Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa

This is not a hotel, it is a heavenly getaway! The grounds are so lovely with all the beautiful lawns and gardens, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing and the staff are friendly and efficient. I love having a table and padded corner bench seating in the room - so helpful for quick meals and work. Everything was clean and refreshed daily.

I was recently there for a wedding and it was perfect. The rooms are well appointed, the staff really friendly and the resort grounds are so unique and beautiful. I loved the cafe where you could grab a quick coffee and bite to eat and go enjoy the day. It is close to the San Diego airport and other things too. I highly recommend this property for a wonderful stay.

Gorgeous hotel with an upscale ranch vibe. Incredible service with attentive and friendly staff. Large room bathrooms. The closet is lit has a full mirror and robes/slippers! Restaurants are delicious. Ballroom was beautiful and perfect for an event

Scheduled our annual board retreat at Estancia. Every single staff at Estancia is focused on providing an over the top customer service experience. My board members loved the venue and the location which is in proximity to the La Jolla Cove and shopping area. Rooms are recently renovated (2024) and are very clean and comfortable and new looking. You would expect to pay much more for a resort of this quality. The environment is very calm, peaceful and relaxing. After the board retreat I stayed two additional days for a mini-vacation and thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

I had the privilege of running a medical meeting at the Estancia for the first time in early May. Staying at a hotel like this, you have certain expectations about the quality of the service as well as the upkeep of the rooms and property. However, what you can never be sure of when running events and working with so many of the different hotel teams, is what type of attention you'll receive and how efficiently your needs and event details will be executed - especially given the fact that we are a small meeting when compared to the scope of the events that the Estancia handles on a weekly basis. Each person and department I dealt with was professional, communicative and went out of their way to ensure not only that I had all I needed, but that the conference itself was positioned for success. To find that level of synergy between each touchpoint was refreshing and, most importantly, ensured that our attendees had a flawless experience - one worth coming back again for. Thank you everyone!
