Would not recommend / rooms darker than on photos
We stayed for one night while visiting friends in San Diego. The standard room we booked was very dark and not cosy. We got changed and it was better. I consider the hotel quite pricy for what you get in the end - breakfast is not included, not even a working coffee machine in the room (there is one but it makes coloured water vs coffee), they are charging 50$ to self-park in their huge outdoor lot, coffee bar was overcrowded in the morning. and anything else is always - to be paid extra. Valet parking is super annoying - they jump to you before you even turn off the engine and stand in front of the door. You cannot even park a car for 2 minutes to pick up the luggage without handing away your keys, hearing comments about wrong parking (should always be from of the car to the road and no other way), and requests to move the car on an almost empty car park. They would not even leave you in peace to pack you car before road trip. So the extra attention and friendliness was rather fake and annoying. There is also nothing around the hotel, the nearest beach is 10 min car drive and same for cafes or restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the grounds are nice. Though we were happy and rushed to leave the hotel

Karina was a great server!
This review is for the brunch at Greenfinch. I had brunch with friends who were in town for a business event. The food was delicious and appropriately portioned, but what really made the experience stellar was the service. We had Karina as our server, and she was personable, kind, and communicative throughout our brunch time. I can't wait to visit again and will definitely ask to be seated in Karina's service area.

Clean and Luxurious
So clean that even me and my germaphobe habits were happy. Interior design was to die for. Gym was sufficiently stocked. Staff was helpful. Plenty of shade even on hot days. Quiet - couldn't hear my neighbors.
