A Wonderful Stay and truly memorable experience
We had a wonderful and memorable stay! Our host Tuan truly made our visit exceptional. From the moment we started planning our arrival, he was incredibly helpful and attentive. He assisted us with arranging our transfer to the resort, ensured everything was seamless, and was always available to help with reservations and any requests we had during our stay. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for guests made us feel extremely welcome and well looked after throughout our time here. The head chef and his entire team were absolutely the sweetest. As vegetarians, we often worry about finding good options while travelling, but specially Chef Nho went above and beyond to make sure we had plenty of delicious vegetarian choices for breakfast every day. Her kindness and thoughtful effort did not go unnoticed. Mya, Y and Nyo were also incredibly enthusiastic, friendly, and welcoming each morning, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Vicky and Tammy at the spa, gave us one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experiences of the trip. Her professionalism made the treatment truly memorable. Overall, the warmth, attentiveness, and hospitality of the entire team made our stay incredibly relaxing and special. Thank you all for taking such great care of us—we would absolutely love to return!

Great stay at banyan tree
Fantastic stay at the banyan tree. Our host jade went the extra mile and she was really great. My only slight negative would be that I think the villas could do with a bit of a refresh now but all the staff were lovely and it’s a beautiful setting. The spa was excellent.

The best resort ever
We stayed 10 incredible days at n this fantastic resort. The staff are extremely professional and kind and the breakfast is the best we ever had. We are definitely coming back a third time

Culinary Masterclass
Cookery Class is an absolute MUST DO whilst staying at the Banyan Tree !!!!! Nhi and Hoa are such talented kind and most importantly patient teachers - do not eat before you go to the class as you will be so full from all your delicious makes - a really fun experience I would highly recommend
