Gorgeous African style, large room. Fantastic lunch. Nice pool area. Quite a long way from town though. Friendly service. Highly recommended! Pity it is not on or near the beach. Quiet and classy hotel.

It was one of the most beautiful accommodations we've had, perfect for kids (aged 2 and 7). We had a 2 bedroom apartment, very big, with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen equipped with everything one could imagine, from plates and cups, to pans, pots, champagne glasses, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, everything!!! The bathrooms are very big, with Occitane cosmetics, everything is extremely clean and modern! The kids loved the sand pool, they even had water toys for kids at the pool! We were provided with towels at the pool, there were enough sunbeds (I don't know how it is during high season), beautiful green surroundings, plenty of flowers, silence, just perfect for a holiday with small kids! The staff at the pool bar and the restaurant was extremely nice and helpful, just wanting to please (before going there, I had read the reviews about rude slow staff and I find them totally undesirved or they changed the people :)). Breakfast was lovely!!! The hotel has a free shuttle to the beach and to the city center, we did not use it, as we had a rented car, but they let us know about this facility, very useful, as the city center is about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. Truly a 5 star hotel!!!

We had a fantastic two night stop over at the Cascade Wellness & Lifestyle Resort - my wife lamented observing that we could have stayed a whole lot longer!!! The resort is modern and well planned out comprising of the main hotel block which includes a large outside pool area and separate spa facility. For those with larger families or travelling as a group separate "villa style" accommodation is available. A free covered large garage is available for those travelling by car. I took full advantage of the Spa and treated myself to an 80 minute massage - this was totally relaxing and I was well ant truly zoned out and in a happy place at the end. There are two restaurants - one providing an a la carte menu and the other a buffet. There are also themed evenings. We had the buffet selection both nights. The buffet selection is varied and the quality of the dishes/platters first rate. The bedrooms are spacious and modern - though the clear glass partitioned bathroom was a bit of a surprise. There is a screen for the more modest amongst us though. For those driving please be aware that the Sat Nav location is not 100% accurate - this gets you to the general area but it is best to ignore this on the final approach and to follow the signposts for the Cascade Resort which are frequently posted along the main road and final approach to the resort. Our only regret was having to move on after our 2 day stay. We would definitely return again and recommend to others.

Nice and spacious room, nice swimming pool, good location, kind staff but...poor breakfast ( good variety of food, but not so much quality Fruits require more attention) Saturday one of the restaurants was closed, because it was reserved for a wedding. I think that custommers deserve more respect.

The hotel grounds and accommodation where excellentt could not ask for more. It is a 25 minute walk into Lagos of which the first 15 minutes were quite Barron an boring. The nearest beach is a 15 minute walk from the hotel which is ok on the way there but up a steep hill on the way back. The nearest shop is fifteen minutes away. I found it quite annoying that the hotel had no shop of its own for basic provisions. The price for food and drink in the hotel was quit high compared to resteraunts in Lagos. My main complaint was that although the hotel had a shuttle minibus to the beach and Lagos it only ran for 2hours mid morning then 2hours late afternoon. Outside this period the hotel ran it as a private taxi .
