table at Namu to celebrate birthday, and the experience was incredible from start to finish. We received such a warm welcome from Khun Meili the moment we walked in. A huge thanks to Khun Oh and Khun Eye for their professional menu recommendations; they also served us a melon cocktail that was absolutely refreshing and delicious. Every dish we ordered was superb, but the Miso Soup was definitely my personal favorite! I also want to mention Khun Ting, who took the time to check on us and ensure everything was perfect. To top it all off, the staff surprised us with a "Happy Birthday" song, a lovely cake, and a small performance that we didn't expect at all. It was such a heartwarming moment. Special thanks to Khun Sun, Khun Nat, Khun Jeng, and the rest of the team for making this night so special. We will definitely be back to try more dishes soon! 🤍

We stayed at the W Samui for 2 nights and had an amazing experience! Resort is beautiful, clean and quiet and the staff was very helpful and made sure we have everything we need. Would definitely stay there again!

This was our family first stay at W Kohsamui and we were truly impressed by the service provied by the staff name Cookie also the welcome team .They wereattentive amd resolved any issue for us promptly. We genuinely value this level of care and would like to express our special thank again. The overall hotel environment was excellent and breakfast was of high quality. Thank uou again Cookie!!

The level of service amongst the following Staff and Teams were so kind, accommodating and genuinely special: - Chef Manu and Executive Sous Chef Bee - Managers Michael & Andre - Staff; Budd, Ball, Minnie, Kim, Emmi - Buggy guys; Peter, Tony, Offy, Leo, & all - Security: Tiger! - Reception: Cookie Chef Manu & Sous Chef Bee were so very thoughtful, personable and such a pleasure to feed us with stellar intention. Manager Andre was so interesting with his points of view and connection. Manager Michael was especially a shining star not only for us but also was commended and mentioned among his team. He is the gold standard of Client Services. His staff mentioned that he is kind and a great teacher that gives them extra energy and inspiration. With great consistency. We could see that time and time again and give him and everyone at W Koh Samui our greatest thanks and appreciation for an unforgettable stay!

Well… where to start from.. hmm, ok, check-inn , lobby welcome drink with breathtaking view.. buggy ride to villa, BBQ Friday evenings, Namu, Daniel-Son preparing Japanese original cut sashimi , hand rolled nigiri 🤗, Cheff B at the Table restaurant!! This one is absolutely amazing with best Thai , southern Tasts, dishes… we tried all menu 😎 over 14 days stay, next! Game and Nat, wet bar.. try them for colorful cocktails, Kim and Ting and the SIP bar! Try black or white water..with lime.😀! Leo and Mac - buggy drivers.. oh well! Thanks W Samui, - all of you trully deserve Whatever/Whenever Congrats 🤝
