Banyan Tree Lang Co

This was our 8th trip to Vietnam, and without a doubt, Banyan Tree Lang Co has been the best resort we’ve ever stayed at. What impressed us the most was the service. We have stayed at many luxury five-star hotels in Korea and recently visited several luxury hotels in Japan, but the level of hospitality here was truly exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making every moment of our stay comfortable. One of the biggest highlights was having a staff member who could communicate fluently in Korean, English, Vietnamese, and other languages. As Korean guests, this made such a huge difference. Whenever we had a request, we simply sent a message through the messenger service, and it was handled almost immediately. Being able to communicate in Korean so easily made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and luxurious, and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had. I especially loved that they could make fresh juices and smoothies with fresh ingredients. It felt like a true wellness experience rather than just a hotel breakfast. The healthy, fresh food was outstanding. Since there are not many nearby restaurants or food delivery options, having such high-quality dining inside the resort became even more valuable. If you’re looking for a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy a genuine wellness vacation, this is the perfect destination. Another great advantage is that guests can also enjoy the facilities at Angsana Lang Co, giving you even more activities and dining options. We traveled with our child, and it was an excellent destination for families as well. There was plenty to enjoy for both adults and children. Every time I posted photos and videos from Banyan Tree Lang Co on Instagram, I received countless direct messages asking, “Which resort is this?” That says everything about how beautiful and special this place is. Finally, we’d like to sincerely thank the team for their kindness, including accommodating our late check-out. It allowed us to enjoy our last day without feeling rushed, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. We will absolutely be coming back. Thank you to everyone at Banyan Tree Lang Co for making this such an unforgettable stay. Finally, I would like to give my heartfelt thanks to Olga Park. She made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Her warm smile, thoughtful care, and outstanding service made our stay unforgettable. Wonderful property, one of the best services out there! The staff is super friendly, especially big thanks to our villa host Yen (she was the best, fast replies, anticipating every need) and Nho Le from the culinary team, who indulged us with the freshest fruit and new and exciting vietnamese dishes every morning!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom pool villa and had a fantastic time. The villa was stunning and the facilities were great (the golf course was incredible), but the one thing that made the stay stand out was the staff. Without exception they were incredibly friendly, helpful and consistently went out of their way to make everything as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Particular praise must go to: - Man (Truong), our villa host: he could not have done more to make us welcome and to make all our arrangements as hassle free as possible. - Nho Le: for a brilliant Vietnamese cooking class; and on learning that my daughter enjoyed chicken pho would always deliver a freshly made bowl to her for breakfast. Thanks for a really memorable week.

First time To Lang Co we have enjoy our stay in Banyantree Hotel one of the best hotel in our family trip in Vietnam!! Staff/hotel/experiences all were perfect!! The staff really care of customers feelings. Thanks to Jennie who was in charge of our family during our stay. E have a 3 bedroom villa with private pool and jaccuzi!! The view were incredible A lot of activities for all the family and what about the food!!! Breasfast and all 3 restaurants are all very very good! I recommand and will return very soon

This Banyan Tree was delightful. Villa overlooking the lake with private pool was extremely spacious and service was exceptional. Hotel organises private tours to temples in the region. The Hotel grounds are extensive and lovely to walk / jog/ or cycle around.
