Banyan Tree Lang Co

My wife and I recently spent four nights at the Banyan Tree Lang Co, and we had an absolutely excellent time. The entire experience was seamless, starting with the fantastic hospitality from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to our wonderful hosts, Jennie and Nguyen, who looked after us so well throughout our entire stay. Their attentive service truly made our trip memorable. The resort itself is beautiful and incredibly convenient. Being right on the beach was amazing, and the quick, easy access to the buggy service made getting around effortless. We also thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic pool, which was a great size for relaxing. Another major highlight was the excellent variety of dining options available across the entire resort property. Overall, the hospitality was fantastic, and we highly recommend this resort for a relaxing getaway!

Had an amazing stay at Banyan tree with me and another friend. Super great time and all of the hosts and employees are insanely friendly and accommodating. The bar was empty the whole time, during rainy season so very slow, but Phap and Evelyn hung out with us for hours each night. Very fun and great people. Olga was an amazing host as well.

I have to say that my stay was exceptional. From arrival till departure. Welcomed by hotel manager and all amazing staff. My host Mi did the entire check in inside the my lagoon villa. The pool and villa were very clean and well maintained. Beautiful welcome platter and fruit. Also great turn down service with very cute souvenirs left by the turn down team. In the bar I had the best cocktails ever. The views are amazing. I never saw an empty beach so another day in this amazing paradise is well worth it. They have several restaurants and the vietname restaurant was my favorite with all fresh products. Breakfast is another story. I have seen a lot of buffets, but this one is huge and I love the options with regional dishes and every day new dishes. Exceptional service. You can see clearly that they communicate well between the departments to make sure the guest has a very smooth stay. Also the activities are great. Especially the meditation. I only stayed 2 nights, but this was sadly way to short. Next time I need to stay at least a week. Thank you to the entire Banyan team!

We had a wonderful week's stay at the Banyan Tree. Service from check-in to check-out was excellent. The restaurants are all very very good with Saffron standing out for the wonderful views, food, service and extra touches. Breakfast buffet is superb with so much choice and everything tastes fresh and homemade. The pool is lovely as is the beach with good service. The only thing I would say is that another shower by the beach would be great as there is only one by the pool. The buggy service is excellent and prompt and having use of the bikes is a great way to get around the resort. The gym is a little small but good. Look forward to returning to this wonderful resort.
