Love this Vegas Gem
I travel for work and I found this gem about a year ago and I love love this place I was able to bring my spouse with me this trip and the property didn’t disappoint. We were meet by Alison in valet who was great and then Senia got us all checked in. I had requested an upgrade and boy did they come through we were place in a new renovated suite SO nice! It you love Vegas but don’t want to be in the strip. Hilton Lake is where to stay. Pool is nice the Mexican restaurant next door is so crazy good!

Easy check in and great stay
A favorite place to stay whenever I’m in town. Check in was super easy as usual, but Senia at the front desk made it even better - very professional and helpful. I love the bar area - great for watching the World Cup. Breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic. Thank you!

Tuscany charm tha lacks directions to amenities for resort guests
Accommodations: Rm #1616, ADA room, elevated California King bed, roll-in shower, low toilet, foyer. Large window partial view of village and lake. A very poor view. Amenities: Coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave. Gym and outdoor pool. No pets. Accessibility & Logistics: For travelers navigating with mobility aids (manual or motorized wheelchairs), this property ensures accessibility and elevator. However, the layout of property is very confusing. Little to no direction with parking, elevators, concierge desk, restaurants, courtyard, meeting rooms. Directions to property and garage is confusing with little to no signs for directions. Let alone, large enough to view. Parking: The property offers free self parking and valet parking ($20) which serves an abundance of parking spots. Dining & Service: No complimentary breakfast. On-site restaurant, Firenze Lounge, Medici Bistro and Patio, Lagoon Pool Bar & Grill. Taxes: Nightly Resort fee, Occupancy tax charged twice, Neveda Commerce tax charged twice. Final Thoughts: Tuscany vibe decorum. The ADA rooms are not close to elevators. Utilizing self parking, lack of directionial signs, and distance to ADA room regardless of floor level will prevent us from returning. The rooms minus ADA, that set over water seem to look nice.
