Recently stayed and really enjoyed our stay. From start to finish everything was on point. The staff was truly outstanding. Our Villa-hosts Jennie, Mi and Yen took great care in looking after us and making suggestions for things to do on rainy days. They always made sure everything went to plan. Chian and A from the Activities Team introduced us to wonderful Vietnamese Arts&Crafts such as incense making, Bamboo weaving and Bamboo Cup painting. Thank you! Thien and his wonderful Bar Team Dat and Nga looked after us very well and made every evening in the Bar special. Dat made delicious cocktails for us and we always felt welcome. The food at Watercourt (Vietnamese) was excellent and Tu, Tay and Thuy gave wonderful, attentive service. Azura offers italien cuisine, which was also delicious! The service was always very attentive. Hoang and Van were wonderful! Nhi, Nho and Y from the kitchen gave wonderful food recommendations and we enjoyed everything! Hai thank you for introducing me to all the coffees!!! Mrs. Win organised a lovely day out in Lang Co for us and was there for all our constant questions, always with a smile! The people made the stay and made sure we made wonderful memories to cherish. A wonderful resort, with so many things to do even in the rain. From relaxing in you villa to workouts and Arts& Crafts, cooking classes and coffee making workshops. You can design your own holiday, be as busy or chill as you want to. Everyone looks after you and makes sure you have a wonderful time regardless of weather. I recommend a stay and am looking forward to coming back. Thank you to everyone (seen and unseen) who made our stay so memorable!

I was so happy while I was in Lanco. I was very touched by the beautiful scenery, delicious food, various programs, and friendly service. Especially, YEN manager's careful care was very impressive. I am going to enjoy a happy vacation in Banyan Tree Lanco! I want to revisit when the weather is nice and enjoy it again. 🥰

We took part in a cocktail-making class at the bar, and it was such a great experience. The instructor gave a detailed explanation about basic cocktail information and taught us how to make cocktails easily step by step. After the session, we even received a certificate, which made us feel really happy and proud.

Banyan Tree team delivered excellent services from beginning to end. We had a wonderful experience despite heavy rains. Jade, who is in-charge of overseeing our stay, made sure we had everything we need and want. She did a wonderful job, exceeding expectations! This was my first Banyan Tree experience. I had already heard so much about their exceptional service and went in thinking I couldn’t possibly be surprised — but I was completely wrong. Every time I thought the team had already gone above and beyond for my husband and me, they found a way to go even further. From remembering our names throughout our stay, to thoughtfully helping us plan around the weather, to small gestures like sending ginger tea when I wasn’t feeling well, and the lovely birthday surprises waiting for us in our villa — everything was done with such warmth and sincerity. We were genuinely sad to leave, even before we checked out! A heartfelt thank you to Resort Manager Dao Hoang and our wonderful villa hosts Mi, Yen, and the entire team for always greeting us with smiles, sharing stories about Vietnamese culture, and making our stay so memorable. To Director of Culinary Chef Renato Rizzi, thank you for taking the time to stop by and for curating the best breakfast spreads we’ve ever had at any resort. The bread and pastries were always impeccable, and we loved the daily rotating Vietnamese specialty dishes. We stayed five days, and breakfast remained the highlight of every morning! To Chef Nhi, thank you for the most enjoyable cooking class we’ve ever taken — for teaching us the art of Vietnamese cuisine and sharing your inspiring journey as a chef. I’m sorry we didn’t get to visit the kitchen to say goodbye, but rest assured we’ll be recreating your recipes at home. To Siddhi, thank you for your morning yoga classes. I thought we’d only manage one session because of the 8 a.m. start, but after the first class we joined every single morning until the day we left. Your sessions left me energized for the rest of the day — and thank you for helping me realize I could do a plough pose! Finally, our thanks to Tammy and Chi at the spa for the most relaxing massages we’ve ever had. I’ll admit I was initially worried about visiting Da Nang in the rainy October season, but the incredible team at Banyan Tree Lăng Cô made the weather entirely irrelevant. This is a trip my husband and I will be talking about for a long time. If you’re still deciding whether to book a stay at Banyan Tree Lăng Cô, take this as your sign — you absolutely won’t regret it!
