Ownership Needs to Look at management
I’ve stayed at Estancia Hotel many times over the past 10 years, and unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the surrounding area was lovely. The valet and front desk staff were also friendly, helpful, and professional. Unfortunately, my interactions with the front desk manager (I think her name was Karen) completely overshadowed all of those positives. I found her to be extremely rude and unhelpful. When I had a question, she spoke to me in a condescending manner. What was even more disappointing was the way I witnessed her speaking to and treating her employees. Her behavior toward them came across as unnecessarily harsh and disrespectful. I sincerely hope upper management takes the time to look into these interactions and pay closer attention to the way employees and guests are being treated. It’s unfortunate because I have enjoyed staying at this hotel for many years, but after this experience, I will not be returning and will make it a point to tell others to avoid this hotel.

Lovely stay
Beautiful hotel. Staff is excellent: friendly and helpful. Loved the decor and room was very comfortable and well appointed. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely little resort
Overall lovely small resort.. a few things that could and should be improved to make the total experience better! Staff was great.. but food and cleanliness overall in rooms and in property (spa, pool and gardens ) need attention to make it a 5/5

This is a great property with so many amazing amenities including gym, spa, pool and great restaurants. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service
So far our trip has been amazing! Beautiful hotel and tranquil setting. Carlson at hotel front desk, Emilio at valet, and Madeline at the Greenfinch restaurant were outstanding. They have made our trip extremely enjoyable. It’s been such a nice stay.
