Lovely upscale experience with a variety of shops. The conservatory is amazing. The Aria train is conveniently located in the rear of the hotel. Don’t forget to make reservations at the Mayfair Supper club

We booked the Bellagio as we were getting married in Vegas and wanted something special. However for the price we paid extra I was disappointed with the room and in particular the cleanliness. I could write my name in the dust on the clock at the side of the bed and accross the headboard. Inside the fridge was someone’s prescribed insulin! I called housekeeping to report and despite being told it was sorted, it still hadn’t been cleaned. Following day the maid was in the corridor and mentioned it was sorted and I said it wasnt and invited her to come in the room and showed her how it still needed a good wiping. I came back to the room later around 1 pm to get changed for the wedding and had to use the wet towels from the previous day. Don’t get me wrong the hotel is beautiful but my experience was nothing more than 3* and I got the impression the staff are overworked.

During my stay on 11/29, both my friend and I had separate reservations at the hotel. Since he arrived first, I asked him to request that our rooms be placed close together if possible. The front desk agent he spoke with said they would try their best to accommodate this when I arrived. However, when we later went back to the hotel to check me in, the experience changed completely. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the agent who assisted us, but the moment we asked if we could be placed near each other—since we were traveling with a group of friends—she immediately tried to put us into a suite together. We initially thought the upgrade she was offering was included because of our Titanium status. Instead, we later realized she was actually trying to sell us the suite for an additional cost. This wasn’t communicated clearly at all, and it felt misleading. Once we declined the paid upgrade, her willingness to help us with our original request seemed to disappear. We did not realize she was actually trying to upsell us into paying an additional $500 for the suite. We explained that we were only staying for one night, and half of our group was flying out the next day, so paying extra for a suite didn’t make sense. It felt like once she realized we weren’t going to purchase the suite, her attitude changed. When we repeated our simple request—to have rooms near each other—she made no effort to help. She kept insisting that because our reservations were in different room types and different towers, the only way to be near each other was for one of us to pay for an upgrade. This was extremely frustrating, especially because the rooms were priced similarly when we originally booked, and we didn’t at all understand there was a tower difference. What made this experience even more disappointing was that the next day, another front desk agent had no problem giving me options: either stay in my current room or move to the other tower to be on the same floor as my friends. This showed me that solving the issue was absolutely possible—the previous agent simply chose not to help us. This was our group’s only night together, and instead of making our stay easier, the interaction made everything unnecessarily difficult. Because of this experience, I honestly don’t feel confident about staying at the Bellagio again.

Wife and I went for Thanksgiving and stayed three nights. Had a wonderful time at the hotel and staff was very friendly and helpful.
