All in all we had a lovely week here , staff are very friendly And Konte on main arrival desk was very helpful throughout our stay . A few things to keep in mind !! entertainment is only on for 1 hour each evening so found that a little odd. Buffet food was nice but we found a bit lukewarm at times , They are constantly asking for room number for drinks or food in ear shot of everyone so it all seemed a bit pointless . someone could just say your room number to avoid paying if there not all inclusive, Probably Would be better for each person or couple to have there card scanned each time . You will enjoy going there and it’s only our opinion on a few things they could change to Make it a more enjoyable stay .

It’s fine, but not worth the price. The grounds are very pleasant with sea views and the rooms are large. Mostly the staff are friendly, though not always particularly attentive. The cocktail menu is fairly extensive but not very well executed. I’d read a few reviews before coming which managed my expectations to a degree, but to repeat, this is definitely NOT a 5* hotel (I’ve stayed in much nicer 4* hotels). The food is average at best, it’s nice to have the option of different restaurants, but they over promise and under deliver. The buffet dining restaurant has a real dining hall feel, a bit like you’re having lunch at ikea. Also you are not told prior to staying that the lovely pool area you see in all the pictures is for “preferred” guests only. I did enquire about an upgrade but it was €80 a night and perhaps not entirely worth it in the off season, if you’re going in peak summer it might be worth considering. I had a lovely view of the car park from my balcony and for some reason my room was miles away from the main hotel complex. Having said that the location is nice, weather is glorious, the bed is huge and it’s nice to have an included mini bar in the room. I wouldn’t come back to be honest. Not entirely unpleasant, but distinctly average.

I want to write this review whilst still on holiday. I am fussy and often disappointed by hotel and previous guest reviews but I cannot fault this hotel, accommodation, food, drinks or staff - all excellent and exceeded expectations. The hotel is better than the pictures and spotlessly clean. Staying all inclusive plus preferred guest. Your on holiday so why not upgrade, you will not regret it !. Rooms large and will decorated. All restaurants great. Staff really work hard and seem happy. No issue obtaining service or drinks - high quality. Harbour is 10 minute walk away with restaurants and bars. Day trips available, which is convenient. Sea is very clear so consider bringing your snorkeling equipment. Walk along the cliffs. Hotel gym is decent. Really can't fault the place and wholly recommend. Hotel, management and staff should be very proud. Diverse age of clientele - 20 to 70 - all very happy. If you want a relaxing, high quality holiday, give it a go !. If you want partying - look elsewhere.

The best hotel ever! Would definitely recommend, the staffs are amazing and always there to help with anything you need. The hotel is perfect with amazing views at sunrise and sunset. A hotel I would definitely recommend for sure as you won’t be disappointed. Food is 10/10 and loved every bit. Also much appreciated with the help of Cristina and Veronica and all the other teams wouldn’t have made this trip great. Cool hôtel, enjoyable experience. Go for a sea view room and prefered club extra to enjoy the whole amenities. Would recommend the cod in the Oceana restaurant. If u ever cross Konte road, he's the nicest guy in the hotel. Immaculate vibes 💚
