Banyan Tree Lang Co

We just had a divine stay at Banyan Tree. I've always wanted to stay at a Banyan Tree and this property did not disappoint. We found absolutely everything to be 5 star luxury, barely any fault to be had. The staff could not be more attentive, friendly and helpful, they fell over themselves to make sure we had anything we desired, organising things at the last minute, surprising us with some lovely freebies and little gifts, they were amazing. Special shout-out to Man and Jennie and the lovely people in the bar, the cocktails were the best! The location is remote, but we found that peaceful and incredibly beautiful. There were not too many kids about, so its great for couples. Next door is more kid oriented so that kept Banyan reasonably quiet. It was expensive to eat and drink, however there is the more economical Angsana next door as an option if the budget does not stretch. The Banyan is situated in a quiet ocean bay; most days there were minimal waves and the water is nice and warm for swimming. Beach service too, drinks, including cocktails and food. We had a beachfront villa and while its not absolute beachfront, that kept it nice and private. Well worth the price; the private pool was huge and there were multiple seating options as well as an outdoor shower and a jacuzzi. The buffet breakfast was one of the biggest and best quality we have ever seen, and their fancy Saffron Thai Restaurant was excellent. The Italian was super noisy, not a place for a romantic dinner, but the food was good, as was the food at Water Court. Room service was of excellent quality, always arrived hot and with full table settings so it still felt fancy. The gardens and grounds are beautiful and there are bikes to ride around the property if you aren't walking or on a buggy. The Spa was lovely too, we were lucky to have a massage included in our package, it is quite expensive otherwise. It really was a very special place and we will be talking about it for a long time.

Beautiful views, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, very helpful and friendly staff, great extras like afternoon tea and massages. The staff in the Buffett were very accomodating to our needs. And the saffron restaurant was very good quality

This beautiful hotel is located on the lovely and quiet Lang Co beach. It's a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The rooms are cozy and offer stunning beach views. The staff are very friendly.

We decided to visit Vietnam for the first time, and the choice fell on the Banyan Tree Lang Co hotel. I wanted pleasantness, silence, peace and enjoyment of nature, everything that our noisy, dynamic city cannot provide. Based on a recommendation on Tripadvisor, we found many grateful reviews about the Russian-speaking hotel manager Olga. We asked the hotel for Olga to contact us before arrival, which was done. All the questions that were asked before the arrival did not go unnoticed and answered, which made it possible to prepare for the holiday in advance. Moreover, Olga recommended and booked us our villa with the best location. Upon arrival, we already met Olga personally, and our most unforgettable vacation began. The attention to our requests, desire to help and friendliness amazed us and was very pleasant. All requests, such as booking a restaurant in a hotel, a spa, finding a free table in a crowded rooftop bar to watch the finale of the fireworks festival in Da Nang, to little surprises from treats to prepared baths after returning from trips from the hotel to different places, always evoked admiration and a smile of happiness) Olga was in touch with us even at 2 am, when we were going to the airport, although she had already started her day off! Banyan Tree Lang Co is uniquely nestled in stunning natural surroundings, set apart from the hustle and bustle of Da Nang in a beautiful lagoon. The resort offers several types of villas, including Lagoon Villas, Beachfront Villas, and exclusive hillside villas with breathtaking panoramic ocean views. We stayed in a Lagoon Villa, which was absolutely beautiful. Each villa comes with its own private garden and swimming pool, allowing guests to enjoy complete privacy and tranquility without any disturbance. The entire resort is exquisitely designed, with exceptional attention to detail and impeccable taste. Several restaurants are located within the resort, and every one of them impressed us with the outstanding quality of its cuisine. The breakfast deserves a special mention of its own. Having stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, we can honestly say that this was the most impressive breakfast experience we have ever had. The variety, quality, and overall selection exceeded all our expectations. Guests could even order Champagne by the glass to accompany breakfast. The buffet and à la carte offerings went far beyond the usual selection, featuring an exceptional range of both Asian and Western specialties. The quality of every dish was outstanding, and the fruit selection was simply the best we have ever encountered. The sheer variety and attention to detail set a new benchmark—something we have not experienced at any other hotel. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the people. The professionalism of the entire team is exceptional, yet it is combined with a genuine warmth, kindness, and attention to even the smallest details that is simply remarkable. The General Manager is doing an outstanding job, and it is evident that this culture of excellence extends throughout the entire resort. Every guest is assigned a dedicated Villa Host, who is available throughout the day and can easily be reached via WhatsApp. Each day, they thoughtfully check in to ask whether everything is perfect, if there is anything you might need, or if they can do anything to make your stay even more enjoyable. This level of care is delivered with such sincerity, warmth, and grace that we have never experienced anything quite like it anywhere else in the world. Leaving the resort was genuinely emotional—we departed with heavy hearts. However, one thing is certain: we will return next year. We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the entire team for creating such an extraordinary experience. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay so truly unforgettable.
