Dilapidated Disappointment
We paid for lake view room but only saw trees and roof of tent building. We chose to park and walk in and had to walk across the complex before there was an elevator we would use. Only half the pool was open and there were ripped roofs on the cabanas.

Always great place to stay!
I travel here several times a year. This is a beautiful go to with wonderful food options and great bartenders Guy and Heather. They have great recommendations and very helpful with food suggestions! Rooms are large, comfy and well decorated with antique like furniture. Beds are also super comfy! Love it here , home away from home! Just more elegant 😊

Jeremy is awesome!
I just had to take the time to praise the gentleman who checked us in upon arrival. We had already had a long day and Jeremy greeted us with such warmth and genuine kindness. He was incredibly helpful and took the time to carefully and thoroughly answer all of my questions about the property (and I had a bunch of questions!). He was such a great person to introduce us to the property. Seriously. Have him train your new staff members. He’s a credit to the company.

The overall experience from the bell cap to the front desk to the bar attendant was terrific !
The service at Lake Las Vegas Hilton is superb . Senia checked me in with no issues and Brittney oversaw a really nice room for me . Thank you
