我的朋友 Sylvia 从我开始选岛时就信誓旦旦的说这个六善一定是我心水的款式，她说这个岛有一种强烈的氛围感能把人拉近到那种松弛的生活里去，我信了所以我来了 :) 岛上的天气非常完美，雨季才刚刚开始，除了登岛的那一小时有些小雨，其他时间白天的雨很少（有雨的话也都在晚上），我们呆了五天，5/2-5/4 都是完美的浮潜的一天，5/5 早上风略大，但中午的太阳也还是成功抚平了海水。 从 chill bar 下去就是一道布满珊瑚的 reef，30sec 抵达潜点！chill bar 旁边就是 free icecream，我们就开心的重复 “下水 -> 上岸吃冰激凌 -> 下水” 的循环，一天很快就过去了。我们在这道 reef 里见了一位海龟三天三次哈哈 😄 我作为游泳小白在这里经历了：pool 里练习 -> 没带脚蹼胆大包天去沙屋旁边的海里浅水区自己练习浮潜 -> house reef 领队带潜（免费！）-> 自己在 jetty/chillbar 浮潜，整一个非常充实 岛上吃的很不错，我们五天四晚的 HB 没吃重样的。我最最满意的是 asian 主题时的 fried noodle，真的天知道 tuna 加进面里可以这么好吃，吃太快了以至于没有照片留下。还有就是这里的木瓜也无敌甜，真的很少吃到口感像是芒果一样的木瓜，每天早餐都忍不住 papaya papaya papaya…… 这里还有一些细节让人感觉很融入： + 登岛第一件事是脱鞋 + 晚上自行车在沙地上的沙沙声 + 有意安排了 seagrass 区域保护海洋生态 + 在沙屋的室外洗澡（神奇的令人舒服） + 晚上蹲在水屋洗手间的玻璃前观察鱼 可能唯一的一丢丢缺点就是有点远，但我觉得水飞 1hr 非常平稳体验很好，上水飞前也有六善的 lounge，长途飞机后瘫在 lounge 里感觉也很 refresh 管家 Tanny 安排好了我们的每一顿餐和每一个活动，Special thanks to Tanny!! Tanny 会说会写中文，在微信上提前安排好一切让我们每天的行程都很顺畅。不过要注意岛上的 main language 还是英文 ：）

Laamu is quite simply an extraordinary place Aside from being stunningly beautiful, in fact one of the most beautiful places on earth, it connects you back with nature in a way that really does change your perspective. The hotel itself is is about as Robinson Crusoe as it gets, and just sits perfectly with the backdrop of what often feels like your own deserted island. The fact that the six senses is the only resort on the whole atoll makes an extraordinary difference. We have been to resorts nearer Male and whilst they have been terrific in their own way, they are increasingly busy, often overlooked by other islands and endless passing traffic. This is a completely different vibe. It’s a very special place. When you add in the service, which is next level, it is a place that even after two weeks you really just don’t want to leave. All the staff are totally invested in your stay, but never obtrusively. The MUI, the Marine Underwater Initiative, is utterly compelling and offers an easy glimpse of just how critical the oceans are to us all. We just can’t thank everyone enough for the most magical stay.

we, as a couple, had a great four-night stay at six senses laamu with Tanny as our GEM. Tanny has been friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Would recommend to anyone seeking to have a trip in Maldives.

We just had an amazing holidays in Six Senes Laamu. It exceeded our expectation on every level. Transfer from Male was very smooth and their crew took care on every single detail. Our GEM was Shah and he provided us with the excellent care during our visit, ensuring every day was special and full of unforgettable experiences. They have a wide range of restaurants and we did not eat twice in the same place. Food is excellent. The house reef is fantastic, colourful coral, variety of fish, turtles, sharks, stingrays…you have it all just next to your house. I really enjoyed house reef snorkelling with a Marine Biologist, they tell you so many interesting facts. The resort's commitment to sustainability and education is very impressive. Their research lab and all the projects they run are great, and I am grateful they continue their work to protect this unique environment. There are still so many things we want to do, so definitely we will be back one day.

We had the most wonderful honeymoon. Shah was our gem and he was brilliant ! Snorkeling was fantastic both in the grasslands and the house reef. Dive team were brilliant and we beautiful things. Our desert island getaway was paradise. We would love to come back!
