My wife and I had a very relaxing week at Banyan Tree. We had the lagoon room which was quiet and comfortable. Buffet breakfasts were well represented. The choices of restaurants made it easy to dine somewhere different each night. Man and Jennie our hosts were very helpful and made our stay that much easier. Thanks guys!! What a fantastic hotel! We truly enjoyed our stay, which was a 5-star stay in every sense: the room / villa, the restaurants, the location of the resort, the drinks, the service, the beach…. I could go on and on! It was the ultimate relaxation amidst the sounds of nature - heaven. Our stay was made significantly better and smoother thanks to our unbelievably helpful, friendly and accommodating host - Jade! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our wonderful hosts, **Mi and May**. They were absolutely incredible and made us feel at home from the very first minute. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay truly exceptional. Every single member of the staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Every day they surprised us with thoughtful little gestures that made our stay even more special. One of our favorite moments was the relaxing **traditional foot bath**, which was such a wonderful experience. As we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the team went above and beyond with beautiful surprises that we will never forget. The resort is also extremely **family-friendly**. There were plenty of fun activities for our children, and every staff member was so sweet and patient with them. It made our whole family feel completely at home. The restaurants were outstanding. Our absolute favorite was **Saffron**. The Vietnamese cuisine was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavors. The service there was just as amazing—everyone was so warm, attentive, and welcoming. Our villa was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that we could admire all day. Waking up to such a spectacular panorama every morning was a dream. This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Banyan Tree Lăng Cô exceeded all our expectations in every possible way. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, relaxing, and truly memorable getaway. Oh wow. What a genuinely perfect and indulging stay at Banyan tree Lang co. They upgraded us to a sea view villa. The villa had everything you can think of. The staff are unbelievable. They know you by name, and take care of anything you may need. My husband needed some medical help and the doctor came by our room in 10 minutes. Tuyen and Tien from the reception were there for us, even late at night and we can't thank them enough. All the staff are so friendly and make you feel at home. I'm already dreaming of our next vacation there.
