So disappointed
We received a deal from the hotel, then they took it away. Didn’t give us enough beds after we paid $50 a night extra for a roll away bed. They then claimed that they were out of roll away beds, after they said they were on their way up with a bed. So then my mom didn’t have a bed for the night. She had to stay on the floor. Front desk worker was nice, the manager on the other hand was not. Didn’t even want to hear us out on the deal that THEY sent out. So frustrating, they need to get their stuff figured out. We have to be here for an event, if not then we would not be staying here.

Jeremy was Amazing!! Very welcoming and answered all my questions as well as accommodated my requests. If you get to interact with him he is a bright light and makes your stay feel like home.
