Excellent place to destress and enjoy family time
Lovely experience: our host Jade was so helpful to organise all the activities we wanted to do. We enjoyed pickleball and archery, the dinners and breakfast was so good.

Trip of a lifetime!
We stayed at Banyan Tree Lang Co for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. It was bliss from start to finish. The setting is incredible: sandy beach and forest, backed by massive mountains. The scenery never got old. The food was 10/10 at every meal. We're not normally fans of breakfast buffets, but this one was top. A huge shoutout to ChouChou, who we looked forward to seeing every morning and who introduced us to salted cream coffee, a local speciality we're now hooked on. For dinner, Rice Bowl at neighbouring sister resort Angsana Lang Co became a favourite, especially for the roti. Thank you to Minh for great service every time. The spa deserves a special mention too. We had three massages each during our stay, and every one of them was incredible. Finally, special thanks to Yen, who looked after us every step of the way. Being able to message her on WhatsApp with any question was brilliant, and I wish more hotels would do this. We're already planning our return. Highly recommended.

The Banyan Tree is a true five-star experience in every sense. My fiancé and I had the privilege of staying for three nights and were blown away — the service was impeccable, the attention to detail extraordinary, and the property itself is stunning. What truly set our stay apart was the personal concierge experience. From the moment we arrived, we were paired with Jade, who became the highlight of our entire trip. Jade didn't just coordinate our activities and reservations — she curated our stay. Her warmth, positivity, and intuition for what would make each day special turned a wonderful vacation into an unforgettable one. Every recommendation she made was spot-on, and she had a way of anticipating what we needed before we even asked. By the time we checked out after just three nights, I was genuinely teary-eyed saying goodbye — that's how meaningful her care and attention made our experience. Banyan Tree clearly goes the extra mile to make every guest feel valued, and it shows in every interaction with the staff. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, with a very special shoutout to Jade — you made our stay one we'll never forget.
