What an amazing hotel from the moment we stepped foot in the hotel our experience was fantastic. We couldn’t fault the hotel we booked into a beach villa with our villa host Nhi who explained everything in detail and set up a WhatsApp so that we could contact her anytime to book restaurants, trips or activities,during the trip we had a further 2 hosts who looked after us equally well. Win from reception / the office was a super star and really couldn’t have done enough for us, my husband fell and she noticed he had a plaster that wasn’t there when we arrived so asked did we need to see a medic and provided us with plasters . She also offered to take us to see the 2 and 3 bedroom villas Which we did they were stunning. Food was amazing in all the restaurants Van looked after us at the azure on several occasions and she made us feel like family. We tried the restaurants in the sister hotel which ere equally good . I would really like to shout out all the staff who were attentive and could not do enough for us but I don’t have all Of their names sadly . What an amazing holiday we cannot wait to come back.

My partner and I stayed here for 8 nights and we couldn’t recommend it enough. The hotel grounds and room are beautiful. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Nhi and Mi were looking after us during our stayed and were so considerate and lovely. Definitely looking forward to our next stay!

I could spend this review talking about all the amenities and the adventures this place offers (and they are abundant), but you can read that for yourself on the website. I could also tell you this place is exceptionally family friendly and luxurious, which you can’t always find together. Having a one year old, I felt confident I could bring her at this age or as she gets older and we’d have everything we needed. Instead, I’ll talk about the people, because that should tell you everything. The staff is incredible. They offer a host that you can book everything through. She greets you in the morning at breakfast and makes any plans for you. If you think of something later, you can contact through what’s app. Our host Yen, was so available and thoughtful. Offering little touches that I didn’t realize like setting up a bath and refreshments for us after a long tourist day or a goodbye cake on our last night with a hand written card. The cleaning staff noticed we were reading and left bookmarks for us. The atv guide took pictures and videos of our ride. Nho Lo the breakfast chef was so friendly. Every morning she remembered us and would make us a specialty Vietnamese item to try from the breakfast buffet. The drivers they hire to take you to different parts of the area like Hoi An or Da Nang are very friendly and although the drive may be long, depending on where you go, they point out areas of interest and provide history for you. So yes, you have all the amenities and activities you can dream of for you, your children, or you and your spouse. You also have beautiful rooms with an amazing turn down service. But you also have people who truly care about you and making your stay special.

This is my best trip with my family in Banyan Tree Lang Co. The best villa with the best view. The food really good at alacarte - Water Court. We love the villa, the food and all the staff here.
