We had dinner in the Ozone- Ministry of Crab for birthday celebration. Pepper crab was fabulous, just like the one we had in Sri Lanka. The chilli giant prawn was so aromatic, not to waste any bit of it, we dip the bread into the sauce and clean up the plate. Service was phenomenal, Becky was super attentive and took good care of us! We had been the actual Ministry of Crab at Sri Lanka, which I labeled in my previous review as the Best Crab could be ever known on earth! We were much excited to learn they are doing their round at Ozone, we missed the prawn and pepper crab and how’s nice both of them are here in HK for us. We were greeted with detailed introduction on the menu. Didn’t expect to eat much this selected the 3-course option. Becky introduced each of the dishes well and made sure our table could always be neat during our flight with our crab 🫢. Definitely would come again at Ozone for their exciting collaboration !

I had an amazing evening at the Ozone bar. The really nice and so friendly bartender Stone made it even more recognizable. You do not find barkeepers like him easily, so just to meet him it is already a clear recommendation to visit the bar. The views are also amazing. Their is also a good non alcoholic menu.

Amazing experience in such luxurious facilities. The views are breath taking and the service was more than friendly and professional, I would like to give a special mention to our bartender Stove, who attended us very nicely and gave us a warm welcome.

The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my life, all over the world. Their capability to understand your needs even before you express them refects the excellent level of customer centricity they have in their daily conduct, at any personnel level. Each guest is treated like a VIP. The view from the hotel toom, at the 115th floor, over the Hong Kong Island, the mainland and the Chinese sea is priceless. We spent hours at the windows in our room, loking at the panorama, at any change of the daily light or at night. The Ozone Club at the 118th floor, with its terrace, is worth the time to reach it, Also the breakfast was outstanding. In a nutshell, an hotel you should not miss when in Hong Kong or in Asia, with a more than appropriate price point given the quality of services you get.
