We have traveled a lot around the world and spent a long time searching for the perfect hotel for our honeymoon. After careful consideration, we decided on the Banyan Tree — and it exceeded all of our expectations. One big advantage is the convenient location. The airport is only about an hour away, which makes it very easy to continue traveling from there. From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the exceptional service and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to fulfill special requests. For example, they asked us about our favorite Vietnamese dishes, and we mentioned pho and mango salad. The next morning, they had prepared both dishes especially for us. We were already too full to eat them at breakfast, so we asked if they could serve them later for lunch — and they kindly heated everything up and brought it directly to our villa. A very special thank you also to our butler, Miss Mi. She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and always fulfilled every wish immediately. No matter what we needed, she was always there and made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. She played a huge part in making our honeymoon so special and unforgettable. We stayed in the Beach Villa, which was absolutely wonderful. The private pool was large and perfect for swimming, and the villa was only a short walk from the sea. The beach itself is beautiful, with comfortable hotel loungers, complimentary water, snacks, and even refreshing towels. Another detail we truly appreciated was the twice-daily room service. Every evening, the staff prepared the villa for the night by closing the curtains and making everything cozy and comfortable for sleeping. The food — especially the breakfast — was extraordinary. There was an incredible variety of dishes, and honestly, we have never seen such an extensive and high-quality breakfast buffet anywhere else in the world. This hotel made our honeymoon unforgettable, and we would highly recommend it to anyone who seeks for privacy and excellence Service!

It was such an amazing stay. The staff was so incredibly sweet. We took a cooking class with Nho Le and she was so sweet, attentive ,and fun. She took many pictures with of us and with us haha and really taught us well. It was a great experience that we will never forget.

Our 5 night stay at Banyan Tree was exquisite! We really enjoyed the views, the food, and all the amazing activities. Special shout out to Nho Le who led our cooking class on the canal boat — truly an unforgettable experience. We also highly recommend tour guide Hung Nguyen for the day trip to My Son Sanctuary and Hoi An!

Massive property comprised of three brands, Banyan Tree, and sister hotel Angsana Lang Co plus another one. There is a golf course. The Banyan Tree is right on the sea, offers pool villas, either laguna, sea front or up the hill with views of the sea. All are stunning. Picked the laguna, cheapest, but also the more private. Absolutely stunning villas, amazing decoration, huge tub, etc etc. Private pool was beautiful, had some grout issues, but totally beautiful setting. To get to the restaurant or beach, you have to call for a buggy. You can use a bike or walk, but its not next door. The main building is also spectacular, bar, lobby, gift shop, gallery and restaurant. They have yoga classes and other activities daily. The main restaurant was amazing, including breakfast choices, top of the range. Did not try any of the other restaurants (Thai, Italian) as am on an eating plan that is super strict. They also offer non-alcholic sparkling wine, which -- was delicious -- for those of us who can't drink. Prices are not cheap naturally. Service was faultless. Gardens are beautifully maintained. Beach is lovely, had a few swims though not a lot of folks in the water. Second day we tried the Japanese resto at the sister hotel and were kind of dissapointed, but could have been our choices.

So nice place! I highly recommend this hotel. We were with 7 y.o. Child and she were so happy from waves, beach and pool. Azura good restaurant with tasty kids menu. There were russian staff. Olga assisted us and help with all our questions, so kindly and care. And especially I impressed Tai restaurant Shaffran, so great sea view from hills! Thanks for all!
