Olga was the member of Banyan Trees guest relation team who took care of us when we arrived last month at the resort. She was just exceptional: friendly with good advice, endless patience when explaining abut all the facilities in our marvellous sea view villa high on top of the resort hill and every then and when asking about our wellbeing - we felt welcome when arriving at our splendid home with breath taking views on the sea and the beach towards Anantara resort. After a three-week tour of Vietnam, we were looking for the perfect place to rest and recharge. We chose the Banyan Tree Lăng Cô, and it turned out to be the highlight of our trip. We spent seven wonderful nights here, and it was pure paradise. The Location & Facilities The resort is situated in a truly spectacular location right on a beautiful, pristine beach. The water is incredibly clear, making it perfect for swimming. The resort offers a fantastic range of activities, including relaxing yoga sessions with inspiring teacher Kumari, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Hospitality & Service The service at Banyan Tree is world-class. A special shout-out to **Jenni and Jade**—they provided exceptional hospitality and support throughout our stay. They were always available, attentive, and incredibly helpful. In fact, the entire staff was warm, friendly, and dedicated to ensuring we had a perfect holiday. Dining Experience The breakfast spread was incredible, featuring a massive variety of options. I particularly loved the juice and egg station; I made my own fresh juice every single day! I also want to thank Nho for assisting me with my custom requests at the station. The dining variety throughout the resort was excellent: * The Thai Restaurant: Offered delicious food paired with a great view. * The Vietnamese & Italian Restaurants: Both provided high-quality meals. * The Sushi Restaurant: Definitely worth a visit! Final Thoughts We felt completely relaxed and cared for from start to finish. You really have to experience it for yourself to understand why it feels like a personal paradise. We are already looking forward to our next visit. I rarely write reviews, but what a joy it was to stay at this incredible property. The breathtaking mountains, the sea, and the exceptional service made our stay truly unforgettable. A special shout-out to Man, our excellent villa host, who made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. My family and I left feeling completely relaxed and didn’t want to leave. We’ve already booked our next trip for 2027 and will be bringing my parents along this time — that’s how much we loved it!

This is Banyan Tree Lanco, who I visited on purpose during my trip to Da Nang. It was my first visit with high expectations, but I enjoyed it more leisurely and happily than I thought.
