Our stay at the resort was truly exceptional. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and we immediately felt welcomed by the warm and friendly atmosphere created by the staff. The check-in process was very smooth, and we were offered a welcome drink and a nicely scented refreshing towel. The staff were consistently kind and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more memorable. Our room and the resort facilities were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, giving everything a fresh and comfortable feel. We rented bicycles and enjoyed cycling around the property. There were many spots where we could feel the natural beauty of the Big Island, making the trails and cycling experiences especially appealing. The resort also offers a wide variety of activities, and there were plenty of clean and well-kept beach chairs and umbrellas available at the beach, which made relaxing by the ocean even more enjoyable. As the resort is also known as a power spot, we were able to spend our time feeling refreshed, uplifted, and completely relaxed. It was a truly wonderful stay filled with comfort, hospitality, and beautiful surroundings, and we would love to stay here again in the future.

Very nice resort! The environment and all equipment is very nice and high end. Satisfied with all service teams, especially the bell desk and shuttle service, very convenient.

This property is a gem! We had an amazing time and stay. The service is top notch. There is so much staff we felt like we had a private butler with us at every turn. They are so friendly to kids and it's a great hotel for both families and kids. The tennis facility is amazing. My son and I both took classes/lessons and had a great experience. The instructors were great and the new Australian Tennis head (Former grand slam player) is so cool! The food quality is excellent. The market has everything you could want on a resort. I can keep going on. The boys ages 7 and 8 loved the kids club Need to come here to experience it yourself. WE cannot wait to come back!

The Auberge is a beautiful resort with great amenities and fantastic service, but for adults, it has a fatal flaw. This is a family oriented resort with a great activities and a great pool for families. There is an adult pool, but it is unfortunately kept at an uncomfortably cold temperature. The main pool, which is a comfortable temperature, is full of screaming children at all times. The adult pool is serene, but the pool itself is so cold it’s unusable. They’ve installed a cool swim up bar, but it requires a long swim through very cold water to order a drink from the friendly staff. We’ve sat there for multiple days watching people dip their toes in the water and shudder. We’ve made the request from several staff members to turn up the temperature. One said, “None of the pools are heated.” That would make me assume that the children’s urine is keeping the main pool warm. Another said, “The pool is heated to 70 degrees.” Hmmm? Another said, “I wish I could jump into a cold pool after how hard I work.” There was one helpful employee, I believe her name was Kelli, said she would talk to engineering, but it would take a day or so to get the pool heated. The next day, we decided to visit our friends staying at the Four Seasons, and we enjoyed their warm adult pool and swim up bar. When we returned, the pool was still ice cold. We watched many guests complain with no response. Eventually someone came out with a thermometer, and told us the pool was adequately warm. Looking at the empty pool and swim up bar not selling drinks, it was obvious the pool was not adequately warm. Many, many guests were obviously dissatisfied, but at no time did a manager come out. This is otherwise a great hotel, but I probably would not stay here again became the pool is ice cold.
