The resort is beautiful with all of the amenities you can desire! The staff is very helpful, especially Teresa, with the reservations. Delicious meals at the restaurants with lots of options. The beds and pillows were top of the line and the rooms were spacious. The grounds were immaculate. Highly recommend this resort for families and couples!

Arrived on Mother's day around noon for a two night stay. Guest room not ready so went to lunch. Upon returning from our great lunch at Twenty-six, our deluxe casita was ready. It had an enclosed patio which we loved. We chose to arrive on Sunday as families were leaving and we knew we would have quiet time for the two days we would be there. Went to Morgan's for a great dinner, although expensive. Weather perfect in the low 90's and enjoyed the pool and walking the beautiful grounds. Went to the Mexican restaurant on Monday. If you go Wednesday-Sunday, they have Mariachis playing on the patio.

Beautiful resort gorgeous weather! I just got back to New York my home so it was a nice get away from the cold to feel some heat. The spanish touch La Quinta has kept & remained so beautiful. My 5th year here my family & I come down to play tennis & go attend BNP at Indian Wells. I have to say the food is amazing, 26 restaurant cobb salad so great, as busy as it was the bell men were so prompt on picking me up. Pet friendly, rooms are the same have that antique warm touch still. I have to say earlier in December I had spoke to a woman name Sandy who wasn’t so pleasant over the phone said she would email me regarding my tennis lessons & court time I never got a response. I called again in February spoke to her & she confirmed my times but when time rolled around & the day of I finally met Sandy & of course I wasn’t on any of the lists, she seemed too occupied with what she was doing. I was disappointed. As busy as it was I left my phone number down. I was reached shortly after by a gal named Rosa. She then apologized for her co worker She was able to accommodate my family & I, not the times I wanted but she got us all in & also offered my family of 3 bikes on our unscheduled court time. My wife & daughter had an itinerary to follow but because Sandy never put us down we now had new times for court time they had to switch everything around, Miss.Rosa went ahead and booked them spa appointments without hesitation that gal was on her toes. I met Travis the spa manager his energy was great he apologized to us after hearing the situation & double checked my new times for lessons & court were all correct, & even took care of one of our courts. Despite the hiccup my family & I will be returning. Our last day at the resort we stoped by the tennis center I had then met Karina who gladly had us all down for 2019. We look forward to next year and can call the resort home. To grap up my experience, this resort is amazing, amazing workers. Such as that one hard working gal Rosa. What a sweetheart. Never have I met anyone with such amazing customer service, with really being there to help and making my trip experience magical, stressfree and just simple with no trouble. Definitely suggest for her when you want to plan out any fun activities she’s wonderful with that.

Decided to get out of LA for a quick night to the desert and we chose La Quinta, Haven’t been there in a long time and got a rate of 230 per night plus resort fee. I decided to upgrade to a spa villa for a special rate that they offerred due to availability. It was really nice. The room was extra large and had a full kitchen , two balconies. Living room area and two bathrooms. I would definitely go back and stay in a spa villa. We had room 1660. Right across from the spa If we had planned better , we would have brought our own. Food because it’s kind of a hike to walk to the main lobby and restaurants and room service said was going to take a while The Mexican restaurant was packed with reservations as it was Mother’s Day weekend. We sat outside on a porch with a bar top like setting and ate and listened to the live music. It was very pleasant If you want coffee and sandwiches and ice cream etc. they have a marketplace. I can see this would be a great spot off season. There are 41 pools thru the property. Make sure you bring a towel because most the small pools in between the villas do not have towels or service at them It’s a very unique setting and. Will likely go back another time

We were here for the Coachella weekend, so it was busy, full of people and cars wherever and whenever we walked around this place during that weekend. The property is beautiful and enormous. We got lost just trying to find the gym. The property itself, is well-maintained and every detail is taken care of here. The rooms seem to go on and on in this place. We even lost count of the tennis courts we walked past to get to the gym. There are also multiple pools everywhere, although we had no time to use them. The rooms are a good size, but the bathrooms were extra large. It had a separate bathtiub and shower, plus a his and hers basin. The beds were 2 double beds with 2 armchairs and a table. A small work desk with a bar fridge, drawers and small closet. The courtyard was a nice area to lounge around in, although the sunbed could've been a little cleaner, as it was dusty and dirty from being exposed to the elements and didn't look like it had been cleaned regularly. Service during this busy weekend was a little up and down. Whilst some staff were helpful, like the guy who helped direct us to the gym, it wasn't all perfect. I'd tried calling reception and twice no one answered. I had to walk to reception and then follow the staff member to the restaurant to get a bowl and some cutlery. Overall, it had many good points about it and almost perfect, except for a few things. The price paid during this weekend, I would've thought service should've stayed perfect too. Still a very good experience.
