Had the best cocktails with Phil at the Remedy lounge! Very cool health forward elixirs but shared a delish glass of wine with my sister. Will definitely be back soon!

The low rating is for the SPA! Found your property looking for a couples massage for our anniversary, and we were coming from a San Diego event. Fell in love with the idea of having our own couples "outdoor bungalow". It was disappointing to book our massage and being told the soak was out of service and not offered at the time, but was told we would still be able to enjoy fireside champagne and chocolate afterwards. The "bungalow" was covered in dirt and super outdated. Nothing like the photos. It looked like it hasn't been touched in years! After our massages, the therapist took us to a public space with 4 other women who were already occupying the "fire side". We had assumed we would at least be in a private space paying $62 more per person than if I just booked a normal 50min massage. That price difference was not worth the couples "outdoor bungalow" and public space afterwards. Facility was also sub-par for this price. Simple things over looked like every door is dirty! Like a children's preschool dirty! Lastly, we requested (1) female therapist and any gender for the 2nd therapist, but had (2) men. It's difficult to be comfortable enough to enjoy a massage when you prefer a female yet being massage by a man. (My online spa confirmation lists a female and male but the spa front desk said she did not have that noted when we inquired after our massage). This spa is a racket and honestly would have stayed elsewhere for a better anniversary spa experience. Therapist were great and friendly! Hotel room and dinner at Mustangs & Burros was delicious and service was great! Lobby bar and bartender was great! Check-in was quick and great!

I was so bummed to see my favorite bartender was not here this summer, I believe his name was Chris at the pool and another bar in this hotel. Personality is key Estancia. Those genuine people really make the atmosphere inviting and his service and drinks were excellent. Beautiful place to stay. I stay every year and will continue to do so for business. Unfortunately, I left the property for "nice" drinks elsewhere. Please find Chris and place him back at the pool next summer 2026!

Lorenzo was professional, helpful and made my boyfriend and I feel right at home. The property was gorgeous, even after check out we felt so accommodated and taken care of. Thank you to the team and Lorenzo for their help :) 10/10
