Mi was very responsive and helpful including making a trip to the pharmacy for me. She literally went the extra mile. Our beach pool villa was excellent with pool and jacuzzi. Very private and yet very near the beach. Food was top quality and dining staff very friendly and helpful with all requests dealt with quickly. Buggy crew were also quick to collect us every time.

Banyon Tree Lang Co. is simply one of the nicest properties we’ve ever visited. The staff was beyond accommodating and the ocean view villa was extremely lovely. The holiday decorations were delightful, especially the gingerbread bread wall as you entered the property. The yoga pavilion for mediation and yoga was the most beautiful place I have had the privilege of experiencing. The varied food options and attention to detail was noteworthy. Jennie helped navigate all our activities and reservations and all the buggy drivers were kind and professional. So glad we picked Banyon Tree for our family, holiday stay in Vietnam.

First time staying at banyan tree and wife and I were very impressed. The service is very personalised and all staff are friendly and engaging. We had Phung (Jennie) assigned to our villa and she was responsive and helpful, always answering our questions and making sure we were okay. She even was able to get me cream for my foot delivered as I couldn’t get it from grab given the location. The food was excellent. We only tried the breakfast Buffett and Saffron ( Thai). The breakfast Buffett is diverse with lots of options. The Thai restaurant sits on top of the hill and had great views, service and food. Location is isolated but there is plenty to do on site with water activities, hikes and other daily experiences offered. There’s also the sister resort next door for additional activities and restaurants. The room itself was very spacious, extremely clean and picturesque with the pool and lagoon view. Atmosphere is very relaxed. Because there are less people, it doesn’t feel as busy as your usual beach side resorts which was a good thing for us as this was a quite getaway. Overall, we were really happy with our stay and you can certainly see where the extra price comes from and how this place differentiates itself from typical 5 star resorts. We would definitely come back and commend all the staff for such a welcoming and great experience.

What a memorable stay at the Banyan Tree! My husband and I stayed here for just a couple of nights but I felt like I was saying goodbye to my family at the time of departure. Extremely attentive and pleasant staff, amazing amenities and a beautiful setting. I could have easily spent a week or more here. Special shout-out to Jade, who coordinated our entire stay with a big smile. She kept us up to date with our schedule and made sure we felt like we were the only guests there. Another shout-out to Nho Le, who greeted us at every breakfast and chatted with us like a family member. Thank you Nhe for arranging mangoes for us every morning. Tam made our private dinner very special with his attention to details and special touches. Thank you all very much! We will surely be back soon!

We had an amazing 6 nights at the Banyan Tree. The villa is spectacular and the service is exceptional. The breakfast is fresh and delicious with too many options to list. The staff went over and above to look after us. Special thanks to Nhu and the others for taking care of us at breakfast. Thanks to Jennie and Jade for arranging everything and to the hospitable guys at the lobby who co-ordinate many hundreds of buggies every day.
