Banyan Tree Lang Co

Excellent stay at the Banyan Tree Lang Co. The resort is stunning and the 3 bedroom villa is the perfect accomodation for a large family. We had our own private pool which is great for women that dress modestly or wear hijab. The hotel arranged for halal chicken and halal beef so we had a much wider selection of food than we would otherwise have in Vietnam - especially since Pork is widely consumed and used in cooking. A big shout out to chef Nho Le from the kitchen. She would make something special for us everyday -showing us her culinary skills as well as being accommodating of our halal needs. Our personal host was Jade and she was amazing. We set up a WhatsApp group and she would arrange everything and anything we needed. It really made life easy. We are at the Saffron restaurant and this was a great experience. The food was exceptional. We also ate at the Azure Italian restaurant. Again an excellent memorable meal. The final night was at the Rice Bowl at the Angsana. This was lovely Malaysian, Indonesian, Japanese and Thai Food. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend to large family groups and for Muslims that are concerned about Vietnam in terms of being halal friendly.

Amazing resort, the private villas are gorgeous, great expérience in the gardens and private swimming pools, and unique service. All the staff was really exceptional m, and the private concierge Mr Man was really kind and great

Absolutely wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Lăng Cô. Everything was beyond our expectations, especially the incredible services and attention to small details. Tuyen, our host who greeted us and handled our check-in at the villa, deserves a special thank you. She was so warm, attentive, and helpful that we felt looked after from the very first moment. The entire team was wonderful also—everyone was friendly and always ready to help before we even had to ask. So many activities to enjoy at the resort. We had the chance to play golf at the driving range, which was such a beautiful experience. Next time we would love to come back for 18-hole game. The resort is stunning, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. We had too little time and couldn’t experience everything which just gives us another reason to come back! An unforgettable stay indeed. Highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful time here at Banyan Tree Lang Co! We celebrated our honeymoon here and couldn't have chosen a better resort. We stayed in an one-bed-room villa on the hill with pool and ocean view and it was the most impressive and mesmerizing villa we have ever stayed in. On top of the world class accommodation and out of this world view from the villa, the Banyan Tree Lang Co team, especially our villa host Jennie, who assisted us with everything around the resort and beyond, were truly amazing! We will definitely come back as soon as possible. Thank you for our most memorable stay!

Dear Franck, My name is Mark, I travelled with Kumiko and we stayed in 117 from 8/14 to 8/17. This is intended as a heartfelt thank you to all the wonderful Banyan Tree Lang Co staff and an encouragement for anyone considering staying there to do so. I have stayed at Banyan Tree Bangkok many times and we were both excited and nervous to stay at another property under the same brand. Would it live up to expectations? I am delighted to say that while I still consider Banyan Tree Bangkok an old and trusted friend, I now happily think of Banyan Tree Lang Co as a dear new friend I hope to meet many more times! The first thing I should say is that it is the people that make Banyan Tree Lang Co what it is. Don't get me wrong, Banyan Tree Lang Co is a spectacular property in a spectacular setting, no-one could fail to be impressed, but it is the people, the faces, the smiles, that make it special. From our hearts, thank you to all the staff at Banyan Tree Lang Co. Speaking of staff, there is a huge staff:customer ratio, I don't know what it is, but I suspect there are more staff than guests. There is always someone proactively trying to help you, trying to enhance your experience. With so many fantastic staff, I have to apologise, I will never remember every name. I am truly sorry, you were all great, you are all doing a great job, thank you. In particular, I want to pay tribute to all the people I never met, the cooks, the cleaners, the gardeners, etc. Without you, nothing works, you are the backbone of the property. Months before we arrived, Mai Huynh at the Gallery was extremely helpful in checking and reserving some items I wanted from the Gallery. They were waiting when I arrived and I finally got to meet Mai Huynh and thank her in person. Thank you so much. Mo, the first person we met at the Gallery, was also extremely kind and helpful. Those items are now in my house in Japan, a reminder of my great time at Banyan Tree Lang Co. Again, before we ever arrived, we had a wonderful experience with our airport pick up. I think that was Quan? I strongly recommend the pick up and drop off service, it is so convenient, easy and stress free. Our first face, and definitely a special mention, at Banyan Tree Lang Co, was our hostess, Mi. An easy, comfortable check in at the villa, after a property tour. Mi was our go to person for everything and helped us every day. Reservations, questions, anything, Mi knew everything and could arrange anything. Thank you Mi! We wish you and your family every health and happiness. At the lobby/reception, three charming young ladies helped us repeatedly: Yen, May and Nyugen. They were very calm and kind and helped us with many silly questions. Thank you! The Water Court, I think the main restaurant (?) is simply wonderful. On our first evening we enjoyed a wonderful dinner, with the help of Tien. One of our many Banyan Tree Lang Co highlights was the breakfast at Water Court. The selection was staggering, both a la carte and buffet. There are far more choices than you could possibly eat, and we tried! All freshly made, all delicious, go to Banyan Tree Lang Co for the breakfast (and everything else)! For us, the face of Water Court at breakfast was Nho. I don't actually know her title, sorry Nho, but I am assuming she is the manager? Anyway, she was charming, engaging, flattering(!) and helpful. Thank you Nho! High five : ) Also at Water Court, helping us repeatedly, were Tiger, My, Chi, and Khalifa. We really enjoyed (too much?) breakfast every day, thank you! As I said before, there must be dozens of people at Water Court whose names I never knew, thank you so much, you are what makes Banyan Tree Lang Co work so well. We did some water sports activities and had a fantastic time. Here, I feel really bad because 5 or 6 gentlemen helped us and I don't remember everyone's name... I was the fat Irish guy with the Japanese lady, thank you! I remember Khanh, and maybe Coung? Thank you! Another highlight was definitely the bar, Thu Quan, we loved it. Why did we love it? Great views in an ambient setting, but the staff more than anything. Food and drink were very delicious and very reasonably priced. I feel terrible because I know there were some very kind people whose faces I can see but whose names I don't remember. Phap and Nyu were both fantastic, Banyan Tree Lang Co ambassadors! When we took an excursion (talk to reception or your host), we had a wonderful driver named Vu. Safe, kind, attentive, we loved him. Your family are welcome in Japan any time! On our last day, we were lucky enough to meet Phan, who was exceptionally kind. Thank you, please take care of yourself.
