This was my first Banyan Tree experience. I had already heard so much about their exceptional service and went in thinking I couldn’t possibly be surprised — but I was completely wrong. Every time I thought the team had already gone above and beyond for my husband and me, they found a way to go even further. From remembering our names throughout our stay, to thoughtfully helping us plan around the weather, to small gestures like sending ginger tea when I wasn’t feeling well, and the lovely birthday surprises waiting for us in our villa — everything was done with such warmth and sincerity. We were genuinely sad to leave, even before we checked out! A heartfelt thank you to Resort Manager Dao Hoang and our wonderful villa hosts Mi, Yen, and the entire team for always greeting us with smiles, sharing stories about Vietnamese culture, and making our stay so memorable. To Director of Culinary Chef Renato Rizzi, thank you for taking the time to stop by and for curating the best breakfast spreads we’ve ever had at any resort. The bread and pastries were always impeccable, and we loved the daily rotating Vietnamese specialty dishes. We stayed five days, and breakfast remained the highlight of every morning! To Chef Nhi, thank you for the most enjoyable cooking class we’ve ever taken — for teaching us the art of Vietnamese cuisine and sharing your inspiring journey as a chef. I’m sorry we didn’t get to visit the kitchen to say goodbye, but rest assured we’ll be recreating your recipes at home. To Siddhi, thank you for your morning yoga classes. I thought we’d only manage one session because of the 8 a.m. start, but after the first class we joined every single morning until the day we left. Your sessions left me energized for the rest of the day — and thank you for helping me realize I could do a plough pose! Finally, our thanks to Tammy and Chi at the spa for the most relaxing massages we’ve ever had. I’ll admit I was initially worried about visiting Da Nang in the rainy October season, but the incredible team at Banyan Tree Lăng Cô made the weather entirely irrelevant. This is a trip my husband and I will be talking about for a long time. If you’re still deciding whether to book a stay at Banyan Tree Lăng Cô, take this as your sign — you absolutely won’t regret it!

We had an excellent few nights here! We stayed in the beachfront villa which was so comfortable, spacious and luxurious, and I'd definitely recommend it. The staff are all so lovely. Tuan was our villa host, who made sure we have a great stay and were well taken care of. The whole team are excellent, and all of our interactions were great. We also had some free gifts & food too which was a nice treat! We stayed mid-October and there was a storm approaching during our stay so we didn't have any sunshine, but the resort is well-prepared and has many indoor activities. They also try to accommodate whatever you want, so we still managed some kayaking in the canal. We quite enjoyed the stormy/rainy weather for a few days! Hope we can come back again!

We stayed four nights in the Beach Villa and two nights in a Hill Villa. Beautiful, luxurious resort with perfect service, excellent breakfast and very good dinner. The service provided by our host Man, Ai Thuy in the Watercort Restaurant and the service in the breakfast restaurant were particularly noteworthy and outstanding. We want to come back!

Banyan Tree Lang Co is simply breathtaking truly one of the world’s most beautiful hotels. The views are beyond amazing, with every angle offering serenity and splendour. The entire team is caring, genuine, and wonderfully attentive; every request we made was handled effortlessly and with a smile. A special thank you to Man, Mi, Ms Nhu , Ms. Thao and the rest of the team they went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We loved the peaceful buggy rides through the resort, the delicious food, the heavenly spa (especially the foot spas!), and the stunning pools. It’s rare to find a place that blends luxury, warmth, and nature so perfectly. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and we’re already planning our next visit. 🌿✨

We had such a lovely time here! From the moment I arrived at the hotel until the time I left, I was constantly surprised and touched by everything. Many of my friends recommended Banyan Tree Lăng Cô, which encouraged me to come here for our anniversary — and I was truly melted by the love and care from everyone! There are a thousand words I wish I could say to express my gratitude, but no words can truly describe the heartfelt effort of the whole team. Everything they do comes from pure sincerity. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a loving and peaceful retreat.
