Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay truly exceptional. Every single member of the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Every day they surprised us with thoughtful little gestures that made our stay even more special. One of our favorite moments was the relaxing **traditional foot bath**, which was such a wonderful experience. As we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the team went above and beyond with beautiful surprises that we will never forget. The resort is also extremely **family-friendly**. There were plenty of fun activities for our children, and every staff member was so sweet and patient with them. It made our whole family feel completely at home. The restaurants were outstanding. Our absolute favorite was **Saffron**. The Vietnamese cuisine was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavors. The service there was just as amazing—everyone was so warm, attentive, and welcoming. Our villa was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that we could admire all day. Waking up to such a spectacular panorama every morning was a dream. This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Oh wow. What a genuinely perfect and indulging stay at Banyan tree Lang co. They upgraded us to a sea view villa. The villa had everything you can think of. The staff are unbelievable. They know you by name, and take care of anything you may need. My husband needed some medical help and the doctor came by our room in 10 minutes. Tuyen and Tien from the reception were there for us, even late at night and we can't thank them enough. All the staff are so friendly and make you feel at home. I'm already dreaming of our next vacation there.

Such a beautiful place and the service was excellent . We stayed as a family in the 3 bed villa ( upgraded from 2 bed) and had a great holiday . Food was amazing, so much to do across the full resort and easy to arrange day trips through the hotel. We love the Banyan Tree and this resort is the best we have stayed in . We will be back !

We had an amazing stay at Banyan Tree Lăng Cô and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The views are stunning, everything is well maintained, and it's such a peaceful place to relax. We also loved the food—every restaurant we tried was excellent, with delicious dishes and great service. The spa was one of the highlights of our trip. It was so relaxing, and the therapists were professional and made us feel completely at ease. We'd also like to thank all the buggy drivers. They were always on time, friendly, and happy to help us get around the resort with a smile. What made our stay truly special was the incredible staff. My wife is pregnant, and everyone was so thoughtful and caring throughout our visit. They always checked if she was comfortable, paid attention to the little details, and made us feel genuinely looked after. Their kindness meant a lot to us and made our vacation even more enjoyable. Saffron and Azure — simply incredible. Having stayed at the InterContinental Da Nang just days before, the contrast was stark. For the same money, Banyan Tree is the far better choice. This is quiet luxury done right — understated, warm, and deeply comfortable — a world apart from the louder, flashier energy of the IC. We’ll absolutely be back, and next time, we’re staying longer.
