We stay at Hilton properties quite a bit and usually have great experiences but have never had a good one here. We have even tried it more than once just in case our experiences were flukes - but they have been very consistent and never good. The customer service is atrocious.

Spent three days at this resort. Over 40 pools, putting green, relaxing waterfall area and wonderful main plaza with shopping and dining. No need to leave this place for anything. Rooms are fabulous. We had an upstair Casitas with an enclosed patio that had a couch chairs and fireplace. Room was awesome with a tub I could lay and relax in. Refrigerator in room that actually made ice cubes...awesome!!

Visited the hotel for a 3 day business trip. Staff was wonderful and quick at handling anything we asked. Lobby was under registration but we weren't phased by it. The meeting room was great and spacious and staff was on point. We visited Adobe Grill and Morgan's for dinners and had a great time. My room was wonderful. I loved the private balcony and fireplaces in both my room and my patio. And the view was gorgeous. The property is huge however and takes some getting used to. Directional signage could be improved, especially to the fitness center.

After going to this hotel annually for 20 years, I have become very disappointed over the past few years regarding the decline in the level of service. This was our fourth visit this year and sadly the past three stays were riddled with problems at check in. The grounds looked incredibly neglected. Most of the landscaping was either totally dead or dying. It was depressing. We have loved this hotel and find it such a shame to see it fall into such neglect.

My family and I had a fun time at La Quinta earlier this year. The resort is huge ! But when you are in your room/apartment you wouldn't know it.... each group of rooms/apartments are clustered around a pool with stunning mountain views and feel private. The service as always was awesome. The finishes in our apartment were starting to age and I think could do with an upgrade. But all in all a nice quality hotel/resort.
