Every detail is carefully considered, the cleanliness is exceptional, and the facilities are truly impressive, offering an experience unlike any we have had before. What made our stay truly special was the incredible team. Every staff member we encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The level of service throughout the hotel is among the best we have ever experienced, and it is clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority for everyone on the team. A special thank you to Ruben, the hotel's Quality Manager, who accompanied us throughout our stay, provided excellent recommendations, paid attention to every detail, and ensured that every part of our experience exceeded expectations. His dedication, availability, and genuine care for guests are truly remarkable. We would also like to recognize Tiger, the security officer, who greeted us every day with kindness, warmth, and a smile. He made us feel welcome from the very first moment. In addition, every restaurant in the hotel was a culinary experience in its own right. Each meal was beautifully prepared, delicious, and served to the highest standards. Even breakfast was exceptional, with an extensive selection, high-quality ingredients, and outstanding service that made every morning a pleasure. Special recognition also goes to Chef B, Chef Manoj, Chef Ragz, Chef Oat, and Chef Wat. The food throughout our stay was outstanding, and their talent, creativity, and attention to detail made every dining experience a highlight of our trip. The service across every department was flawless, our accommodation was spacious, luxurious, and comfortable, and every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The service was amazing and very professional. Very polite and respectful which a great thing in making me want to return to the W Balln Tom was excellent and demonstrated a fine example of hospitality.

Visited The spa located inside the W hotel while staying here for a staycation. The message therapist name Build was very attentive. The strength and touch was just right. Feeling so relaxed afterwards. I opted for the massage and body scrub. I even did the sauna! Skin so smooth and glowing now.
