Pools - many of them are scattered around the resort, villa-style and surrounded by fuchsia for privacy. The rooms are all suite-style and likely double as time-shares or vacation/club rentals. The restaurants are just so-so (the coffee shop would benefit from better baristas) but the grounds boast tons of activities and sprawling grounds. Overall, a good resort, especially during Coachella, where we were close to the venue and the resort was a respite from the crowds at nearby festivals.

Lovely property setting and grounds. Landscaping is beuatiful with flower everywhere and very peaceful. Rooms are fine but not special. Front desk staff were great but the rest of service/staff and food could be improved. Pool areas were dirty including pool itelf. Love the tennis facilities!

Stayed at the resort on account of our company conference. I'm glad this was the chosen venue. The resort is located in a picturesque spot, nestled among the mountains. The facilities were excellent and was very happy with the customer service. Was happy with the food served as well; did have a particularly enjoyable dinner at one of the restaurants (named 26 if my memory serves me correctly).

Made the reservation for a king bed and a rollaway. No problem, they said. A day or so later changed it to two queen beds and a rollaway. No problem they said. When we arrived we were told that there could not be a rollaway in a room with two queens. Fire law. Okay, so we were not told that when we changed the reservation. My question to the manager: "What are you going to do about this?" His answer was there was nothing he could do. "So my daughter will be forced to sleep on the floor?" He said there was nothing he could do. So my daughter slept on the floor!!! Nothing they can do is not a five star answer, when the fault is the hotel's, not the customer's.

My company hosted our event at this resort about 10 days ago. While the property itself was beautiful, the help, room, room location and amenities were underwhelming. For 370 a night, I feel as though we should have had a much better room. To start we were located in the 900 series of rooms which literally butts up to the service alley where all the restaurants and shops were. Multiple times during the day and night we heard garbage, glass being broken, etc. The room itself was nothing special for almost 400 dollars a night especially compared to the rooms that our peers got that had scenic views and serenity (not service people constantly making noise). The air conditioning didn't work so we slept with windows open and never got one good night's sleep due to the loud noises coming from the trash and service area during all hours of the morning (literally from 2am on). There are also no fans to help with heat as an alternative to AC. Another issue was with the bathroom - our shower always had 3 inches of water in the bottom of the shower and never drained properly. Last but not least we ordered room service on our last night at the resort before a 4am departure to Palm Springs airport. Not only was it over an hour for room service on a Sunday night but we got our food and it was not good. In fact I proceeded to get sick for the 4 hours I had left in our room before an entire day of traveling across the country. I'm sure there are other lovely resorts in this general area - I'd consider looking elsewhere before booking here because the only thing that is lovely is the lobby area near the shops. Also, there is no area for feedback on their resort website so I guess they are not looking to improve.
