I expected more from this 4 star resort. The moment we checked in, the front desk couldn't accommodate us considering this is a 45 acre property and I asked if the resort is fully booked and she said NO. We probably moved 3 times just for our 4 rooms to be altogether in one area considering we also have to pay extra for our upgrade. Cleanliness part, we found earth worm in our bathroom. One of the room, their cable isn't working. We called the general manager but the other person she said she was an officer tried to helped us but didn't follow thru. Overall, we are very disappointed and definitely not coming back!!!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick retreat and it was just perfect. With over 40 pools on property finding one without kids in it was easy (we didn't want the music/DJ at the adult pool- but it is a nice option). The grounds are remarkably well designed and well kept. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfast at Twenty 6 was yummy- we did the buffet the first day (totally worth the money) and regular the second day- both great. Our casita was huge! We love the design and decor and the fireplace (though we didn't need it) was a nice touch. We will be back in the winter to enjoy that. The private patio was really nice as well. Can't wait to see the new lobby& reception area. Also- ask one of the guys at the valet check in to take you on a golf cart tour. It's only about 15-20minutes and a lot of fun. We had no idea how much history was made there!

Been coming here with friends and family for the past 10 years. The resort and staff are world class every time and most of my friends love it so much that they often treat themselves to additional getaways as well. One of my all-time favorite places.

Excellent accomodations in a piece of history. My only complaint is that the staff needs to pay a bit more attention to cleaning up around the pool. They should have housekeeping audit the pool areas.

Took a quick trip to get away and had a great stay at this hotel, the staff was wonderful and they upgraded my room. I had dinner at Adobe Grill and Eva was our waitress and she was just wonderful. Even though the place was busy and she had several tables she constantly checked on us. If you're ever eating at Adobe Grill ask for Eva, she will take care of you. Thanks Eva!
