W stands for WOW
By far the best hotel I've stayed in my life, and I don't say this easily. Not only the hotel has a stunning design, huuge beautiful villas and amazing food... the service here is next level, delivering the whatever whenever slogan. Shoutout to Cookie, Sugar, Bear, and specially Aof from laundry who went above & beyond with so many little details that enhanced our stay way beyond expectations. All of the other amazing staff at the lobby bar, beach bar, main restaurant, even the security were super fun and cheerful. This is why Thailand is called the land of smiles

Our most wonderful stay
We had the most amazing stay ever at the W Koh Samui. The property is beautiful and taken care of. our room was wonderful, big and with a very nice private pool and the daily housekeeping service was superb. Breakfast was delicious and so were all the other restaurants as well. but the true gem of the property is the staff and service. They were reachable 24/7, always helped with any request we had and went above and beyond. A special thank you to Mo, Nancy, Leo, Peter, Beckie and Cookie.

From the minute you arrive at the W Retreat Koh Samui you are met with the Wow factor. The view from the lobby is absolutely breathtaking!! The pool villas were modern, beautifully decorated & very private and had direct access to the beach. Staff were very friendly & attentive. Had the most incredible meal at Namu. Thank you to the amazing chefs who just created something special for me based on what I felt like - no menu required.

This is definitely a resort with wow factors in many ways. Besides the breathtaking view of Gulf of Thailand and the Maenam Beach, the staffs left me a nice impression as well, General Manager Nick himself gave us a personal tour introduction at the beginning which led to a wonderful stay for us at W Retreat Koh Samui. Worth coming again and again!
