We were on Kauai for vacation and to visit our son and decided to stay at the Grand Hyatt even though we haven't stayed there before. We loved the location, quiet and at the end of resorts on the road in Poipu. Terrific restaurants and staff. Loved the pools and lagoon. Great views from our room and we had morning walks on the long beach path looking at turtles surfing in the waves.

Had a wonderful 5 days at Grand Hyatt Kauai. Spent a lot of time at the lovely pools. Service was great and the pool servers were attentive. Parking is free and check-in was a breeze. I'll definitely be back.

Along the south coast of Kauai, the Grand Hyatt has one of the most beautiful grounds, with the pools and plants the area is amazing. The Grand Hyatt Resort location is great, with hiking, golf course, and less rain than other areas on Kauai. The Grand Hyatt has very good restaurants, but if you are looking for different places to enjoy, there are choices a short distance away.

Had a perfect honeymoon at the grand Hyatt. The hotel and room were immaculate, the pool and lagoon were lovely, and the proximity to the mahalepu heritage trail made it an amazing experience. Staff were great as well, and the anara spa was clean and comfortable. No complaints.

I had a wonderful second stay at the Grand Hyatt Kauai last month. The stay was very relaxing, and my family very much enjoyed the resort's amenities: the pools, the Club Lounge, and the spa were all excellent. In addition to the lovely views and how meticulous the grounds are kept, the other thing that makes this resort really special is the staff; they were consistently welcoming and friendly, and it seemed like they genuinely wanted me and my family to enjoy our stay. One example of this: when my mom sprained her ankle at the nearby beach, I called Guest Services to see if they had any ice packs. Nancy, a security dispatcher, came by to our room right away to assess how severe my mom's injury was, gave us supplies to help with my mom's ankle, and let us know about the services they have available to those at the resort to who get need assistance with getting around. She was so sweet and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure that my mom was okay, and even took the time to tell us about nearby areas and what activities to avoid and when to make sure we still enjoyed our time there while not getting hurt again. I will definitely be back! :)

I spent a week at the Grand Hyatt Kauai and it is an exceptional hotel. The hotel looks like it was built into the side of a large hill on the Pacific. The service was excellent our entire seven days.
