Not the best luxury hotel to redeem your benefits in
There is a lot of hidden service charges. And make sure to check your bills -- I had to correct several pricing issues and non-applied credits. Once over the phone and finally at checkout where I noticed it still wasn't fixed. Staff is nice, but everything in this hotel is built to gouge you on prices even with credits. The hotel was very confusing to navigate too and I'm guessing they prioritize to do weddings and other events rather than people trying to use hotel credits from premium travel cards. (It makes sense business-wise since one will obviously net them more money -- but just keep that in mind if you are looking to use credits here.)

Amazing bar tender
Felipe is 10/10 the best bar tender. I loved the service that he gave me at the pool side bar! Customer service is amazing :) and drinks are phenomenal!
