This review is for my experience dealing with the resort which has been one of my most unpleasant dealings with any hotel ever. I booked this resort via expedia based on the "Book now, pay later" policy it had on the listing (this has now changed to book with deposit). I booked the hotel January 8th for a stay at the end of February. The hotel charged my credit card for one nights stay which is 100% refundable according to their website and to them. I cancelled my reservation just a few days later on January 11th as I found a much better deal at another hotel, long before my cancellation deadline to get the charge refunded. As of this review, March 27th I still do not have have my refund from this hotel for the night they charged me. I have spent a countless amount of time and energy trying to get my money back, countless phone calls and even more emails and continue to do so, I will spare all the details of the back and forth but the hotel claims they cannot refund my credit card as they are not "set up" to do so. I have never in my life heard of a resort that has the ability to charge your credit card online but not refund it. Long story short is don't book here unless you are certain you want to stay, or don't care about giving up the 1 night charge they claim they will refund you and then don't. Terrible service, terrible attitude, will never stay here.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location! The open air concept and views are breathtaking, the beach club is stunning, and the pools are so fun! The drinks were good as was the food and everything was moderately priced. The only reason for this 'average' review is we had a weird experience with the valet (which is required). Our car came back with a ding in the door. The manager we spoke to didn't take accountability and noted that there weren't cameras to see what happened. He also said, that it would be like if we left our car in a Walmart parking lot and it was hit by another shopper... um what? This is a 4 star hotel, not a Walmart lot... We eventually sorted it out but it left us with a bad feeling. Hopefully this doesn't happen to others but I wanted to share!

This is a very peaceful resort with lovely decor and very friendly staff. We loved spending time in the infinity pool after a day out on the ocean. Although the resort is a bit far from town, we found the shuttle schedule was fine to get into town for some sightseeing. As for connecting with our dive shop, they came and picked us up at the Costa Baja courtesy pier, which was very convenient. The marina is lovely with 3 excellent restaurants, a bit expensive for us Canadians but really delicious.

Always a warm and friendly reception in the Pro Shop. Prices are very reasonable--including their rentals. Pristine course conditions.. T-box views and elevations are phenomenal. Half-way hotdogs are delicious! Pro shop is well equipped. Restaurant is very good. Don't miss this opportunity golfers!

Everything in this place was top notch. The hotel is like its own mini Puerto Vallarta Marina District. Great views, awesome restaurants, beach is deserted. No other place in La Paz can compare. Be sure to upgrade to an ocean view King Suite, worth every penny.
