Four Seasons Resort Lanai

Perfect stay from start to finish. Service was exceptional. Beautiful property with excellent food. Also did the sunset cruise which was incredible.

Our stay at Four Seasons Resort Lānaʻi exceeded every expectation we had and became one of the most memorable trips we’ve ever taken. We were able to take advantage of the kamaaina rate. The Four Seasons handled so many of the logistics that the experience was completely stress-free. Our flights from Oahu were arranged, and it was a private chartered Cessna flight —that experience alone was unforgettable. Also, have the rental Jeep ready for us made exploring the island and visiting secluded beaches worry-free and incredibly convenient. This was incredibly advantageous, and luxurious! **Walter and Tara were amazing staff members who we connected with for booking and all questions prior to our arrival. They were competent, courteous and always available and willing to assist. Thank You Walter & Tara!! For us, one of the highlights was exploring the incredible gardens at both the Beach Resort and Sensei Lānaʻi. They are absolutely stunning and beautifully maintained, making it feel like you’re walking through a botanical paradise everywhere you go. We were fortunate to interact with the Four Seasons team at the horse ranch at the Sensei property, where we met Grace. She immediately made us feel genuinely welcome with her warmth, knowledge, and kindness. It was obvious how much she cared about the horses, and we were so impressed by how well loved and exceptionally cared for all of the animals are. The stables, and paddocks are superb!! Upon our arrival at the Beach Resort, every single employee we encountered treated us like a longtime friend rather than just another guest. The level of hospitality is unlike anything we’ve experienced. The staff somehow anticipates your needs before you even realize you have them, making every moment feel effortless and relaxing. **Thank You to Anny at reception for your kindness and genuine care about our celebratory trip! Your professionalism, competence and genuine demeanor is an asset to the reception team! The resort itself is breathtaking—modern and luxurious while still embracing the authentic beauty and spirit of the islands. Every detail feels intentional without losing the charm of Hawaiʻi. Reservations were made for us at Nobu, and this was another highlight. The food was exception, and the waitstaff made the evening feel truly special. The flavors and presentation was truly remarkable. It was definitely one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was seamless and far beyond anything we imagined. We left Lānaʻi already looking forward to our next visit. We stayed at this awesome example of exceptional hospitality for three nights and will return without question. It was a true luxury experience. The level of hospitality that the entire staff delivers leaves one sad to leave the property. The restaurants are exceptional and the breakfast buffet is terrific. The rooms are beautiful and extremely large. There is absolutely nothing dated in the rooms or the resort itself. The setting is stunning. The shuttle to town and Sensei property was another great experience. We actually went to the modern movie theater in town and then had a bite at the new bowling alley/ restaurant in town which takes you back to the 1950s. The resort was easy to get to from Maui on a great ferry that took only 45 minutes. At the dock, resort staff is waiting to whisk you away to the beginning of an awesome experience. For golfers, the course is in top condition with the back 9 on the ocean. It is simply a great resort with a boutique feel.

Stunning location, beautiful hotel - food offering not as good as you would expect from a Four Seasons apart from the Nobu restaurant. Staff lovely. Try the sister hotel also on Lanai for Lunch or Dinner - there's a shuttle bus between the two hotels. We had stayed previously at the Four Seasons on Maui and I preferred the Maui Hotel but this one was also very luxurious.
