Villa Host - My villa butler was Olga Park. Olga speaks Korean and reachable by either KakaoTalk or Whatsapp, making it very easy for us to sign up for activities and request personalized needs. She was professional and kind. This made our stay feel very different from the others. Room - we were upgraded to beach view pool villa. The tone and atmosphere of the room was outstanding. Pool condition was excellent. Atmosphere - calm, relaxing. Paradise! What a wonderful stay, and our host, May, took care of our every need—always checking up on us to make sure we were well looked after. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble, and her warmth and attentiveness made our visit truly special. The resort itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, peaceful, and the perfect setting for a family getaway. Our children loved every moment, and we as parents could finally relax knowing we were in such good hands. May went above and beyond at every turn, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. It’s rare to find service this genuine and personal. She made us feel like family rather than guests. Highly recommend this beautiful resort. The staff are wonderful, the grounds are gorgeous, and the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Thank you, May, for making our stay unforgettable!

Situated in lang co. Hue city, it is exceptional resort that redefines luxury. The private pool villas are incredibly spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and offer complete privacy. The villas having backdrop of the mountains against the ocean is breathtaking. Beyond the stunning property, it’s the staff that truly makes this place special—their hospitality was flawless. Excellent dining, a world-class spa, and unmatched tranquility. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway or a peaceful retreat for family. Best in class dining experience in saffron, water lotus and Azura. Would love to come back again.

This year we stayed at the Banyan Tree Lang Co for the first time, and it was a truly memorable experience. The resort is beautifully integrated into the surrounding landscape, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and unfailingly friendly throughout our stay. What impressed us most were the colors of nature and their sheer intensity — at times they seemed almost unreal. The setting alone makes this place special. The food selection was good overall. However, we found the prices at the Saffron Restaurant too high, especially compared to the Saffron at Banyan Tree Samui and considering the quality offered. There is a wide range of excursions and activities available, including water sports such as jet skiing, so there’s plenty to do beyond relaxing at the resort. All in all, a very restful and rejuvenating holiday — we left feeling thoroughly recharged.

Olga was the member of Banyan Trees guest relation team who took care of us when we arrived last month at the resort. She was just exceptional: friendly with good advice, endless patience when explaining abut all the facilities in our marvellous sea view villa high on top of the resort hill and every then and when asking about our wellbeing - we felt welcome when arriving at our splendid home with breath taking views on the sea and the beach towards Anantara resort. Well done, Olga. We look forward to coming back to Banyan in the future and hope to see Olga still working in the guest relation team. Karin & Peter from Switzerland
