La Quinta Resort & Club

The supervisor Art Rodriguez immediately handled a misshipped package for me in literally under 10 minutes. This level of detail and efficiency showcases that La Quinta is not only an amazing place to stay, but one that employs people you can truly trust with your belongings. For a hotel, that's super important! Would recommend to anyone!!

This was the nicest place I,he ever stayed. The rooms were neat and clean.I will stay with them again The breakfast was great I loved the yogart. Steve at the front desk was so nice and helpful.

This property has gone downhill from its prime. 1. I have driven from San Diego to Vancouver twice in my Tesla, and NEVER EVER was I charged for charging anyplace from a small B&B to a large luxury hotel, as I have free charging on my car. This is the first time I ever paid for charging. An example of them nickle and diming me. Another example is that they charge for parking. This is a HUGE property with plenty of parking. Twenty 6 has only average food with non average prices. There was trash in front of my room for 2 full days, and the pile was added to rather than removed. Many plantings were dead. Willlnot be returning. Think the Hilton takeover is less than successful!

I went to 26 to pick up a piece of the peanut butter pie to bring home for a little Anniversary treat. Let me tell you it did not disappoint. It was just SO GOOD! I highly recommend this wonderful dessert. I came in well after the lunch hour but before the dinner crowd. The bartender actually helped me and he couldn’t have been any nicer!

This was our 6th visit to the resort since 2020. It’s always been our favorite place to go and we were incredibly excited about our long weekend away. Our pasts visits even when the resort has been busy, it has been clean and enjoyable. There have always been families with young kids but they were always polite and well mannered, as this is considered a luxury resort. Not anymore… I felt like I was at an overpriced Chuck E Cheese the entire trip. It was completely overrun by 30 something parents with their young kids who did not care about anyone but themselves. There are signs all around the main area stating no scooters and yet they were everywhere. We were nearly hit by kids recklessly riding them multiple times with no parents in sight. The night we ate at 26 we watched young kids roll down the side of the hill and pull themselves up with an electrical cord. Again no parents anywhere stopping this behavior, instead they appeared to be encouraging it. But the worst part was staff said absolutely nothing. They watched all of this happen and didn’t say two words to the parents or try to stop the kids. We purposefully got a room near the pool so we could relax but instead there were two large groups of families also in the area who just overtook the pools the entire time. They were out drinking together being super loud and the kids were screaming and riding the scooters all around the paths outside the guest rooms and pools, while their parents ignored them. Then at night these parents wouldn’t pick anything up and hotel staff never came to clean. I understand the resort is kid friendly but if this is the atmosphere they are going to encourage and allow, then stop promoting it as a luxury resort geared towards adults and couples. We pay just as much to be there, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with telling these parents to control their children and follow safety rules and guidelines that are clearly stated by the resort. You are going to lose long standing guests because of your allowing this behavior. Even Disneyland Resorts doesn’t allow this level of entitlement.
