We’re still here at Banyan Tree Lang Co on our honeymoon, heading into our last night, and wanted to leave a note while everything is still fresh. The place itself is absolutely stunning. The views, the mountains, the sea, and the overall calm here are something extremely special. It’s hard to explain properly, but everything just feels peaceful in a way you don’t often find. As beautiful as it is though, it’s the people who’ve really made it special. There are too many staff to mention individually, but every single person we’ve come across has played a part in making our stay unforgettable. A special mention has to go to the concierge team, who have gone above and beyond throughout our stay, always helpful, always thoughtful, and genuinely making everything feel effortless. From the in-villa check-in that made everything feel easy from the start, to the rest of the team who have been brilliant throughout, nothing has ever felt like too much trouble. The cocktail bar has been one of our favourite parts of the stay, not just for the setting, but for the team. Great service, amazing drinks, lots of laughs, and even some evenings teaching them how to play UNO… even if my wife beat me most nights! The food across the resort has been excellent, and our private in-villa BBQ was a real standout relaxed yet extravagant, and just a great evening overall. Housekeeping also deserves a mention. The villa has always been spotless, and there’s a real attention to detail without ever needing to ask. It’s made it feel very easy and very comfortable to just switch off and enjoy being here. We’ve been lucky enough to stay in some incredible places, and this is right up there with the best of them. We’re looking forward to our last night, but already know we’ll be leaving tomorrow very grateful and with some great memories. Secluded private villa experience with private pool and direct beach access. Very comfortable, clean and spacious room villa. Had the best sleep in months! And lastly, thank you so much to all staff, especially our kind and helpful villa host Jennie for arranging all activities and late check out for us ❤️

A very memorable and happy family trip to also celebrate Father’s Day and my daughter’s birthday 🎂 The host, in particular May, and the whole team have been very friendly and caring, the decoration and birthday cake is really unexpected… The food (Water Court and Azura), the pool, the villa, the activities, the in-villa dining and the beautiful scenes are all fantastic!! My wife and I visited Vietnam for the first time from the New York City area and stayed at Banyan Tree Lang Co for five nights. Not knowing what to expect, we were a little nervous, but from the moment we arrived until the day we departed, we were treated with the utmost respect, courtesy, and professionalism. The property is absolutely stunning, the food is fresh and delicious, and the service is impeccable. To make our stay as comfortable as possible, Jade was assigned to assist us throughout our visit. She is, without a doubt, one of the finest hospitality professionals I have encountered in all my years of travel. Jade consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. She helped arrange a driver for our trip to Ba Na Hills and Da Nang, secured a difficult last-minute reservation at Madame Lân, a Michelin-recognized restaurant, and even personally delivered aloe vera lotion to our villa in the evening after I suffered a sunburn. She checked on us during breakfast each morning and was always available whenever we needed assistance. These are just a few examples of the exceptional care she provided. I truly believe Jade embodies the values and mission of Banyan Tree and deserves special recognition for her outstanding service. My wife and I travel internationally three to four times a year, and we have rarely experienced this level of hospitality. Every staff member at Banyan Tree Lang Co was professional, knowledgeable, warm, and attentive—qualities that are increasingly difficult to find today. If I could, I would gladly give this resort six stars. Banyan Tree Lang Co is nothing short of spectacular and truly a hidden gem. We will certainly return and recommend it to our friends and family.
