Our family trip to Vietnam was fantastic overall, but the absolute highlight was our two-day stay at Banyan Tree Lang Co. The resort and villa are simply stunning. However, true luxury isn't measured solely by magnificent facilities or a perfect location, but by the lasting impression of impeccable service. The hospitality we received was outstanding, especially from our host, Jennie. Jennie was available 24/7 to assist with our every request. She even went above and beyond after we checked out, making the impossible happen to deliver a forgotten toiletry bag to our next destination. A truly unforgettable experience!

Everything during our family journey through Vietnam was amazing, but our two days at Banyan Tree Lang Co were the true pinnacle of the trip. While the villa and resort infrastructure are impressive and the location is unmatched, what truly sets this place apart is the flawless service. The team took outstanding care of us, particularly our villa host Jennie. She was attentively present 24/7 to meet all our needs—and even went out of her way after our departure to ensure a forgotten toiletry bag reached us at our next stop. This is superb resort, rooms are extremely well kept, in room inifinity pool is great . Service is impeccable, cleanliness is second to none. Location is excellent. I want specifically to mention our personal butler: Man. who attended to all of our need in the best possible way.

Our stay at Banyan Tree Lăng Cô was exceptional from start to finish. We were delighted with an upgrade from the Lagoon Pool Villa to a Beach Pool Villa, giving us the perfect setting to enjoy the sunrise. Waking up to the sea view, stepping straight onto the private beach, and watching the first light of day unfold was one of the highlights of our stay. The villa was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained and thoughtfully appointed, with excellent facilities and amenities. The entire resort was wonderfully quiet and peaceful, creating the perfect atmosphere to slow down and unwind. A particularly beautiful touch was the anniversary surprise — two elegant swans crafted from towels, facing each other alongside a beautifully prepared anniversary cake. These thoughtful details made the celebration feel genuinely special. Our villa host, Man, was exceptional. His attention to detail, thoughtful service and ability to anticipate our needs made a real difference throughout our stay. He was attentive without ever being intrusive, and his genuine warmth made us feel truly well cared for. Beautiful surroundings, exceptional hospitality and a wonderful sense of tranquillity. Excellent stay at the Banyan Tree Lang Co. The resort is stunning and the 3 bedroom villa is the perfect accomodation for a large family. We had our own private pool which is great for women that dress modestly or wear hijab. The hotel arranged for halal chicken and halal beef so we had a much wider selection of food than we would otherwise have in Vietnam - especially since Pork is widely consumed and used in cooking. A big shout out to chef Nho Le from the kitchen. She would make something special for us everyday -showing us her culinary skills as well as being accommodating of our halal needs. Our personal host was Jade and she was amazing. We set up a WhatsApp group and she would arrange everything and anything we needed. It really made life easy. We are at the Saffron restaurant and this was a great experience. The food was exceptional. We also ate at the Azure Italian restaurant. Again an excellent memorable meal. The final night was at the Rice Bowl at the Angsana. This was lovely Malaysian, Indonesian, Japanese and Thai Food. We had a great stay here and would highly recommend to large family groups and for Muslims that are concerned about Vietnam in terms of being halal friendly.
