This is truly a classy hotel. My company booked me here. Surprisingly, it was very nice. The breakfast was delicious and I would like to thank a staff member whose name I don't remember who assisted me very thoughtfully. Next time I return to Hue, I will definitely come back here again.

My spouse and I celebrated our anniversary at Banyan Tree Lang Co, and it was among the most unforgettable trips we have taken. The warmth, the meticulous care, and the general ambiance made our event feel profoundly unique. Once we got there, Jennie and her group welcomed us warmly. Their friendliness and expertise established the atmosphere for our entire visit. The check-in experience at the villa was seamless, calming, and felt exceptionally luxurious, setting the perfect tone for our anniversary. Kudos to our massage therapist for providing an exceptionally relaxing and top-notch treatment! Dinner at Saffron was fantastic, but expect to pay extra for typical Thai dishes. The service team was considerate and watchful, and the charming act of having our names penned on leaves at our table brought a warm and personal element to the celebration. We were extremely lucky to get a free upgrade to an Ocean View Villa. The villa was beautiful and provided nearly exclusive access to the beach. Although it was the monsoon season and the conditions were less than favorable, the villa was ideal for a tranquil anniversary getaway. The resort provides a diverse array of activities, and there just wasn’t enough time to experience them all as we only stayed for one night. It certainly provides us with a compelling reason to come back. Our anniversary visit to Banyan Tree Lang Co was exceptional in all aspects. We departed feeling valued, at ease, and already planning our next visit. Strongly suggested for anyone seeking an exceptionally unique retreat

My wife and I stayed at the Banyan Tree for 6 nights. During our stay, we were made so welcome by our allocated Villa Hosts Tuan, Nhi, and Yen. They took care of our every need and ensured our stay was so memorable. Our visit to Vietnam and the hotel was to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversity and our Villa Hosts went out of their way to decorate our room and provide celebratory cut fruit displays. At dinner, we visited the Azura restaurant, which provided an excellent menu. Our experience was improved further by Nhien, who looked after us, not only waiting on our table but making the effort to assist us. This was the best hotel we have stayed at, not only because of its fantastic facilities but also due to the fantastic staff who go out of their way to look after their guests. I would very much recommend this hotel.

November 2025 may not have been the best time in terms of the weather to visit the coastal area of Lang Co in central Viet Nam, but undoubtedly the best place to stay is the Banyan Tree, Lang Co. This is a large resort, part of the Laguna complex but it manages to retain an intimate feel due to its relatively isolated and naturally exquisite surroundings. Despite the weather during our stay, we had a very enjoyable 4 nights here. Our accommodation was a beachfront, pool villa. The bed was very comfortable, there was plenty of room in the villa and excellent amenities. There is a lovely view of the surrounding green hills from the bathroom and the ocean from the front. The villa’s poolside furniture and areas to relax were great, despite the fact we got little use from them due to the weather. There are a number of options for dining, including in villa. If you want a light lunch on the verandah of your villa after the comprehensive breakfast selection it is easily arranged. The breakfast options are perhaps the most varied and plentiful we have come across in many years of travel. There is little you could want for in this regard. The spa available at this Banyan Tree is a remarkable place. A beautiful and relaxing space with incredibly competent staff from reception to the therapists. Our two 90 minute treatments were possibly the best body massages we have ever experienced. Despite the weather, our stay at the resort was relaxing and very enjoyable. This is a credit to the property given the conditions. We will return at another time of year to enjoy some calmer conditions in the ocean and catch some sunshine. Last but certainly not least, the accommodating and genuinely caring staff at this property were an absolute highlight. Everyone appears committed to ensure you have the best of times and your needs are met. We found that any issue that arose was handled competently and with the guest in mind. Our special thanks to Jennie, Jade and Tri with check in and day to day support. Nan and Dat in the bar. Great beverage craftsmen and a wonderful customer attitude. Our conversations with Nan were a highlight. We had a special dining experience in Saffron where the service and food were impressive. Trinh provided personal care here. At Azurra Phuong, Vun and Hang Lin were very attentive and the food was very good. A very special mention to Chef Ngo in the Water Court. What a way to start your day! If you don’t leave breakfast feeling satisfied as well as totally uplifted by her presence and charm then you might need to check your pulse ! The whole breakfast team were great. It was also a pleasure to meet Chef Renato and chat with Dao here. A most pleasurable experience.
