What a memorable stay at the Banyan Tree! My husband and I stayed here for just a couple of nights but I felt like I was saying goodbye to my family at the time of departure. Extremely attentive and pleasant staff, amazing amenities and a beautiful setting. I could have easily spent a week or more here. Special shout-out to Jade, who coordinated our entire stay with a big smile. She kept us up to date with our schedule and made sure we felt like we were the only guests there. Another shout-out to Nho Le, who greeted us at every breakfast and chatted with us like a family member. Thank you Nhe for arranging mangoes for us every morning. Tam made our private dinner very special with his attention to details and special touches. Thank you all very much! We will surely be back soon!

We had an amazing 6 nights at the Banyan Tree. The villa is spectacular and the service is exceptional. The breakfast is fresh and delicious with too many options to list. The staff went over and above to look after us. Special thanks to Nhu and the others for taking care of us at breakfast. Thanks to Jennie and Jade for arranging everything and to the hospitable guys at the lobby who co-ordinate many hundreds of buggies every day.

Location is beautiful and the chef class was amazing , especially NHO LE chef guides us well in the cooking class while sailing through the hotel canals and we had a very fun time with her

An absolutely lovely experience! All the staff was really courteous, helpful, and super quick in responses. The staff always asked for feedback to make our experience better, and it’s the staff that separated them with the rest of the luxury resorts in different parts of the world. Banyan Tree Lang Co is taking hospitality to a whole new level and would highly recommend to experience the stay here! Special mention to the staff: Nho Le(the head chef), Khanh (at the water sports center manager). I want to mention a lot of other staff members as well, but don’t have their names noted on my end. Thank you Banyan Tree for making this a memorable experience!

One of the finest resorts we’ve stayed at Everything here is excellent - the villas, the resort layout, activities, and restaurants. It is Banyan Tree after all, so elegance and luxury are a given. But what really defines Banyan Tree Lăng Cô is the hospitality, and I don’t say that casually. We visited in December. Cloudy mountains, a misty beach, and the sea all at once. If you enjoy rain and moody weather, it feels quite magical. Before we arrivd, the team emailed us to understand our preferences. What stood out was those details were actually remembered throughout our stay. We didn’t have to repeat things again and again, which is rare even in luxury resorts. The coordination behind the scenes was clearly very strong. You are assigned a personal host, and a WhatsApp group is created for communication. This was extremely helpful. From airport transfers during flight delays, to restaurant bookings, activities, local plans, and small in-room requests, everything was handled smoothly and without fuss. We are vegetarians and had specific dietary requirements. The team was very careful with this. Our food was prepared separately in a pure vegetarian setup, and we were able to enjoy meals at all the restaurants without any concern. The food quality was consistently good. The Banyan Tree Spa fully lives up to its reputation. Calm, graceful, and very well done. Definitely recommended. We would like to sincerely thank Mr. Hieu Vo, Ms. Bich, Ms. Jennie, and the entire front office team. They ensured that all our preferences shared over email were well communicated across the resort, and they welcomed us with genuine warmth every time we met them. Special appreciation to our hosts, Ms. Nhi and Ms. Mi. They were exceptional in every sense. Always available, quick to respond, and incredibly warm. They made our stay smooth, comfortable, and memorable. A heartfelt thank you as well to all the chefs for preparing such wonderful vegetarian meals. We are genuinely grateful to the entire staff.
