W Koh Samui

We stayed at the W Koh Samui for seven nights and eight days at the end of July, with our children, aged 6 and 4, and our 4-month-old baby. The hotel is also ideally located, only a 5–10-minute drive from Fisherman’s Village, making it a perfect base for enjoying both the resort and the surrounding area. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was simply outstanding. We have stayed in many beautiful hotels, but we had never experienced a level of service, attention, care, and genuine hospitality like this. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the entire team constantly went above and beyond to make our stay effortless, comfortable, and unforgettable — especially while travelling with three young children. The service was remarkable in every possible way. Every member of staff was kind, attentive, professional, warm, and incredibly helpful. Our private pool villa was absolutely spectacular. It was spacious, beautifully designed, extremely comfortable, and perfectly suited to our family. Having our own private pool made the experience even more special, and the villa quickly became a place where we could relax and enjoy precious family time together. The hotel’s buggy service was also incredibly efficient. Whenever we needed a buggy to pick us up from the villa, it arrived very quickly, making it easy and convenient to move around the beautiful resort — something we especially appreciated with young children. The food was excellent throughout our stay. We had the opportunity to eat at the main restaurant, the beach restaurant, and also enjoy in-room dining. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered a wonderful variety. The Sweet Spots located throughout the resort were another lovely touch. They were such a fun and enjoyable feature, especially for the children. Breakfast deserves a special mention. This was not simply a large buffet. So much was freshly prepared to order and brought directly to our table according to our preferences. The quality, freshness, variety, and level of personalised service made breakfast feel like a truly special dining experience every morning. Everything was prepared with care and served exactly as requested. The birthday celebrations arranged for our children were incredibly touching. The team made them feel truly special, with thoughtful surprises and beautiful personal touches that we will never forget. The main pool was beautiful and perfectly maintained, with an incredible view, and the fitness center was also excellent — spacious, modern, well equipped, and of a very high standard. The evening fire show was another wonderful highlight. It was spectacular, entertaining, and a fantastic experience for both adults and children. A very special thank you to Mo, the Rooms Manager, whose kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made a huge difference to our stay. Thank you to the entire W Koh Samui team for giving our family such unforgettable memories. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and cannot wait to return.

The whole W Samui experience is fantastic. The environment, amenities, staff, food and drinks are all exceptional.

A beautiful property, amazing views, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. WooBar is a great setting. A nice location just 30 mins away from the busy nightlife of Chaweng and 10 from Fisherman's village. Very fast service to transport you to/from your villas, which are private with nice views of the water.

Thank you for giving us such a wonderful cocktail experience. I ordered the signature cocktail and it was absolutely beautiful and delicious. A big thank you to Yammy, Nick, and Zucus for their attentive and thoughtful service throughout our visit. We also truly appreciated the warm welcome and friendly conversations from Mo and Chika. Their kindness and hospitality made the evening even more special. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back!

From the very 1st moment we arrived at the W Koh Samui, we felt special and very well taken care of. Everyone goes far beyond making your experience amazing... Our Villa was Fabulous and each and every employee made it memorable for all of us. We will definitely recommend and hopefully get to stay here again, our daughter will be living in Thailand for 2 years and just knowing the W is pretty close, will give us peace of mind when we visit...
