We spent 10 exceptional days at Banyan Tree Lăng Cô, and the experience was outstanding from the moment we arrived. Hieu, the Manager, welcomed us with a warm smile and quiet confidence that immediately conveyed a sense of care and professionalism. Our two Village Hosts, Yen and Nhi, were truly remarkable—gracious, attentive, and effortlessly anticipating our needs. Their calm presence and thoughtful service added a deeply personal touch to the stay and exemplified the understated luxury Banyan Tree is known for. The buggy driving team was prompt and courteous, always arriving with a smile. Housekeeping was impeccable, with consistent attention to detail throughout our stay. Dining across the resort was a highlight, with excellent cuisine and polished, friendly service at every restaurant. What sets this resort apart is its people. The entire team operates with genuine warmth, grace, and pride in their work—luxury in its truest form. An extraordinary resort we highly recommend and hope to return to.

This is truly a five-star hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool and spa. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Amazing resort - thoroughly recommend. We had a Seaview villa for a week - it was incredible, particularly the private infinity pool and jaccuzi. A bit secluded / isolated but that is a big part of its charm, and there is plenty to do there. Plenty of varied eating and drinking options on site. Excellent quality food, particularly at Saffron Restaurant, but also at the other restaurants. Nearby Sir Nick Faldo golf course is brilliant - we played it twice, great layout and very helpful caddies. We did a day trip to Hoi An - loved it, but it is a big trip, 2.5hrs drive each way, although we had a great driver (Tuyen). Particular thanks to our dedicated host, Nhi - she took care of everything for us, including all bookings for meals and activities, and was incredibly helpful and responsive. She arranged special celebrations for both of my kids’ birthdays, which fell during our stay there - very thoughtful and hugely appreciated by us. Go there - you won’t regret it!

I have been to many places but I find Banyan Tree Lang Co is one of my favorite places. The room is designed in a quiet style, here I can immerse myself in nature and I had breakfast at the Water Court restaurant where I enjoyed delicious food and received enthusiastic help from the restaurant. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who made our stay special and brought joy to our days. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! I look forward to coming back soon.
