We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at the W Hotel Ko Samui – and that’s not only because of the stunning property, but especially because of the incredible team! A very special thank you goes to Pei, who supported me in planning and executing my proposal to my girlfriend in the most outstanding way. Her dedication, creativity, and professionalism were on a level I have honestly never experienced before. And I say this as someone working for Marriott in Europe – it was truly impressive to see such passion and attention to detail. A huge thank you as well to Nic for the incredibly professional photos – he captured this once-in-a-lifetime moment perfectly. And many thanks to Ting for the amazing drinks afterwards, which were the perfect way to celebrate. The entire team completely exceeded our expectations – attentive, warm, and highly professional throughout. Beyond this very special moment, the hotel itself is simply unique: an outstanding breakfast with a wide variety of options, a fantastic pool with beautiful waves, and a stunning, almost private beach that is perfect for relaxing. We will definitely come back and can recommend this hotel from the bottom of our hearts!

Our stay was simply unforgettable – a true highlight from beginning to end! A special mention goes to the cocktail class: Game Nutt Zucus was an absolutely amazing teacher! With great energy, humor, and expertise, he guided us through the class perfectly. The other bartenders were just as fantastic – the drinks were flawless, and the view was breathtaking. It was such a fun and memorable experience! The cooking class with Bee & Milk was also an absolute standout! Everything was explained in detail, and we got to prepare every dish together step by step. It was not only very informative but also incredibly fun. They really took their time with us, which made the whole experience even more special. The hotel itself is stunning – beautiful facilities, spectacular rooms with private pools, and a beach that is simply magical at sunset. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy outstanding service. A huge compliment to the entire staff – incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. You feel welcomed and well taken care of at all times. Conclusion: simply amazing!!! We will definitely be back!

Awesome retreat we spent a wonderful time here and lived our beachview villa. The cocktail and cooking lessons were excellent and the staff is just outstanding!

I spent 3 nights at the W in March, and I really enjoyed it. Staff are really friendly, rooms are big and comfortable, views are fantastic. The breakfast was #1 I had on my entire trip, staying at a few luxury hotels both in Koh Samui and Bangkok. Every detail (right down to the amazing coffee) was well executed. The fresh coconuts and fresh mango helped push it over the top. The beach was really nice and relaxing. Although all beached in Thailand are public, this had a very private and intimate feeling. The pool is large, with great views, and often we were the only ones in it. This hotel may not be the newest in Koh Samui, or the newest W, but overall, a really great experience run by a great team.
