Wonderful visit, the Club Level was excellent. Thanks, Masum for exceptional service. He was extremely attentive. Knew our next request before we asked. You made us laugh and smile. Housekeeping on floor 9 was also extremely good. Recognising our needs and preparing our room superbly.

Such an amazing hotel in a perfect location. What makes this experience wonderful is the staff at the hotel they really couldn’t do enough for you, it really is five star!!! We stayed in a club lounge suite where the staff are out of this world and a big shout out to one of the best members of staff Masson. (Please give him a big Christmas bonus ) He was absolutely amazing and nothing was too much trouble for him so polite and very professional and friendly at the same time. It’s the reason why we would come back and stay at this hotel again. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you ever get the chance and you are stopping in Kuala Lumpur. 10/10

I would highly recommend staying here if you're visiting KL. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was huge with 2 full bathrooms plus 2 toilets. The rooms were spotless with lots of amenities and helpful touches like large unlimited filtered water. The staff were friendly and welcoming and greeted us by name when we returned to the hotel. The breakfasts were amazing and we would get up early to make sure we had time to eat all the lovely food! Great location across from Pavilion and walking distance to Jalan Alor. We ended up staying a night in Mandarin Oriental the following week and that was nowhere near as good as the Ritz Carlton

1st visit to Ritz Carlton with family. Using The Ritz as a base to tour Malaysia amongst other hotels. Overall quite pleased with the hotel, level of service. Views are restricted given the close proxitmy and heights of other buildings. Facilities I thought were good i.e gym, pools etc. Unfortunately main pool was closed for maitenance.
