Disappointing and overpriced. Avoid.
This hotel is severely overpriced for the quality of stay. We booked two rooms for our family, and both had a strong, musty smell coming from the carpets. To make matters worse, when we walked into our room, we found used dental floss left in the toilet and had to call housekeeping just to get it cleaned. When I brought these issues to the front desk, they completely brushed it off and did absolutely nothing. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Luxurious oasis
An oasis that carries one back in time to old world luxury and charm. The gardens are exquisite and the entire staff was professional, accommodating, and friendly.

Not the greatest value
Beautiful hotel and wonderful location. I do believe there are better options for the price. For $600 a night I expect at least a view or a balcony, we had neither. The staff also seemed overwhelmed and service at restaurants was very slow.

Excellent facilities, room, restaurants and ambience, the only negative being the noise of the air conditioning, which could wake the dead.

Gorgeous resort
I’ve stayed here before and I would love to come back again. The grounds are stunning. The pool area is beautiful and the rooms are nice.
