The Banyan Tree is a true five-star experience in every sense. My fiancé and I had the privilege of staying for three nights and were blown away — the service was impeccable, the attention to detail extraordinary, and the property itself is stunning. What truly set our stay apart was the personal concierge experience. From the moment we arrived, we were paired with Jade, who became the highlight of our entire trip. Jade didn't just coordinate our activities and reservations — she curated our stay. Her warmth, positivity, and intuition for what would make each day special turned a wonderful vacation into an unforgettable one. Every recommendation she made was spot-on, and she had a way of anticipating what we needed before we even asked. By the time we checked out after just three nights, I was genuinely teary-eyed saying goodbye — that's how meaningful her care and attention made our experience. Banyan Tree clearly goes the extra mile to make every guest feel valued, and it shows in every interaction with the staff. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, with a very special shoutout to Jade — you made our stay one we'll never forget.

While I only occasionally visit luxury resorts, having been fortunate enough to experience similar properties across multiple continents, Banyan Tree Lang Co was without a doubt the most impressive all-around experience I have ever had. From the moment of arrival, the atmosphere was laid-back, and the welcome was incredibly warm yet private. The villa itself offered total seclusion, but we were always able to easily make requests whenever needed. ​A huge thank you to our Villa Host, Mi, who was aware of our special occasion and flawlessly pulled the strings behind the scenes to go the extra mile for us. Another highlight was the remarkably discreet housekeeping. Our room was always immaculate, yet we never actually crossed paths with the housekeeping team—they absolutely deserve kudos for this seamless service. ​We dined at all the on-site restaurants, and each was special. The service was consistently professional, and the culinary teams accommodated our dietary requirements perfectly, even preparing special off-menu items just for us. While every single person, from the gardeners to the concierges, was universally polite and friendly, I want to single out a couple of staff members since I couldn't thank everyone in person. ​We will always remember the warm conversations and wonderful service from Ngo at Azura. I also want to specifically highlight Hieu at Azura. He delivered exceptional service while taking the time to teach us about the resort, the local area, and Vietnamese food. He was an absolute pleasure to meet. ​If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet escape in Vietnam, away from the country's signature hustle and bustle, but still within easy reach of Da Nang and Hue, this is the place for you. You will experience some of the finest hospitality in the world here. My only regret is that we did not stay longer, and while I was sad to leave, I cannot wait to return.
