Amazing service at the bar ask for Phil! I had such a great experience at La Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, and I have to give a special shout-out to the bartender, Phil 🤩. He was absolutely amazing friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell he loves what he does, and it really shows in the service. Phil made the experience feel personal and fun, and his drinks were on point. It’s rare to come across service like that these days, and he truly elevated our visit. If you’re staying here or just stopping by the bar, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar Phil will take great care of you! We will definitely be coming back 🍸✨

Outstanding Weekend Getaway
Estancia La Jolla is a great stay! Beautiful grounds and plenty of amenities/restaurants. Close to the La Jolla Cliffs. Phil, at the outdoor pool bar took great care of us today with drinks/food. Was very knowledgeable of the menu and made good conversations! Will definitely be coming back here to stay and will be telling family/friends about it!

Great drinks, great service @ The Palma
Phil was an outstanding bartender, friendly, attentive, and clearly skilled at what he does. On top of that, the pool bar had a great atmosphere: relaxed, fun, and the perfect spot to unwind. The combination made the experience a highlight.
