I recently got back from W Koh Samui about a week ago, and with my partner, we headed to this hotel very happy.    The staff's service left me feeling really pleased. I would like to thank Khun Ammie, a really professional and compassionate staff member.   After I checked out, she thoughtfully delivered my bag, which I had forgotten at the hotel. My bag was delivered to me by Khun Ammie, and I got it back home.   Khun Ammie offers expert services and is incredibly helpful and nice. That brightens my day immensely. I will definitely be going back to W Koh Samui soon because it was an incredible experience.   Thank you to all the workers. Everyone has been friendly and accommodating.

Currently in the W Koh Sumai for my honeymoon. The location of the hotel is amazing and the structure itself, however, it is currently my first few hours and didn't get treated well. First of all I never got a tour of the place even though while I was walking people were getting tours of the place (maybe because of my race). The first location I went straight from the room to the gym, after I finished from the gym I called the reception twice to get a buggy to go to the gym since the buggy is the main transportation it took us 15 mins. 2 calls from myself, and a worker called is co worker to get the buggy to pick us up. I called the reception to report the issue and told the person that picked the phone up from the manager she put me on hold for a long time which made me hang up. Hopefully this issue does not continue throughout my 5 night stay. I will be writing another review after my full stay!

W hotel amazing the service great Sky service very nice so special to came namu .will come again recommend for everyone very nice beach great sunset good food perfect location . The rooms are fantastic with the swimming pool breakfast very good.

This place is nothing but heaven on Earth! The Villas are here exquisite and the hospitality of the staff is to die for! I will be honest, it’s a must visit hotel. W Koh Samui is a place i will never forget in my life. Some places are there to stay with you forever! I would like to mention Mr Tom from the front desk team. He is best at what he does! He is such a lovely person and a gentleman. He personally made sure we had the best stay at W.One of my favourite places now,hands down!❤️

To begin with, crucial staff services Ammie is flawless and professional. I'll let her know that. Her authentically upbeat enthusiasm was palpable. Not only did Ammie greet us warmly, but she also took us to the beach in a buggy. Ammie demeanor is courteous and she has a sparkling aura. Food and Beverage​ so good, with excellent service and friendly staff With no doubt, I would visit Koh Samui one more. As many hotels under the W Brand, this one an amazing​ hotel​.
