We were well looked after by the staff, Phuong and Tuan were always available to arrange anything we wanted (apologies if I've misspelled names). A beautiful setting with all appointed amenities throughout. We stayed in a Lagoon villa that had a pool which was private and was close to everything except Saffron restaurant. However a buggy was always quickly dispatched if we needed a ride. For balance I would day that the villas let light in around the blinds so you wake up early and the gym is small and I couldn't make the gym aircon function purposely. The vegetarian options at Saffron, Water Court and Moomba restaurants were very good quality but might v get a bit same-ish if you visited more than a couple of times and there are no local restaurants outside of the hotel complex. All in all however it was a very relaxing experience with only one rainy morning.

The staying in the villas with the private pool and spa is just wonderful. The pool villas are set on the beach. The restaurants (Safron and the Water Course) serve beautiful meals and wine/beer. Best of all are the staff. They cannot do enough for you. They have everything available to make your stay a hugely memorable experience, with another surprise around every corner. I would go back there at "the drop of a hat".

Staying at the Banyan Tree Lang Co was an absolutely delightful experience! The hotel itself is stunning, offering breathtaking views and luxurious amenities that ensure a truly relaxing getaway. What made our stay truly memorable, however, was the exceptional hospitality provided by our host, Phung. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, attending to our needs with a warm and welcoming attitude. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend for couple or family!
