The most exceptional stay we have ever had. Banyan Tree Lang Co has set the bar so high that it will be difficult to match anywhere else. My wife and I visited to celebrate her birthday, and from the moment we arrived, the team made her feel truly special. We were warmly upgraded from a Lagoon Pool Villa to a Beach Pool Villa, a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the entire stay. Later, Olga took us on a buggy tour of the expansive property, making it feel less like a resort and more like being introduced to a small village by the sea. Our Beach Pool Villa was outstanding: spacious, beautifully designed, with a private plunge pool, a peaceful garden, and direct access to the beach, with lush green mountains creating a spectacular backdrop. Waking up to watch the sunrise from our bed each morning was a moment we will never forget. Our villa host, Tuan, was exceptional throughout our stay. Always available via WhatsApp, he anticipated our needs, shared thoughtful recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect without ever being intrusive. Hieu, who welcomed us on arrival and saw us off at departure, was equally warm and attentive. The breakfast spread was the best we experienced in Vietnam, with an impressive variety of dishes and morning mimosas adding a special touch. Ngan Phan, the Quality & Guest Experience Manager, personally looked after us each morning and made every breakfast memorable. Saffron, the resort's signature Thai restaurant, delivered an excellent dinner with refined flavours and impeccable presentation. Azura, located by the beach, was perfect for a relaxed Italian-Mediterranean lunch. Linh, who served us at the bar, was warm, attentive, and a pleasure to talk to. My wife's birthday itself was unforgettable. The team celebrated her not once but three times, at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, each with a thoughtful surprise. As part of the birthday celebrations, we planted a tree through the resort's Greening Programme, creating a meaningful memory we will cherish for years. The 20% birthday discount extended across dining, spa treatments, and other experiences was a generous and much-appreciated touch. At the spa, Thao took exceptional care of us. The treatments, surroundings, and sense of calm afterwards were genuinely restorative. The thoughtful touches continued right through to our departure. At checkout, we were presented with a framed photograph from our stay, a keepsake we will treasure. As we left, a group of team members, including our villa host, gathered to say goodbye, while cold towels and bottled water were thoughtfully provided for our onward journey. What truly sets Banyan Tree Lang Co apart is its people. Every team member we encountered, including Tuan, Olga, Ngan, Hieu, Linh, and Thao, along with many others whose names we unfortunately did not catch, showed genuine warmth, attentiveness, and pride in what they do. We arrived as guests and left feeling as though we were saying goodbye to friends. Thank you to the entire Banyan Tree Lang Co team for making my wife's birthday truly unforgettable.

Take us back…! It was the most amazing experience. The food was outstanding, the staff super friendly and attentive, and the accommodation was exactly what we were after on our honeymoon. So good!

We spent a night at the resort and check-in was seamless where it was completed directly at the villa. However, we soon noticed that the air-conditioning was not cooling despite being switched on, and the technician spent considerable amount of time resolving the issue. Despite the hiccup, the team handled it well and special mention goes to Win and Jennie, who dealt with the matter with great professionalism and followed up proactively, and ensured that the remainder of our stay was unaffected. To me, remarkable hospitality is not defined by a flawless stay, but by how a team responds when things don't go as planned. Win and Jennie demonstrated exactly that, they turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one through their attentiveness, and commitment to guest satisfaction, exemplifying the level of service that sets a great resort apart from the good ones. They are really great assets to Banyan Tree. The resort itself is situated in a peaceful and scenic location, offering beautiful views, quiet beaches, and well maintained facilities. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options. For those planning a stay, would highly recommend choosing a Beach Villa for direct access to the beach.

We had the best vacation ever! Our host Man was truly excellent in taking care of all our needs. He made sure to book all our needs and all our activities as well! I highly recommend this resort to all couples and even families looking for a place to unwind. Perfect place for a peaceful resort with lots of activities too lined up for their guests. Our villa with an ocean view is truly breathtaking. This experience is priceless!

This exceptional resort fully deserves the two Michelin Keys it was awarded in 2025. From the moment you arrive, it is clear that every aspect of the property is meticulously maintained. The elegant lobby, beautifully appointed villas, and immaculately landscaped grounds create a setting that is both luxurious and visually stunning. Our only disappointment was that our stay was too short. We spent 2 nights and 3 days at the resort, which simply wasn’t enough time to fully appreciate everything it has to offer. I would recommend a minimum stay of four nights to properly experience the resort’s activities, dining venues, exceptional service, and breathtaking surroundings. Arrival and Departure Experience Both the check-in and check-out experiences were seamless and effortless. Upon arrival, our dedicated host and the bell staff greeted us warmly and escorted us directly to our three-bedroom villa. Rather than completing formalities at the front desk, we were checked in from the comfort of our villa while our children enjoyed welcome tea and snacks. Meanwhile, the bell staff thoughtfully organized our luggage in each bedroom, allowing us to settle in immediately. The departure process was equally smooth and efficient, with the team handling every detail professionally. I only stopped briefly at the lobby before leaving to take one last look at the beautiful property. Dining Experience Although our stay was brief, we had the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast buffet, in-room dining, afternoon tea service, and dinner at Saffron. The breakfast buffet was truly phenomenal. Compared to many luxury resorts that offer two or three live cooking stations, this resort featured four to five stations showcasing a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes. As a vegetarian family, we were particularly impressed by the culinary team’s attention to detail. Once they learned about our dietary preferences, they went above and beyond to adapt many traditional Vietnamese specialties so we could enjoy authentic local cuisine. From vegetarian Bánh Mì and Bánh Xèo (Vietnamese pancakes) to fresh rice paper rolls, every effort was made to ensure we experienced the flavors of Vietnam without compromise. The same thoughtful approach extended to in-room dining and afternoon tea service. At Saffron, the staff were already aware of our family’s dietary preferences before we were seated. They proactively recommended dishes and offered customized vegetarian preparations, creating a truly personalized dining experience. Service Excellence While the resort’s Michelin recognition, spectacular cliffside villas, and stunning views overlooking the bay are undoubtedly impressive, the true highlight of our stay was the people. Luxury accommodations and beautiful scenery can be found in many destinations, but genuine hospitality is far more difficult to achieve. The service team here consistently exceeded expectations. They did not simply respond to requests—they anticipated needs before we even expressed them. Tuyen, our villa host, and Mya, who welcomed us each morning at breakfast, made us feel genuinely at home through their warmth and attentiveness. A special recognition goes to Nho Le from the Culinary Guest Engagement team. She treated our entire family, including our children ages 11 and 8, with exceptional kindness, respect, and care. Her dedication to adapting traditional Vietnamese dishes into vegetarian versions allowed our family to experience authentic local cuisine while honoring our dietary preferences. She was truly one of the standout individuals who made our stay so memorable. Final Thoughts We found ourselves looking forward to every meal and every interaction with the staff. The combination of world-class hospitality, outstanding cuisine, and beautiful surroundings created a truly memorable experience. Our only regret is that we did not have more time to enjoy this remarkable resort. We are already looking forward to returning for a longer stay.
