The hotel is very good. All the staff are very attentive. Khun Kratai FO, Khun Pete the buggy driver, the breakfast is very delicious, the staff are very good at service. We talked with Khun Ton, Khun Ton's service is very good, takes beautiful pictures, he is a very nice person.

Amazing experience. Large, luxurious and very clean rooms. The courtyard is amazing in its size and the pool is wow.
We enjoyed every moment at the hotel, from the moment we were welcomed, the treatment was personal and warm. They took care of the problem we encountered with the booking with the agent, the service was simply amazing. The hotel is stunning, every corner of it is more beautiful, everything is clean and well-kept. The breakfast is varied and rich. We celebrated a birthday at the Japanese restaurant and it was an amazing and delicious experience. We would like to especially mention Tony, Patrick and Bani who provided personal service and attention and made sure to fulfill our every request with a smile.

Tony is such a good guy, helped us with everything we needed and took care of us. His service exceeded all expectations, and we look forward to coming back again. Even when we returned because we lost an item, Tony made sure to return it to us and search with us.

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
