Banyan Tree Lang Co

The Banyan Tree Lang Co truly excelled itself. We had a near perfect stay from our amazing Seaview villa, to the great food and even greater hospitality from everyone we met. Particular shout out to Jade, our villa host, who was exceptional in every way. She organised everything including some last minute changes and requests. Impressive organisation skills! She even managed to source a thermometer when I didn’t feel well on the penultimate day. The resort manager, Dao Hoang checked in with us regularly and was there to say goodbye on the last day. You don’t get this level of service at other 5 star luxury resorts and it is this level of service that sets the place apart. I also loved the fact it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Da Nang but close enough if you wanted to spend a day there. Very highly recommend!

I stayed in Banyan Tree Lang Co Vietnam for five days, and the experience far exceeded all my expectations. The ocean-view villa is extremely spacious with luxurious decor, equipped with a private jacuzzi and swimming pool that offers utmost privacy, and only a few steps away from the beach. All the staff members are friendly and warm, with bright smiles on their faces. The SPA experience for my wife and I was completely relaxing and indulgent. The food quality is excellent, with a great variety of dinner options, and the Italian buffet was an especially pleasant surprise. The butler was incredibly thoughtful, proactively checking in on our itinerary every day, offering suggestions, and sending Whatsapp reminders for all little details. The manager also frequently greeted us warmly, making us feel truly valued and respected. Overall, this is a perfect stay that brought joy to both my body and mind, absolutely worthy of recommendation for anyone who wants a truly relaxing vacation.

We stayed for five days in August. The facilities, surroundings, and service were all flawless. The staff were all very kind. We were able to see a magical sunrise from the villa’s balcony. All the restaurants at the resort are wonderful, but the best one is “Saffron.” There, you can enjoy sophisticated Thai cuisine. Mi took excellent care of us during our stay. In particular, when my wife injured her leg during our stay, she arranged for a wheelchair and a chartered car, allowing us to explore Hue with peace of mind. Our driver, Luc, drove very carefully as well. This is definitely a resort I’d love to visit again.

We have been traveling in Vietnam for the past two weeks. The Banyan tree in Lang Co was an exceptional experience. The feeling is that everybody wants to please you and make you happy. The location is outstanding. The Villas with the infinity pool are breathtaking. The restaurants are all chef’s managed and the breakfast.. oh the breakfast We celebrated 30 th anniversary and were celebrated by the wonderful staff of the hotel that surprised us with wonderful set up and presents. Thank you Mi and Tuan who took care of us during our stay. Total score: 10/10!
