Below Expected Standards for a Curio Collection Property
The property itself is beautiful, but unfortunately the stay did not meet the expected standards of a Curio Collection hotel. There were ants in the room, several power outlets were not working, and the shower water pressure was noticeably weak. These are basic maintenance and cleanliness issues that should not occur at this level. I raised these concerns during my stay, but the only response I received was an apology from the general manager, with no meaningful resolution or follow-up. Overall, the experience was disappointing given the brand and price

Wonderful week at La Quinta resort
Wonderful week stay in late April at La Quinta resort. We arrived in the middle of Stagecoach weekend and it was a little crazy with crowds, even though we were not attending. Resort is beautiful and the mountains seem so close that you can reach out and touch them. Customer service is a priority and everyone was so helpful and always greeting us . Special shout out to resort manager Alberico who went out of his way on a busy weekend to give us a 1 hour tour of the resort and help us with our luggage. Special shoutout to Martha at the check in desk who went out of her way to provide a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe private casita suite. Grounds are well maintained and beautiful. We will return!

Spa experience - Massage treatment
This review is specific to my spa experience - My massage was absolutely incredible. Gary Leath has 35 years of experience and was able to relieve more tension than any massage experience I have had. It was relaxing in addition to being truly therapeutic. I will be a repeat costumer for Gary’s incredible talent and highly recommend him. Furthermore the amenities are exceptional with an outdoor pool featuring a waterfall.

Great service, clean room, comfortable bed, large bathroom with 2 sinks. We stayed at La Quinta Resort and Spa. The grounds are stunning with all color of flowers. Food is great, all meals. Our only complaint would be parking. It is very minimal where your villa is located. There is parking lot available but not very close. The spa is also a great place with good therapists. -Dawn D.
