Charm, views, and great service
I had lunch on the patio, at this gorgeous boutique hotel with a friend. We were actually planning to eat elsewhere but it seems La Valencia is the only place nearby that still serves lunch in the late afternoon. We were so happy it turned out the way it did. Our waiter, Michael, couldn’t possibly have been more attentive, adorable, or charming, the view was gorgeous, and our mocktails were fabulous. I’m actually going to plan a trip to an east coast area Michael told us about. I honestly can’t recall what we had for lunch, but I remember he made a substitution for my dietary restrictions, and I enjoyed it. I just wish I had taken more photos on the patio.

Wonderful after dinner drinks!
We stopped for drinks after dinner in La Sala bar and had the greatest time in this old world charm gem. Mike took great care of us and the drinks were outstanding! We will definitely return!

The terrace at sunset is the best place on earth and Michael the lovely server can no better be described as having a Disney level of customer service and care for every patron and their adorable dogs if they are also part of your evening. He is by far the reason I return. The views got me there though. The food is incredible, I recommend the burger and so would Micheal for lunch. Treat yourself and go enjoy a celebration with La Valencia , call ahead and see if he’s there and be sat with him and become a loyal guest. Fantastic, special and the best place on earth.

Just had a great vacation! Loved La Valencia Hotel...so nostalgic and very well done! Our room was in the West Wing with two queen beds, down pillows and crisp hi thread count sheets; it was a completely refurbished room that still maintained it's history. The staff, from the moment we pulled up throughout the very end of our stay, was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. The grounds were impeccable and in a perfect location...on one side is the ocean and the other the village. We would definitely stay there again!
