Booked a lat minute stay at Hilton Lake Las Vegas. Experiences are great so far. Name a few: 1) check in: Jeremy greeted and checked us in. He is friendly and professional. Meaning, he heard what’s important to us; he took the time and effort to accommodate within the policy. 2) hotel room: spacious and well maintained! Room temp + bedding…. So comfortable! Say a few more: prior to the trip, I worry that this facility is too old. I think they are going through some remodeling. My stay is absolutely wonderful! During the week, it’s pretty quiet. When I come back next time, I will definitely try the weekend experience. Looking forward to: enjoin jazz, live concert by the lake; try their breakfast buffet…

This resort was built to feel like Southern Europe, and boy, does it succeed. We had booked a newly renovated top-floor corner suite, finished to a very high standard, which could easily have belonged at an upscale resort in the South of France or Italy. Unfortunately, the engineers who designed the AC must also have been European. The suite—especially the living room—remained extremely hot and humid despite the AC being set to maximum, and the rest of the property was not much better. In true European fashion, there were also no insect screens, allowing several creepy-crawlers into the room. With proper American-style AC, better bug protection and improved cleanliness, this could easily have been a five-star stay. As it stands, three stars feels generous. That being said, the surrounding area is beautiful, the restaurant was very good, and the pre-arrival service was also top-notch.

I travel for work and I found this gem about a year ago and I love love this place I was able to bring my spouse with me this trip and the property didn’t disappoint. We were meet by Alison in valet who was great and then Senia got us all checked in. I had requested an upgrade and boy did they come through we were place in a new renovated suite SO nice! It you love Vegas but don’t want to be in the strip. Hilton Lake is where to stay. Pool is nice the Mexican restaurant next door is so crazy good!

A favorite place to stay whenever I’m in town. Check in was super easy as usual, but Senia at the front desk made it even better - very professional and helpful. I love the bar area - great for watching the World Cup. Breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic. Thank you!
