Fantastic location, fantastic facilities, fantastic staff who are so attentive and pleasant. Easily the best hotel i have stayed in, ever. Yen, our villa host was particularly helpful and is such a hard working and pleasant person to get to know, it was a privilege. Highly recommended. Villa has secluded own pool, near beach, we went to classes including Thai Chi, lots on offer. Plan to return :)

We have had such an outstanding experience at Banyan Tree – without a doubt the best hotel we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely couldn’t do enough for us. The level of service is exceptional, yet it still feels relaxed and effortless. A very special mention goes to our villa host, Yen, who made our stay truly unforgettable. Her thoughtfulness and care touched us on so many occasions, and she consistently went above and beyond to make everything perfect. She is a real credit to the hotel. Everything about our stay has been memorable – from the beautiful surroundings to the comfort and luxury of the villa. It’s rare to find somewhere that feels both indulgent and completely relaxing at the same time, but Banyan Tree achieves this perfectly. We are already planning our return, which says everything. A truly sublime experience that we will never forget.

We recently spent 4 days in a lagoon villa which was excellent. Jennie our wonderful host could not have been more helpful and kind. The hotel is beautiful and the setting idyllic but what really stands out is the exceptional team of staff. The food was delicious with lots of variety and as a Coeliac I was well catered for in all the 3 restaurants. Special thanks to the wonderful guest experience chef who made me delicious salads for breakfast each day. We were joined by our son and his family and moved up to a hillside sea view villa which had incredible views of the whole bay. All in all a fabulous holiday and I would love to return one day.
