Banyan Tree Lang Co

We had a fabulous five day break at the Banyan Tree resort. On arrival we were greeted by our host, Mi, who looked after us brilliantly through our stay. She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and checked in on us each morning in case we needed assistance with bookings etc. The sea view villa was beautiful and well equipped. We enjoyed the restaurants on site and also a couple of the restaurants at the sister resort next door. If I had any suggestions it would be perhaps to improve the on site gym- as it’s quite small for the size of the hotel. But you can also use the gym in the adjoining hotel if you prefer- so it wasn’t a big problem. Overall a fabulous hotel, location and incredible staff. The best part of our Vietnam holiday!

Everything was outstanding. Food, service, amenities, … We were 2 adults and a 8yo kid. We booked a beach villa and was calm and quiet. We loved the hotel shop, the bikes, the buggies, the nature around us. The massage was also great. I’d like to make a special mention to Jennie (our assistant) and Nho Le (a chef who support us in our private Vietnamese cooking lesson). I highly recommend these: - Spa - Private cooking lesson - Floating basket afternoon tea - Private bbq at the villa with a chef

Really lovely hotel. Villas very nice and clean. Breakfast is amazing and Nho Le gives it an amazing personal touch. She really made it personal. Outside the hotel there isn't anything to do. Ypu have to travel 1.2 hours to Da nang. Sister hotel next door, has lazy pool and restaurants you can use. Have bikes available to use, which was good fun.

Nho li was very kind and very helpful and has cooked very good food for us. She saw that we couldn’t eat pork so she made us diffrent dishes

What a splendour! We stayed in a hilltop villa and can only recommend the great experience, from the view to the service. Our villa hosts Tuan and Tuyen were excellent organising the transit buggies, restaurant bookings and activities. My wife is coeliac so it is vital that the catering team pay strict observance to gluten avoidance. We received excellent care all the way from senior management through every member of the catering staff. Nhu, who runs the breakfast area, and our Vietnamese cooking class, was the best among many. It was also re-assuring to see senior management regularly walking through communal areas and talking to guests to make sure the highest standards were maintained. We really enjoyed Saffron, the Rice Bar, the spa where my wife received great treatments from Pearly and the clutch of activities including the water sports (try the Mable chair). The beach was a joy and spotless. If you wish to relax or be active in a tranquil, beautiful environment, this is the location for you.
