One of the finest resorts we’ve stayed at Everything here is excellent - the villas, the resort layout, activities, and restaurants. It is Banyan Tree after all, so elegance and luxury are a given. But what really defines Banyan Tree Lăng Cô is the hospitality, and I don’t say that casually. We visited in December. Cloudy mountains, a misty beach, and the sea all at once. If you enjoy rain and moody weather, it feels quite magical. Before we arrivd, the team emailed us to understand our preferences. What stood out was those details were actually remembered throughout our stay. We didn’t have to repeat things again and again, which is rare even in luxury resorts. The coordination behind the scenes was clearly very strong. You are assigned a personal host, and a WhatsApp group is created for communication. This was extremely helpful. From airport transfers during flight delays, to restaurant bookings, activities, local plans, and small in-room requests, everything was handled smoothly and without fuss. We are vegetarians and had specific dietary requirements. The team was very careful with this. Our food was prepared separately in a pure vegetarian setup, and we were able to enjoy meals at all the restaurants without any concern. The food quality was consistently good. The Banyan Tree Spa fully lives up to its reputation. Calm, graceful, and very well done. Definitely recommended. We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Hieu Vo, Ms. Bich, Ms. Jennie, and the entire front office team. They ensured that all our preferences shared over email were well communicated across the resort, and they welcomed us with genuine warmth every time we met them. Special appreciation to our hosts, Ms. Nhi and Ms. Mi. They were exceptional in every sense. Always available, quick to respond, and incredibly warm. They made our stay smooth, comfortable, and memorable. A heartfelt thank you as well to all the chefs for preparing such wonderful vegetarian meals. We are genuinely grateful to the entire staff.

We stayed at this resort for 4 nights. I would assess it as among the finest we've lodged in the far East. We occupied a three-bedroom Villa with an Ocean views. The views were breathtaking. The interior design was exquisite and relaxing. We booked the Banyan Tree massage package for three hours. It was among the most exceptional experiences I've encountered. Furthermore, I wish to express my gratitude to the hotel Manager, Dao Haong. She paid us a visit to converse with us. I genuinely relished our discussion. Also, our chef, Ms. Nho Le, possesses such an endearing, vivacious personality. She prepared our family breakfast, ensuring each of us departed with a broad smile. Regarding the remaining personnel, our concierge, Ms. Thi, Ms. Lian, and the buggy staff, they were all attentive, amiable, and punctual. One could perceive that their cordiality emanated from the soul. In general, it was a superb experience.

Banyan tree was such a pleasant stay for us. We had such an incredible time and the hosts were absolutely amazing especially our personal host Man who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Will definitely come and visit again. Thank you to all the staff, home keepers, buggy drivers and the kitchen staff aswell

I feel so happy my stay at Banyan Tree Lang Co, i really enjoyed about environment, food, hotel service,... I will comeback the hotel in the future!

We traveled in December for my husband birthday. I did thought it will be rain but it did not. We have nice weather with perfect temperatures. Thanks to the team for all care to my family.
