A very welcoming stay. While some areas are a little tired, the service is excellent and really makes the difference. Bahar in the Club Lounge looked after us wonderfully, as did all the team members we encountered. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows. Our only minor suggestion would be the addition of hand towels in the club lounge bathroom.

We had a very nice stay at the Ritz for 6 nights. The location of property is excellent, just opposite the Pavillon MALL, Jalan Alor street food, and public transportation. We finally had a Junior Suite connected to a deluxe twin bed room after the front manager, Mr. Bing Jie, supported our room change. Mr. Bing Jie was very friendly, kind and supportive and the Ritz has to be proud of such client oriented management team. A big shout out also to the Restaurant Manager (apologies as I forgothis name) who mde our breakfasts so enjoyable. In fact all staff was very professional and always helping with a smile. The 4 stars are a result of comparing this property with other Ritz properties, but the staff and services provided are superb and better than 5 stars. We definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back !

Our stay at the Ritz Carlton Kuala Lumpur was simply perfect. The warm welcome at the Club lounge check-in desk was professional and efficient. Food and service in the Club lounge was excellent, the gym and pool area were a welcome reprieve from the busyness of the city. The service standard at this hotel is at the highest level. The hotel is selfish kept in pristine condition. It is the epitome of classic luxury. I would like to personally recognize Mr Ang Bing Jie for his wonderful service both pre-arrival and during our stay. He personally saw that all of our requests were fulfilled, and all of our expectations were exceeded. We will certainly be booking this hotel again.

I stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur many years ago and returned on this trip with fond memories. I'm pleased to say the hotel has aged extremely well and remains beautifully maintained. The location is excellent, with Pavilion Mall, Bukit Bintang and the newer TRX Mall all within walking distance. The design is timeless and elegant, featuring a luxurious white theme with black trimmings. Staff were consistently polite and friendly throughout my stay. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable, with a walk-in wardrobe and plenty of storage. The bed was excellent with fresh, clean bedsheets, and the bathroom was beautifully designed with quality branded toiletries. This remains my favourite hotel in Malaysia, offering comfort, elegance and a level of consistency that keeps me coming back.

In this regard, I would like to sincerely commend the Club Lounge team, and in particular the Head of the Club Lounge, whose professionalism, warmth, and leadership were truly exemplary. The level of care, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality demonstrated in the Club Lounge fully reflected the standards associated with The Ritz-Carlton name. This part of the experience was outstanding and deserves special recognition. At the same time, I must be honest that my interaction with the Duty Manager on shift was the only aspect of the stay that felt noticeably misaligned with Ritz-Carlton service values. While communication was polite, the approach felt procedural rather than guest-centric, lacking flexibility and a sense of ownership over the situation. For a guest accustomed to premium-level service, this contrast was quite apparent. I want to emphasize that my overall impression of the hotel is shaped far more by the many positive interactions than by this single shortcoming. My intention in sharing this feedback is not criticism, but clarity — and recognition where it is truly due. Thank you again for your attention and for the efforts made by your team.
