At the base of the Santa Rosa mountains, we’re five miles from Empire Polo Club, home of the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals. Joshua Tree National Park is 30 miles away. Our resort's 45 verdant acres offer 41 climate-controlled pools, 21 tennis courts, eight pickleball courts, and a full-treatment spa. Enjoy nearby golfing and hiking and biking trails. We serve unique experiences and freshly prepared foods. Taste our regional Mexican cuisine, Coachella Valley bounty, modern American dishes, and eye-catching cocktails. The on-site spa focuses on enhancing health and beauty. We have a private garden bath and will help you with pranayama in a Zen Ritual. The signature facial uses a desert blend of oils, and our nail polish is made from vegan ingredients. Relax in the outdoor lounge.

This is the 3rd trip for me to the La Quinta Resort in the last 6 years. We have come around the Indian Wells tennis tournament and absolutely love the resort. Personally I am huge fan of the character and feel of this property. Dating back to the 1920’s, La Quinta has a feel that you don’t find at many properties. If you are looking for new and modern this might not be for you. My wife and I love the Spanish architecture, hacienda/casita style rooms. The main pool was tastefully updated since our last trip. Most mornings we woke up and had the Spanish Latte and warm cinnamon roll (they are made out of croissant dough so nice and soft) at the main coffee shop place. Every evening having a tequila or margarita at main Plaza and Adobe grill was something we looked so forward to. You really do not need to leave the property once you are here. The Adobe Grill Mexican is one of the best I have been to anywhere in America (my other favorite is Javier’s in Dallas’ Highland Park area as a point of reference). Morgan’s in the Desert is also fantastic. I highly suggest going to Morgan’s for at least a cocktail and enjoy sitting in that fantastic bar they have (suggestion: an you please add TV’s in the bar area? Or at least during the BNP Paribas tournament). When it comes to Tennis, the resort cannot be beat. Tennis director Kevin Connolly is one of the best tennis directors I have ever seen during an extremely busy time. He manages to get you on court and keep everything moving and make the experience all that more special if you are going for tennis, please make sure to reach out to Kevin in advance or when you get to the resort and he will get you all set up for all of your Tennis needs that week schedule some lessons with him or any of his staff. He really understands the special attention to detail that goes into making these experiences all that more special. I am not a golfer, so cannot speak to the golf experience, but it appears to be first class. We have walked around and seen the golf courses in clubhouse and it looks exceptional as well. Is a fantastic experience and I highly recommended the only area I would request that they improve. Is that during the tennis tournament if they could add speakers outside so we could hear the sound better that would be even better.

The entire staff at La Quinta is absolutely top notch and I just can’t say enough nice things about Kevin and the tennis department. We’ve been working with him for 6 years in a row now and every single experience has been flawless. He’s the best in the biz!

Still the same beautiful facility; we stayed in a vintage casita with lovely updated amenities. Service standards have slipped under this (fourth?) round of private equity ownership. We asked for a bellhop to help at checkout; promised in 5 minutes and never arrived (we waited 30 minutes). Asked for ice in the room one day during the stay; was promised delivery which didn’t arrive for 60 minutes—when I asked again, it came in another 30. A minor problem but at $1200 a night they should do better.

Great service, clean room, comfortable bed, large bathroom with 2 sinks. We stayed at La Quinta Resort and Spa. The grounds are stunning with all color of flowers. Food is great, all meals. Our only complaint would be parking. It is very minimal where your villa is located. There is parking lot available but not very close. The spa is also a great place with good therapists. -Dawn D.
