So good…can’t wait to go back
Had an amazing stay here. From arrival to departure the staff were fantastic, personable and attentive. Views from the room and patio make it feel like you’re literally on the water. The room we had was perfect and the spa treatment was fabulous. Highly recommend staying here. We didn’t leave the hotel during our stay; they have everything you need.

This property is gold! I have been here several times over the last 6 months and I give them 100 stars all day, everyday! From the moment you get out of your car you are treated like a VIP. Food is excellent, rooms are amazing and the staff...I just can't say enough about the staff! All of my trips have been for on property meetings, but their team has made everything so seamless it doesn't feel like work at all. I would rather keep this place all to myself, but they deserve the attention. Love Surf and Sand Resort!!

Amazing service and a fresh new look and feel
Amazing Dinner at Splash. Jacob was an amazing waiter. The hotel was amazing as well. The refreshed rooms now match the cost charged.

My dream realized, alas, reflection.
I came to chill in the sun, eat room service and oh yes, the ocean. I’d say the main character of this experience has been the ocean and its persistence. Mesmerizing. Life has been its most magical this last week and I’m grateful. Thank you everyone who make this possible 🩵

10 Star Experience!
From the moment we entered the property, we were made to feel like the most important people on the planet. Maxine at the front desk was over the top friendly, professional and courteous. She cared about our experience and wanted to be sure that every need had been met. The rooms were clean, the staff very responsive and the atmosphere was fantastic! We loved the places to sit outside and the beach in the back. From our patio we could hear and see all of the activity down at the water and hearing the ocean in our room was just what we needed for a little down time relaxation. We took advantage of room service for dinner after a busy day and everything arrived hot, fresh and delicious.

We spent 5 luxurious nights at the Surf & Sand hotel in Laguna Beach, CA, the week of August 14th, 2004. Upon arrival at our oceanfront room, we received chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. A full breakfast in Splashes restaurant included anything we wanted on the menu each day. We had a wonderful dinner including a bottle of wine, and even the hotel taxes and parking each day was included. It was a really great vacation.
