Oh wow. What a genuinely perfect and indulging stay at Banyan tree Lang co. They upgraded us to a sea view villa. The villa had everything you can think of. The staff are unbelievable. They know you by name, and take care of anything you may need. My husband needed some medical help and the doctor came by our room in 10 minutes. Tuyen and Tien from the reception were there for us, even late at night and we can't thank them enough. All the staff are so friendly and make you feel at home. I'm already dreaming of our next vacation there.

Such a beautiful place and the service was excellent . We stayed as a family in the 3 bed villa ( upgraded from 2 bed) and had a great holiday . Food was amazing, so much to do across the full resort and easy to arrange day trips through the hotel. We love the Banyan Tree and this resort is the best we have stayed in . We will be back !

We had an amazing stay at Banyan Tree Lăng Cô and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. The resort is absolutely beautiful. The views are stunning, everything is well maintained, and it's such a peaceful place to relax. We also loved the food—every restaurant we tried was excellent, with delicious dishes and great service. The spa was one of the highlights of our trip. It was so relaxing, and the therapists were professional and made us feel completely at ease. We'd also like to thank all the buggy drivers. They were always on time, friendly, and happy to help us get around the resort with a smile. What made our stay truly special was the incredible staff. My wife is pregnant, and everyone was so thoughtful and caring throughout our visit. They always checked if she was comfortable, paid attention to the little details, and made us feel genuinely looked after. Their kindness meant a lot to us and made our vacation even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone at Banyan Tree Lăng Cô for such a wonderful stay. We left with great memories and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

A few highlights that truly stood out: the team organized a custom birthday celebration for my son that exceeded anything we could have hoped for, and when we had a late-night craving for bún bò Huế, they made it happen without hesitation. Saffron and Azure — simply incredible. Having stayed at the InterContinental Da Nang just days before, the contrast was stark. For the same money, Banyan Tree is the far better choice. This is quiet luxury done right — understated, warm, and deeply comfortable — a world apart from the louder, flashier energy of the IC. We’ll absolutely be back, and next time, we’re staying longer.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and her presence made every day smoother and more enjoyable. Breakfasts became a highlight of their own thanks to Nho Le, who turned this moment into a unique experience every morning thanks to her mango sticky rice. Finally, a big thank you to Ms Dao, the manager, whose attentiveness and professionalism show in every aspect of the hotel.
