Expansive property yet very quiet
Enjoyed two nights at this property while visiting Las Vegas for OZ. This is located about a 30 minute drive from the strip, but an easy drive. We had a second floor room overlooking the courtyard which was lovely. Room was clean, spacious and quiet. There is a restaurant on site serving breakfast, lunch & dinner and a small cafe serving Starbucks coffee. There is also a bar that serves a shortened menu from the restaurant. Our bartenders Orlando and Kiersten were very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this property!!!

My initial experience with the first room I was provided was well below what I have previously experienced from Hilton. The bed linen was soiled, the curtains were broken, the furniture was damaged and the carpet was dirty. However, after speaking with the manager Brittney, I was placed in a room that met my expectations. Brittney was very accommodating, professional, and polite. If it was not for her I would have immediately left the hotel, cancelled my reservation and proceeded to another establishment. I am providing an outstanding rating for my experience with Brittney, and her outstanding professionalism. Thank you Brittney!

Great property and great customer service
The hotel is very picturesque. A Mediterranean vibe with the Las Vegas mountains and desert in the background. I liked that it was slightly outside the city and not in the midst of the strip. Room was spacious and comfortable. I loved the view from our veranda. The pool was very relaxing. Most important, Jeremy at the front desk made me feel welcome from the start and did an excellent job orienting me on how to navigate the expansive property. Great customer service. Would come here again next time I am in Vegas.

Phenomenal experience.
Attended a women's conference. Everything was great. The food was delicious 😋. The property is dated but still beautiful. Las Vegas should invest in building businesses in the village.
