La Quinta Resort & Club

Came Here for the BNP Tennis tournament for 3 nights. Sprawling facility with 25 tennis courts and many one story buildings. We came at night no harder to navigstd. Had tonhave a bellman tske us to iur room. Use the flag pole as a reference guide to the lobby. Room was very nice. Comfortable bed. 2 fire places and our own private patio. Diamond members get $30 a day for breakfast which we used in tbe marketplace. Prices reasonable in tbe marketplace. Tbre are 42 pools, lots of restaurants and many lawn games. Valet parking is easier for $10 more than self. You are 15 minutes from lots of restraurants. If you love tennis stayhere for the Indian Wells tennis tournament with a free shuttle every day.

Grounds were beautiful, but our room was in disrepair!

I recently stayed at the La Quinta Resort and our dog escaped the condo where we were staying at night and got lost. Three couples were on vacation. Two couples got back to the condo first, and the dogs were excited. My dog was expecting to see me, but I wasn’t back yet, so she took off into the darkness, hoping to find me. That was 10 pm at night. We alerted as many staff people that we could find, and four gentlemen volunteered to use their golf carts and walkie-talkies to track her down -- Lupe Machuca, Johnny Andrade, and John Fuentez from the Banquet team, and Joshua Juarez from the Security Team. The security at the gated community and golf course next door spotted her, and the La Quinta Resort Rescue Squad tracked her over fairways and greens in the middle of the night, and finally herded her back to my car, which she recognized. We were reunited at 3 AM! I can’t say enough good things about the entire La Quinta Team. They were working behind the scenes looking at all their security cams, and then forwarding what they saw to the four guys doing the searching on golf carts. Everyone was involved. I give La Quinta 5 stars for service, commitment and compassion!

We have stayed at this resort many times and always love it. The grounds with their beautiful gardens are magnificent. The rooms are a good size and it is a pleasure to walk to breakfast each day. The view of the surrounding mountains are breathtaking not to mention the gorgeous flower gardens all around the resort. Breakfast at the hotel is delicious especially their eggs benedict. The best eggs benedict that we have ever eaten and we've tried many! The employees are wonderful and always friendly and willing to please. My only complaint is they have updated the bathrooms in the rooms and have taken out some of the beautiful mexican tiles around the sink area and replaced them with some type of material that just doesn't fit the character of the resort. They redid the adult pool and it is very lovely. They really don't have pools that are geared to children--no slides, splash pads, etc. We will definitely return as a couple but it is somewhat lacking if you are bringing your children or grandchildren. Hope they consider making some updates to appeal to that group of visitors, but we would not hesitate to return if it is just the two of us. We love staying here!

This was a return trip for me as I love this resort!!!!! The staff are all so kind and everyone greets you wherever you are on the grounds and are very helpful if you have any questions. They check in on you via text from time to time to see if you need anything which I love. The room service is wonderful! The whole resort is kept up beautifully. I love being at the main pool. The views are stunning everywhere you go. The location is great for all the restaurants you desire! I totally enjoyed the yoga classes and the spa treatments as well. One of my favorite things is the peaceful garden with the cold dipping fountain in the spa area. It always feels extremely safe too!
