At the base of the Santa Rosa mountains, we’re five miles from Empire Polo Club, home of the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals. Joshua Tree National Park is 30 miles away. Our resort's 45 verdant acres offer 41 climate-controlled pools, 21 tennis courts, eight pickleball courts, and a full-treatment spa. Enjoy nearby golfing and hiking and biking trails. We serve unique experiences and freshly prepared foods. Taste our regional Mexican cuisine, Coachella Valley bounty, modern American dishes, and eye-catching cocktails. The on-site spa focuses on enhancing health and beauty. We have a private garden bath and will help you with pranayama in a Zen Ritual. The signature facial uses a desert blend of oils, and our nail polish is made from vegan ingredients. Relax in the outdoor lounge.

For years, the tennis facility at La Quinta led by Kevin and his amazing staff has been the crown jewel of our visits to the Palm Springs area. This trip did not disappoint as we had the chance to explore La Quinta’s amazing clay courts (which are watered from underground!) and we even participated in an amazing clinic with Ernie. The instruction was better than any clinic in the valley, the quality of the players is in the category of superlative and the staff couldn’t be nicer and more welcoming.

They need to handle the bugs. There was a scorpion in one persons room and they had to move rooms. There were multiple flying roaches in another room. The rooms also just need updating. They are outdated. Another persons room the ceiling caved in and their bathroom flooded. They came and tried to fix all the issues and the staff is nice. The location and outside of this place is beautiful but the rooms are so outdated along with the bugs that it doesn’t make it 5 star worthy in my opinion.

My wife and I went here for Labor Day weekend 2025. The various web sites' pictures look good but did not really do justice about how truly good it really was. The service people cared and worked hard. The property was amazing. Yes, the food/drink prices are crazy expensive like Las Vegas, but you get what you pay for sometimes, right? This is one of those places. On balance, it is worth it. A+ See the warm slow sunset change the colors of the mountains surrounding you, then you'll get why this is a great resort to stay. The service is good. We will definitely be back.

Really nice hotel and public spaces. The rooms need some work. The carpet in my room was, well, in the words of the Valley Girl, "grody to the max." Did not want to walk barefoot on the carpet it was so grungy.

Great service, clean room, comfortable bed, large bathroom with 2 sinks. We stayed at La Quinta Resort and Spa. The grounds are stunning with all color of flowers. Food is great, all meals. Our only complaint would be parking. It is very minimal where your villa is located. There is parking lot available but not very close. The spa is also a great place with good therapists. -Dawn D.
