I booked the Back Reviver massage, and it exceeded every expectation. The treatment was expertly crafted — targeting tension with a perfect balance of pressure and precision, leaving my back feeling completely renewed. Every knot, every ache, simply melted away. But what truly elevated this experience were the two remarkable therapists — Hailey and Man. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine warmth made all the difference. They were intuitive in their technique, clearly skilled in their craft, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. Their care felt personal, not routine — and that is a rare and wonderful thing. A very special, heartfelt thank you to Hailey and Man — you are true ambassadors of the Banyan Tree experience. We came with a party of 13. Overall experience was excellent. Great service, Great Food, Great Villa and views. Good Facilities. Can’t even think of anything negative to comment. All Staff were very friendly and attentive. Chef in all restaurants were so accommodating and ensured we got halal food and even cooked special halal dishes for us. I’m especially very happy with Mr Hieu, Jennie, Renato, Nho. First class service. We will be back!

We stayed in a beach villa for 4 nights in April. This is a beautiful location and the villa was fabulous. The staff and service here is what stands out. At breakfast the staff and choice of food was sensational. I have an allergy to mushrooms and when I realised that the Banh Xeo had mushrooms in it they took it away and made me another one, also at dinner one night the waitress saw that there was a mushroom in my stirfry and quickly took this away and another was made. The food at both breakfast and dinner was good. We ate at the Vietnamese and the Italian restaurants We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you to our host Tuan for his attention and service.

The best Hotel we ever stayed-in. The only problem is that this hotel is so amazing that you prefer to not do any sightseeing trips because you would rather enjoy the Hotel facilities. Great breakfast, very lovely team. We especially would like to mention Jennie and Jade. As well as Vuong from the sports team. And the buggy drivers. They were great. Very good restaurants especially the Saffron Thai restaurant and the BBQ buffet at Azura. Also the trips to Hue and Hoi an the hotel organized where great and the cool footbath we found in the room after returning from the trip. Very nice idea.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this Thai restaurant. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of authentic Thai flavors. The Tom Yum soup and Pad Thai were especially impressive, perfectly balanced and packed with flavor. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the meal. It's a great place to enjoy Thai cuisine with family and friends. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality Thai food.
